It's like every Subway you step into, but their service is top notch! Coming into the establishment, they greeted us & I let Patrick know we were getting the 3 for $18.99. He lmk that they only had certain breads from the jump, but all was well since they had the breads we wanted anyways lol. Patrick was very courteous & patient w us as we are the typical indecisive type of Subway customers lol & even let me know that the avocados weren't ripe yet! Opposed to just letting me grab em & be dissatisfied w the taste & I really appreciate that! When looking at the sauces he let my husband taste-test the new garlic one (I forgot what it's called) before actually putting it on the sandwich. It may seem as simple customer service, but being served w somebody who's very professional & personable just really reassures your whole experience & puts you in a great mood. Worst subway lol I asked the lady working the shift on sept. 12th Around 3:45pm for a 6inch but gave me a gave a kids meal 4inch and I kept asking but she also kept saying it was 6inch but no it wasn't not too mention I was waiting for about 5 min because she was in the back doing idk what but anyways terrible service and trust me I know subway when I get the 6inch it's usually 3 scoops of tuna and 3 slices of cheese and this time only 2 scoops of tuna and 2 pieces of cheese were in my sandwich but yeah terrible read more

Unbelievable that you get a veggie sandwich and they charge extra for avocado in the first place. Especially when you don't get cheese either. I asked since I was being charged for it that they put on extra avocado and I still only got two tiny slivers. Unbelievably bad service. read more

This is my go-to subway. I go before work and after work. They always have my food ready when I call in an order and they always are super awesome with my love of olives. A subway is a subway right? Wrong! There are so many crappy subway franchises out there that serve brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes, and expired chips-- not here! Everything here is consistently fresh. The staff are quick, friendly, and carefully assemble your meal. The chip and drink selection is also way better than any other subway around here. One of the cleanest subways I've seen, workers are very friendly & they had my favorite sandwich bread I'm glad I stopped by after kohls.

I love this subway and not just because it's the closest one to my house but everything just tastes better here the owner is very sweet and she keeps the place very clean. I've been to other subways and they just don't come close. The food is fresh and this is the only subway that I know that has mozzarella cheese. So definitely give this place a try. read more

Worst subway experience! The girl that helped us didn't have a name tag so I couldn't get her name. So we asked for our sandwich lightly toasted and she burned our bread so I made a comment about our bread she got upset and just started putting everything else in a bad way. The employees here are either very stingy, very lazy, or a combination of both. The lady working was INCREDIBLY STINGY today, it was ridiculous. We were literally laughing at loud at how much of each item she put on the sandwich. This location is stuffed into a tiny, tiny strip mall portion of a very large shopping center that holds Kohls, and PetSmart. Buena Park Mall is across the street. If you have been to one Subway, you've been to them all!! Anyways,,,,when I went into this location,,,there was one other person ordering. Two young males working. Neither male looked happy to be alive. I wouldn't either,,,if I worked at Subway. At least its a job, though, right??!! Anyways,,,,I ordered a foot long, meatball sub. The guy was neither rude,,,or polite. More like a robot. Now, if I was at a restaurant,,,,I would be upset. But this is a Subway. Who cares???! I was in and out in a few minutes. This is absolutely the worst subway restaurant I have ever been too. The owner is disrespectful and curses at customers when he gets their orders incorrect. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Repairing an order when it's the company's fault is a no brainer, but this guy cursed my husband for asking for his sandwich to be fixed! I would never support this place ever again. Worst experience ever! I ordered a 6" Italian Herb and Cheese sandwich. The bread was SO BURNT and unrecognizable. I ended up throwing the whole sandwich away because it was inedible. My boyfriend wanted guacamole, but they didn't have it because someone forgot to take it out of the freezer. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! WOW!! I went in there to get a 6 incher and I came out with a footlong! The staff is very friendly and nice. Everytime I walk in there they say "welcome to sunway" even though I have been there 100 times:) All the toppings are fresh and the bathrooms are kept clean. The manager is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. I love this subway cause they learn your sandwhich if you are a regular so it makes the ordering process a lot quicker. This is the best subway in the area! Their bread is always fresh and when you get the herbs and cheese bread it always has the prefect amount of flavor unlike other subways that are just lightly sprinkled. When i want subway i always come here even passing other subways to get to this one. My only complaint is that they have become stingy with their avocado they use to give a whole half for a foot long but now they only give 1/4. Which sucks b/c for a $1.50 I want a good amount of avocado. But this place is still my #1 subway read more

I have been going to this subway for over 10 yrs & have had nothing but wonderful serve. But... On NOV 10, 2021 I enter this subway & asked for the type of sandwich I always do. As I order my sandwich each time I asked for something the young girl helping would make irritated sounds & act as though she did not want to be there. I had to repeat myself several times & maybe it was difficult to hear me so I spoke a little louder. She yells back at me that she can hear me. When we got to the end of my order I asker her to cut the sandwich in half & was going to ask her to wrap each side separate, but she didn't let me furnished & yelled at me that they are already cut, but that was not the point of my request. By now I was done with her attitude & ask for a manager. She tried to tell me there was no manager. Her manager came out & I asked to speak to her in private. The girl came between I & the manager & said no. So I informed the manager of what I was experiencing & the girl started yelling at me. She called me a bitch & Karen etc. & her manager was trying to hush her but she would not stop. So I tried to continue talking to her manager but we can't hear each other. So I asked the manager for the owners information & as the manager walks to the door to the kitchen to get it the girl blocks her manager from doing so. The manager was obviously confused & scared. I told the girl to move & to have respect for her manager of course she was biligernt. Then the girl yells at me tells me to get out as her manager is giving me the information & precedes to call names & wants my name so she can get me later. Her manager was trying to control the situation but could not. I left with the information but I left feeling concerned for the manager. She should not be forced to work with someone like that & I hope she is okay. This place is in Buena park California across from Walmart in the khols shopping center on LA palma ave. This issue took place at 5:30 wed Nov 19, 2021. I would think twice about going there. read more

I love subway. This one in particular is next to starbucks, so I can kill two birds with one stone by working at starbucks and grabbing a quick bite to eat. The workers are usually generous with whatever toppings you ask for on your sandwich. I love all the specials subway have, although I tend to go JUUUST before the special starts. For example: I went to subway yesterday, May 30, and saw that they have a 5 dollar specials starting in June. D'OH! Believe it or not this has happened more than once... I have been coming here at this location a lot recently. I never noticed how many subways there are in the Buena Park area or around it. After going to each one I came to realized this subway had employees who have great charisma and have character.
