Worst subway we've ever been we always ordered the freshfit steak and avocado sandwich foot long with only spinach, tomato, cucumber and no lettuce. I requested double on Spinach and she only put in a few and she said it was already double but check out the picture the sandwich looks so sad and empty. We won't be going back to this shop anymore. Management should check out the sandwiches in this site so disappointing. read more

One star since zero stars isn't an option. Stopped by on Wednesday night after my son and I left concerts in the park early. Things looked off because the "Open" sign wasn't lit up so my son decided to check their hours on Google and said that they were open untill 9pm so we were good. As we walked up, we could see that an employee was mopping the floor. As I opened the door, she told me that she wouldn't be able to assist me because her lobby floor was wet. I was furious. Seemed like she was looking to just get her night started early. I wasn't going to press the issue because I didn't want her handling my food at that point. As my son and I walked away to find another place to spend my money to get something to eat, I looked at my watch and the time was 8:26pm...close to closing but also not at the last minute. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worker there Itzel it's so short with her answers. I submitted my order online and it has extra cucumbers, she put 5!!!! On a Footlong!! I mentioned that I had requested extra, she said I did, umm it only has 5 slices.... she said it only comes with 4 slices.... so the 5th slice was my "extra" are you freaking kidding me??!!!! I asked for vinegar and she gave me like 1 squirt for a freaking FOOOTLONG SUB!!! These sandwiches are not cheap, but this freaking store is ridiculous I AM DONE WITH THIS PIECE OF TRASH RESTAURANT . Asked for lettuce, cucumbers, spinach, bell peppers, and onions; one line of mayo. Mind you, it's a footlong. 1 - Lettuce was basically two pinches. 2 - THREE tomato and cucumber SLICES 3 - four spinach LEAVES - shredded to spread out. 4 - four slices of bell pepper 5 - three slices of onions. 6 - FIVE LINES OF MAYO????? 7 - NO CHEESE (I didn't notice until I got home) I'm not asking for culinary perfection at Subway. Heck, I'm not asking for buffet-levels of food, either. But what in the world is this stinginess?? Why are you even open?? In the last two months, I have noticed that they only have one person scheduled to work, especially during the lunch hour. It must be under new management because prior to that it was always two people working and the service was great. Now you have to wait almost 15 minutes to get a sandwich prepared because one person is doing everything, for example, online orders and in person orders, they need to schedule at least two people to work in a sandwich shop. read more

We usually get a subway once or twice a week and so far they were good until today. We ordered one of our regular "Titan Turkey Subs", was asked if we were going to eat there or to go. I mentioned "to go" and that's where things got bad. The employee cut the subway in half and wrapped it up with only one piece of paper. She put it in a large bag. When we got home and ready to eat my husband took the food out and the subway completely fell apart! Husband had to put the food together and ate. I tried calling the subway shop many times (over a dozen times) but all I got was a disconnected notification. Because it's my day off I'm planning on going tomorrow to bring it to the manager's attention. So whenever you go there make sure your sub is wrapped tightly before bringing it home. read more

