Do not waste your time with this location. You will order thinking they will deliver in 25-45 minutes (because that's what they tell you). After an hour and 15 minutes when you call to see where your order is, they will tell you they have had some big orders and it will be another 45 minutes (probably). It's about meeting the expectations you have given the customer. They did not. Ordered online. They sent an update saying the pizza was in the oven. Then they sent an update that the pizza was out of the oven and they were checking to make sure it was "perfecto". We went to get our food using curbside pickup. We followed the instructions. After several minutes of waiting, it was obvious nobody was going to live up to their end of the curbside agreement. We went in to get the food. Again, if you say A and you give B, don't expect people to be thrilled. They give you the option of how you want your pizza cut. We asked for squares and got wedges. Asked for garden salad and got some other kind of salad. So, you can't get the salad right, cut the pizza right or deliver it properly. Waited hours past when our pizzas were supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday afternoon. 2 hours after they left the store I cancelled the order. They wouldn't answer the phone. Absolutely a terrible Dominos location. I'll never order from them again. Placed order on line for delivery. 50 minutes later no pizza. So I attempted to call the store 6 times. Phone rings and rings then disconnected. So I drove 3 minutes to pick up my order. There were 5 employees standing around I asked them why no one's answering the phone? No response. Where's my pizza? We ordered from Domino's and asked for BBQ wings and once we opened the two boxes of wings they were just plain wings no sauce nothing. I tried to call them back 4 times and no one picked up the phone sat on the phone waiting for maybe over 10 minutes. Really sucks we were looking forward to the wings. read more

Let's start with I love pizza, great cheap food for a gathering. So it's trick or treat night and I've got a house of 20+ people coming that night. So I preorder 6 pizzas and 4 cheese sticks at around 2pm ish for delivery at 715. Right, you with me, sounds ok so far? So at 715 I check the pizza tracker and it's just now starting to be made. Well that shouldn't be right, I reset the app refresh for a while. No, sadly this is right. It comes out of the oven at 734, has to checked for perfection until 751. Now at this time I have 10 12-year old boys chanting pizza and making it seem like Lord of the Floes in my house. Hell they are hopped up on candy and bad intentions at this point. So I call the store and I get "yeah someone is coming out by you soon". Soon, I preordered this for delivery a long time ago. It finally comes at 815 and the only apology I get is from the delivery driver and it wasn't even her fault. The food was good, it was correct, it wasn't cut right or at all so we had to do that perfection checker. So when you use the insurance part to complain about the pizzas tardiness all it gives you is a free medium pizza. I just ordered how much food and this is the best I can get. We ordered from here the other night. We ordered three pizzas all which were burnt and cold. There was a ten minute drive there and back no way a fresh pizza should have gotten that cold that quick. We usually order dominoes but today we ordered pizza and we were really hungry and expecting our four pizzas to be on the way soon when we checked the Dominoes app and it said "order has been cancelled." This is not a review of the food at this location because I never got the food. I called on a Saturday morning to place an order for 5 large pizzas, after 20 min on the phone with a guy who clearly had no idea how to place orders in the system I just gave up and canceled the order. He deleted my order twice and something as simple as "I want 2 large meat lovers pizzas" was met with such confusion that I was not sure that I was even ordering a pizza or trying to perform brain surgery. I would not trust them to make, let alone try to deliver my pizzas. I suggest better staff training. read more

I was having a birthday party for my son and his soccer team. They wanted Pizza so I decided to call Domino's Pizza because I've heard such great things about them. I called the one near to my home and they had me on hold for a long time.I understand not being able to get to the phone if you are busy, but this was just too long. Ok, so I have a couple of problems with this location, especially compared to others in the area. The first, and probably biggest problem to me, is their online ordering system. I love this feature at other Domino's locations, however this location will not allow you to pay cash if you order online. This means that if you're paying cash you have to call the store, wait on hold and hope the order taker gets your order correct. I called and complained about this and was told that they had an issue with kids ordering pizzas and sending them to other places. This is understandable if say you were ordering as a guest, however I am ordering from a profile I have used for years and I am signing into that profile. My second issue is their spotty service. As I write this my delivery person just pulled up. He left the store a mile away 20 minutes ago. My pizza was warm but not hot. While the level of service has gone down, the minimum purchase price for delivery has gone up. I just feel that this location is poorly run and needs to get back to being customer-focused instead of making things harder and more costly. I would recommend a different location if you have the choice. read more

Work bought us pizza for lunch and this was the place. This is like cheap frozen pizza. The thin crust had the texture of gram crackers and was crunchy. The pepperoni was salty. I had four pieces and ate one, ate the toppings off the second and threw the last two in the garbage. I don't see why people eat here when for some extra money you can get a real pizza. read more

