I love Arby's, but for whatever reasons there are so few left. Perhaps one of the main reasons is their dishonesty and the fact they continually scam their customers. This issue is not necessarily a location issue, but an issue with their corporation, mainly their phone App. In my opinion, they are expensive. So I only go out of my way to get there if they have some sort of specials, or have some decent offers or coupons available for their customers to use in their App. An offer they have quite often is a BOGO (buy one get one free) sandwich deal. Many of us are familiar with the saying, "Fool me once, bad on you! Fool me twice, bad on me!" Well, I stupidly fell for it three times! Here is the issue. You select the offer in the App. It asks for your first sandwich choice. Then it asks for the second sandwich choice. You go to pay, and it charges you full price for both sandwiches, and there is absolutely no way to cancel the order. The store claims they can't cancel it or do anything about it. The App provides no way to cancel. The email they send you confirming and thanking you for your order provides no way to cancel. And they refuse to answer emails. I've send at least 5, and no responses at all!!! ARBY'S! You owe my at least $35 The reason it happened three times to me is that the first time was many months ago, and I just forgot about it since I go there so rarely. The second time I thought I must have done something wrong in the App. I figured I wasn't paying full attention, and missed something. But was still furious that I couldn't cancel the bogus thieving order. And I then remembered the first time thinking the same thing. The third time I remembered, but I made damn sure I did everything correctly. I paid full attention during the whole order process to make sure it wasn't me. I mean, it knows you picked the BOGO offer because it specifically asks you to pick the first and second sandwich. So it knows you are using that offer. And on the next screen it even showed me the two sandwiches I chose, and one had a zero cost to it. And it showed the BOGO offer there also. Then you pay, and again, both sandwiches were charged full price!!! And this has been going on for many MONTHS, if not years!!! So that proves these a-holes are doing this on purpose! Even more since they do not answer emails complaining about the problem! read more

Arby's has been around for years, and I've always enjoyed their food. This location features an industrial-rustic style with dark woods and red color accents. The dining area is clean and spacious. Mobile ordering and delivery are great time savers. The mobile app also features deals, a photo menu, and more! The staff and service have been good, with kind service and quick order preparations. My favorite items are the roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, and the sauces. Some tasty combos, as well as seasonal and limited-time items. The value menu is a good option if you just need a snack or if you don't have a big appetite. Plus, they offer burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more if you're craving something different. Most recently, I got the Limited-Time King's Hawaiian Fish Sandwich Deluxe. The fish is fairly thick and crispy. It also includes cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce. The King's Hawaiian toasted bun was a little flat from being wrapped, but it was nice and fluffy with a bit of sweetness. There are plenty of beverages to choose from the fountain drink station, and the in-house lemonades at the counter are all refreshing. Don't forget the desserts and shakes. Overall, I enjoy a meal here at Arby's once in a while, although not on my regular food rotation. But when the classic roast beef cravings hit, I know Arby's will satisfy. read more

Arby's have become one of our favorite alternative restaurant from other hamburger competitors like McDonald's,Wendy's and Burger King. Arby's feels like delicatessen when slice the roast beef or any meats they how to cut thin or thick like a deli. Finding a Arby's restaurant is hard to find now we traveling to Buena Park to Knott's Berry then stop the Arby's on Beach Blvd stop there to get some meat when Arby's say We have the meat. Older location with a decent sized dining area. The neighborhood is just okay and they do have a few dedicated parking spots for the building. Drive-thru also available if you prefer to get it to go. Inside, clean dining area, bathrooms available but are locked. You have to get the code from the cashier. They were okay, not the cleanest but not cringe worthy either. But, from a food point of view, it was 5-stars. As ordered, prepared quickly and accurately. Special requests filled correctly and without question. I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but they were cheesy and so creamy! The outside had a nice crust that gave it a little crunch. Yum. I wish you got more than 4 balls. They are tiny. I use to love Arby's- roast beef sandwiches are still good. We just had the worst fries ever! I ordered the $8 box meal ( roast beef sandwich, small fries & mozzarella sticks. The fries were extremely under-cooked. After eating a couple I threw the rest away. The sauce for the Mozzarella sticks have changed - the sauce is not tasty like the original sauce. Arby's food is so good, and such a good value (there's always a "2 entrees for $7" deal that it's a mystery as to why it isn't far more popular than it is. There are the famous tender paper thin sliced beef sandwiches, and much more, from premium chicken tenders to turkey and chicken sandwiches and wraps (freshly made to order) and sliders. I've never understood how many negative reviews/comments from people about Arby's. I'm starting to think they are either bots or online reviewers paid by the bigger chain restaurants. The prices are even better if you look inside your mailbox . USPS delivers catalogs & coupons once a week for various stores/restaurants. I can't say the same for KFC, Popeyes, & Carl's Jr that are in my area. Also, Arby's sauce is extremely good, & they give you plenty of it. Today I had the chance to eat at Arby's. The experience was pleasant. For a lunch experience. The food came out pretty quick. I got the Garlic Butter Steak sandwich. It was good. It didn't look exactly like the picture. But they never do. Though it did have everything inside it showed. The steak was thick cut. So that was good. It did taste good. And it was juicy. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the curly fries. I feel that I got all the little pieces and just a couple of decent curly fries. I really hope that they have not changed their fries like the other fast food places. So while eating in their nice clean restaurant. I did notice that they kept having a person walk and clean tables And when a customer accidentally dropped her drink. The manager walked up and helped. By getting a drink for the elderly lady. Then letting her know it happens. And not to worry. Then had a worker mop up the affected and surrounding areas with soap. While both of them smiling the whole time. This is a great place to eat. The shift manager working tonight 3/4/2025 has thee worst attitude. I have already had issues with her in the past. My friend ordered 2 orders the two can dine coupon for us and her children to eat dinner. We always have the coupons with us but her disabled son was holding them and threw them to where we couldn't find them. It was dark in the car and we could not see where he threw them. Finally we see it lodged between the seat but we could not reach it. The manager was abrasive and demanding to see the coupon or she would not give us the coupon price. My friend told her once again please, I can't reach the coupon, her disabled son was getting agitated because of everything taking so long, the manager says if she wants the coupon price to go park somewhere and look for it. Knowing we cannot park somewhere and look for it because of her son being hungry and agitated we paid the full price.