I've never been the type of person to write a review but after my experience at this location I have to say that I will not be coming back to this specific location. The employee, Fabiola, is extremely rude. Mind you I've worked with HER at a different subway years ago and I never thought she would be this miserable but it makes sense still working at Subway after 10 years... I placed an order online to get a BOGO 50% off promo. Online the app claimed they were out of stock of olives, banana peppers and jalapeños but after I arrived to the restaurant I noticed that they were NOT OUT OF STOCK. I tell the other sandwich artist that was going to make my order that I placed an order online and I just want to add those 3 things since it was available on the app.. Fabiola decides to chime in and say that they cannot do that and they have to follow how the order says online. I try to explain to her that it showed out of stock online when it clearly was not out of stock. She flat out says she cannot do that. I tell her okay that's fine, can I get it on the side? And once again very RUDELY says "no we can't do that either". I cancelled my order and ordered there in person and was not able to use my BOGO 50% discount. This is usually my go to subway because they are always super clean, friendly and fast! I am writing this review as Emily prepares 3 foot longs I ordered. First, they are out of the bread I order and apparently I order the last 3 on my second option. And no hot Cheetos either. As my food is been prepared it's is being thrown in the counter and the ingredients also been thrown in the sandwich. In my 3 footlongs she added ONLY 3 tomotatos and 3 cucumbers, when I asked for more she threw the food into the sandwich. The person with the man bun was extremely rude when I stopped in to use the restroom, I understand that the bathrooms are for customers only but it was the closest place I could go to with the bathroom and I was planning on buying something after I got done. He still wouldn't let me use the restroom until the customers that were there told him please to let me use the restroom, if it wasn't for that they would've had a mess on the floor because unfortunately I have a disease that I can't control if I have to go to the bathroom at any moment. This is not acceptable and it's greatly frowned upon by the ADA. I would give zero stars if possible. Was blown away by the customer service this morning. My wife went in this morning 1/22/2020 and ordered two sliders. My wife asked for vegetables and he said no. You cannot have vegetables on sliders. I have never heard this before and have never been refused vegetables on any sub, flatbread or sandwich ever at any Subway. When my wife brought me the sandwich, she said she didn't get a combo as the man was rude. I went back to the store as asked if I can have vegetables and he said no. He pointed to the picture and said no vegetables. I said, I don't give a fu^& what the picture looks like, I simply would like vegetables on my sandwich. I then asked myself, when do I get "only" what the picture looks like and chuckled to myself. Shaking my head, I gave him the sandwiches back and asked for a refund. He gladly refunded my order. I told him I was not happy with the customer service and I was going to destroy him on Yelp. He smiled and said go ahead. I said I was going to call the Corporate office and complain. Subway is generally my least favorite sandwich spot. I cringe at the thought eating a subway. And then I came to this sweet spot. I ordered two veggie delites with ALL the veggies, avocado and a few changes to each sandwich. The guy making the sandwich put so much finesse into making the sandwiches - getting every ingredient right and making them look delectable. He even shimmied all the ingredients (and there were a heap of veggies) into the bread with his knife and beautifully cut them in half and wrapped them up and labeled them. And of course I came home and the sandwiches were delicious. All the ingredients stayed within the bread and didn't fall out. If we are ever craving a sub again, we'll be visiting this location. read more

I am a fan of this Subway compared to a lot of the other local ones by me. Sometimes it may get packed, but service still moves fast. Service has always been very friendly. Chips are always stocked up. Food tastes fresh. I have used the Subway app a few times here. They tend to forget your free cookie but when you ask about it they have no problems giving it to you. read more

Service here is super fast and the place is clean. It is right next to a starbucks so you can get coffee afterwards or do work. Parking is limited in the immediate area next to the store, but there is ample parking in the big lot, just get to do some extra walking. Free exercise! :) The staff is very friendly. I got about five foot-long's and a spinach wrap to go to Knotts Berry Farm down the street because we had lots of kids with us. The spinach wrap was barely wrapped the worker that was making the sandwich was a rude and was rushing us although there was only one person in line. Had dinner delivered by grubhub who did a great job getting it here. Half of our order was missing. NO meat on the sweet onion chicken. CAlled them up and they said there was nothing they could do. No managers or supervisors on site so no refund either. I noticed they had some bad reviews after I had ordered..... Subway is my favorite restaurant- however I should have walked out as soon as the stench hit me in the nose. It was like rotten junk. But I asked the associate and he said it was onions- so I shrugged and began to order. Because my brother and his girlfriend and I were hungry.. Everything was going good for me; however my brother requested for him to cut the meatballs in his meatball marina but the associate said that they don't have the tools to do that; which is not true because another time we go to subway my brother asks for them to cut the meatballs and they do. So I don't understand why the issue. Anyway now the onions are starting to bother our eyes to the point of tears. It was hard to finish ordering and paying. Sorry to kill your perfect rating Subway but... "meh". Went in for lunch around 1:00PM and stood behind the patron in front of me. The gal helping him did not acknowledge me, the girl next to her did not acknowledge me and the guy putting together a Swiffer behind her did not acknowledge me. Oook. I stepped up to order and she didn't seem like she wanted to speak to me; didn't ask if I wanted it toasted, didn't offer types of cheese, didn't offer mayo or mustard...then as my sandwich is being made another employee proceeds to dust the walls and light fixtures ABOVE the prep tables. Sure, I'd like some ceiling fluff in my sandwich. When my order was complete and I had ordered a combo she didn't even take a cup off the stack to hand me, so I helped myself. =/ She walked away without another word. The legs of the tables don't match up so they are sort of wonky, don't try to sit with more than one other person. Pepsi was flat. Tomatoes were green and crunchy. Skimpy on the veggies. $6 and change for a 6" combo. Parking sucks. I'll drive a few more minutes to the one on Beach and Ball. read more
