We both went inside and ordered I had the seasonal "Thanksgiving Sandwich" which was horrible at best. I tossed over half away. The "stuffing" was wet bread with no flavor. The Cranberry Sauce ... in a squirt bottle was very sour and not at all like Cranberry Sauce. Husband had the BMT.. the bread was stale and VERY hard to chew. He ended up tossing most of the bread. 2205 N Calhoun Rd Ruby Isle Shopping Center Brookfield, WI 53005, USA I visited the Brookfield Subway#24952-0 today with my daughter and my 7 year old granddaughter located at 2205 N. Calhoun Road in Brookfield, WI. We ordered 1 kids meal and 3 subs of the day meals. When we entered the restaurant, there was no line and two workers at the front. One was an older man and one was a younger guy. They were not wearing name tags. The younger employee asked to take the order. It was the kids meal. As the employee was getting the bread, the older man was yelling at him. Then, he turned and yelled at us. He was yelling but not making eye contact when he was doing it so we thought he was yelling at his employee. I was feeling extremely uncomfortable with his aggressive actions. I was going to say something to him about how inappropriate he was towards his co-worker as well as toward us but did not want to do it at the time with my granddaughter there. In addition, the employee seemed irritated because the ice machine was not working and we had to request ice since the sodas were warm. The bathroom was dirty as well. Overall, it was the worst experience we have had at Subway and we do not feel we can visit this Subway again. I am not sure if this employee was the owner but he was extremely rude. read more

Haven't been to this location in almost a year or so but decided to stop for dinner tonight. We got two footlongs and the quality has really gone downhill while the prices have jumped. The meat portion is much less than previous, which they disguise by covering the sneezeguard glass over the meat and cheese section of the crafting table. The breads are nowhere near as good; the flatbread in particular was half as thick as it used to be and might as well have been a tortilla, and the regular sub roll was tough and dry. Plus, they're spartan with the veggies which is like the cheapest part! We probably won't be back since you can get better quality from other sub shops for comparable prices. read more

The food was terrible - the bread was squishy - it seemed to be only partially cooked. I asked if they had chunked chicken (rather than the shredded) - I do not think the employee spoke English well because he said thanks and proceeded to put the shredded chicken on my sandwich. I asked for pepper jack cheese - I believe I got provolone cheese, certainly was not pepper jack. I asked for the sandwich to be toasted, it was for about 3 seconds. I asked for spinach - I got 7 pieces - the employee picked them one by one and put them across the sandwich - I had to ask for more spinach two times. They refused to take my coupon because they said I got the Mexicali - I said I did not because the Mexicali includes ingredients that are not on my sandwich, I simply got a chicken sub with a few toppings. They would not take the coupon so my bill was more than double what it should have been. I asked to talk to a manager and was told there was none available. I called the next day and asked to talk to a manager or the owner; I was told only kids work here and the manager/owner does not come in. I asked for a phone number to contact the owner - I was given a name and a number so I called and left a message and requested a call back please - 6 days have passed - no call back. The new ownership and employees are a complete disappointment at this time. We are hoping they will learn how to run a successful Subway or sell it to someone who will run it as it should be. Every subway I go to I get a little bit of a different experience. The guys that work here are really nice, and they always honor my coupons. Eat fresh! And what's different about this subway is that they'll show you your sandwich after it's complete and ask if it's dressed as you like it. I'm always satisfied and just say it's fine & they wrap it up. Every time I come the lines are not too bad and I can get services pretty quickly. Their space is nice and spacious. read more

Worst Subway experience in a long time. I like to get a BMT but, to stay one step more healthy, sub out one of the processed meats for a non-processed one. I have done this countless times easily at many Subway locations. Not here... No, here they wanted to argue and complicate it. A Club (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef) was just under $8... BMT (Ham, Salami, Pepperoni) was just under $7. So I get a story about not being able to just sub out one meat (again despite me regularly getting this elsewhere) due to "inventory" and "policy" and how the meat being added would be an up charge. Ok, so BMT at Club price? No... three employees involved and up to the lead employee (not sure if he was a manager) who rings up what it would be and comes back with $12.60 for a single foot long sub. So all but two times the BMT cost to swap one meat. Are you kidding me? That does not make any sense! How they could not process the lack of common sense in the situation is beyond me... but it was garbage customer service. Had I not been tight on time during lunch, I would have left. It is near my car dealership when I do lunch service... but I will remember this and avoid this location in the future. Quoting a dumb misguided, almost surely incorrectly interpretted policy does not make it right. It represents a location-based culture that prefers to say no rather than satisfy a reasonable request. A key attribute of Subway is to get a sandwich your way. This was ridiculous. Management should correct this! Reasonable requests should be handled. Straight swap preferred, small upcharge not good, but acceptable. This was bs. I ended up not getting the sandwich I really wanted... i was not paying $12.60 for one sub. read more