Since Domino's changed their recipe several years back, I have been a fan. Here is why I chose their service this evening. 1. Compared to the other delivery pizza options in the area (and I'm referring to your basic 4, plus two specialty restaurants) Domino's had the best coupon offers. 2. Their online ordering is a cinch to maneuver through, and the delivery tracker makes me feel good. 3. The delivery driver was happy to be of service, made appropriate chit chat while I signed the receipt, and dimmed his lights in the driveway to keep my dogs from barking. 4. Everything was delivered piping hot, steam billowing from the delivery bag. I'm 9 minutes from the restaurant, and I know I was the only stop made. 5. When I called about my late order, they just said "it's on the way" when I asked for an explanation when i had a notification saying it was "on the way" 20 mins prior and my location is less than 5 min away, I heard the worker say to the manager "she just keeps going in and on about it" and I couldn't hear what the manager said back but suddenly was on hold with no warning and they never got back in the line. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and stuffed cheesy bread for delivery. The estimated delivery was 20-30 minutes. Almost an hour later the pizza had still not arrived. I attempted to call but sat on hold for over 10 minutes, by that time the tracker finally updated from being checked to ensure it was correct (30 minutes earlier) to finally out for delivery. I never did speak to anyone on that call attempt. About 5 minutes later the pizza arrived, lukewarm at best. The quality of the both items was terrible. This location ranks at my top 3 worst pizza experiences. Definitely not going to ever order from this dominos location again. At least the delivery guy was friendly. read more

I get there to pick up our order & I ask for plates & napkins which they've done on past. The guy gives me like 5 plates & I ordered 13 pizzas! I asked for a few more & a bag to put them in - no bags, no pepper flakes. Ok I can deal with that. We get to the school and two pizzas are wrong. I called them & they said you can come pick up the new pizzas. I told them I couldn't as I was with a group of kids having a party. I asked if they'd deliver & was told they wouldn't do that. We got the buy 2 for $5.99 each. Good deal for chain pizza. I easily ordered on line by building my pizza choices. Easy enough but oddly, my total bill of $12.59 order was too much to pay via credit card. I had to pay at the store at pick-up. I didn't like that. They have a cute on-line order status check so I could time the short drive over and get my pizza just as it was being boxed. It's always a bonus when my food is hot. Pizza (one pep and one s/m) was certainly good if not the best. The crust was soft but a good bit of chewy and had garlic bread good greasiness to it. We ordered it again yesterday and I swear they changed their recipe -either that or the cook was way heavy handed an the garlic -holy crap it was on all three pizza and the bread sticks -overpowering enough that you couldn't taste the pizza. Domino's, you have a special place in my heart. You really do. I also think you have pretty good pizza. But you've hired at least one crap employee. We walked in and placed a takeout order. The cashier was less than interested in being there or helping us. After awhile, it seemed like it was taking too long. We asked about our order and the same cashier said she forgot it, but it was in the oven now. No apology. No nothing. After about ten more minutes, we asked again, and were again told that it was still in the oven. I don't know exactly how long the commercial pizza ovens take, but I'm guessing that it's not much more than ten minutes. At this point I'm now timing things, and 7 minutes later we were handed our pizza. I checked the timestamp on the receipt....46 minutes to get a takeout pizza. I know they're running ads about having better pizza and it taking a little longer, but at least train your employees to apologize if they screw up. read more

Our family orders several times per month from this location, for carryout. We order online and set the time we want to pick up. It is usually perfect, with them just being placed in the boxes when we walk in the door. We have never had an actual incorrect order and that is saying something since at least once it was rather complicated stack of about 10 different pizzas we wanted for a party. We recently had one time where they either were so busy or someone accidentally gave part of our order to someone else and we had to wait. We got a call later apologizing for the wait (number was part of my online order). I was rather impressed by that. My family loves the pizzas for a treat on our busy nights, the price is very reasonable, and everyone we've dealt with there in recent years has been courteous and hard-working. We will continue to get our pizza fix there. read more

Terrible service ever! My sisters and I were at the Best Western Midway Hotel and decided to order delivery. The driver forgot our soda and said that instead of driving back with it he would credit our account (we ordered online) a free pizza. He said they were busy and it would take him too much time to come back. So we were ok with that. The next day for lunch we called for our free pizza and the employee said he had no record of this conversation. He said the driver shouldn't have told us that and that he couldn't help us. I asked for a manager. When I spoke with the manager he said that he spoke with the driver who came by us and that the driver said no such thing and since it was "our words against the driver" he wouldn't help us. How insulting! So i asked to file a formal complaint because this was becoming ridiculous. Another manager came on the phone and I had to explain again what happened for the 3rd time. He didn't even care! He pretty much shrugged me off. I asked how I could file a formal complaint and he said there's not really a way. I asked him who was responsible for this store and he gave the owners name. He told me the owner isn't available and usually won't be available because he's going through therapy and if I wanted to, I could try and call back the next day to see if he was in. Maybe in the morning he said. Wow! The he said he could put a coupon in the mail for me but it may take a couple weeks. Really? Never buying from this store ever again. It's not even about the pizza.
