I have never had an issue with this subway until now. Have been many times and the last time I went the food was so stale it smelled stale out the bag when I got home and tasted even worse. I should have read the reviews before making the mistake of stopping here for a sandwich. It was lunchtime, but only 2 other customers were in there when I was. One was already eating and one left before me with a takeout order. The young lady spoke so quietly I didn't know what she was asking me. She said that the sandwich I wanted was unavailable, by saying, "No," but looked like at least most of the ingredients were right there. Then she started talking quickly and I saw that she had an AirPod in her ear. She was having a conversation with someone . . . not me. I ordered a different sandwich and she acted annoyed when I took a minute to decide what sauce I wanted on it. I know this is not a gourmet restaurant and don't expect it to be, but next time I will spend my $10 elsewhere. read more

I went to subway today. the employee at the front is efficient at making sandwiches with a clean station and clean gloves.

Stopped in yesterday after my preferred location closed without any notice. Service was slow and the gentleman behind the counter was more interested in his phone call than any of the customers trying to order food. Never once taking the AirPods out to actually hear what the customers wanted. The gentleman in from of me definitely didn't get what he wanted and he realized it but just wanted to get food and get out. Would not recommend this location. read more

A fairly standard Subway location that has fairly fresh bread and serves all the standard sandwich options. The amount of toppings put into the standard sandwich can be a bit less than what I've gotten from other Subway locations, so be sure to ask for more if there's not enough vegetables. Let me save you time, money, and frustration: DO NOT step foot in this Subway location. This place is a complete joke--and not the funny kind. For the past five years, I've tolerated one mistake after another from this store, but after my most recent experience, I'm done. And everyone else should be too. The staff? Incompetent. Most of them can't understand basic English, can't follow simple instructions, and can't seem to make a sandwich right even if their job depended on it--which it clearly doesn't. Order accuracy? A coin toss at best. You're more likely to win the lottery than get exactly what you paid for here. But the real disgrace is the owner, Priyank. Not only does this man have zero professionalism, but he also has the audacity to accuse paying customers of wrongdoing without even checking facts. No apology, no clarification--just straight-up rudeness and baseless accusations. It's honestly pathetic. If this is how you run a business, Priyank, you should be ashamed. You clearly have no business being in customer service, let alone managing anything. And let's not forget the icing on this moldy cake--when you try to report an issue, the staff will lie to your face and give you fake names. What kind of shady, amateur operation is this? It's insulting. It's unethical. And frankly, it feels like a scam. I've kept quiet long enough, but this store finally earned this review. A Subway should be simple--order a sandwich, get what you asked for, and leave. But this location manages to screw that up almost every time. It's almost impressive how bad they are. I stopped coming here, because the place was so understaffed (two people at most during lunch rush, and often only one in the afternoon). The sandwiches were decent, but the wait was kind of bad any time between noon and 3 pm, and it seemed like the dining room was very rarely cleaned. The last time I came here, though, it seemed improved. There were two people in the late afternoon, which seemed to run better. My sandwich was very well made, and the tables look like they were cleaned nicely. The garbage cans were still pretty full, but not overflowing. I'm hoping the improvements stick, because otherwise I was thinking of going elsewhere when I needed a sandwich (Dengeos Greek across the street has some excellent sandwiches and pitas). I've been to this subway multiple times, and every time I come in it's the same young lady working there all by herself. This time, there were 2 customers ahead of me who had been waiting to have their order taken, and she kept asking if it was an online order when all they wanted was to order a sandwich.They left upset because she couldn't comprehend what he was saying. I was next in line so as I'm about to order a man walks in asking to pick up an online order.She then turns to me and says I have to make the online order first. I was on my way to work, and I had no time to wait any longer so I left. As a manager myself, I wouldnt allow one staff member on a shift to handle online orders, customers in person, and doordash orders. I ordered a subway melt. I was given a subway club. Since I was a kid subway does meat and cheese. Then toasts the sandwich then proceeds with veggies and sauce. What I assume was the owner of the store refused to toast my sandwich until my veggies and sauce was on the bread. then they cut my sandwich in half and put it in two paper bags and steamed my sandwich. Horrible service. These guys are notorious for overcharging charging you. They will tell you that items that would normally be included on the soft cost extra and they will need to charge you more. Biggest con artists. Subway corporate needs to investigate and shut down these dishonest locations. read more

Stopped by today with a current buy one get one free coupon for a footlong and they refused to honor it. Went to another Subway location close by and they had no problem accepting the same coupon. I ordered 2 protein bowls which advertised are to have the same amount of meat and cheese as a regular footlong sub. I got half that 2 little slices of cheese and 2 little scoops of whatever they are passing off for tuna these days. What a rip off. I have bought protein bowls from there before with no problem. HORRIBLE SERVICE BY SUNNY, I walk in before closing time while he's helping me he is on a personal call on his Bluetooth. At first I thought it was very clean and said wow when he lifted a cover up off the veggies, but then I saw the flies that were stuck in there flying around. He looked up and said do you want it or not, I said I guess not. He began yelling at me saying that it was after 10 like he was doing me a favor, I walked in before 10 it was 10:02 and he had toasted my Flatbread twice. Please don't go to this dirty place, I decided to go to taco bell instead. I will never go to this subway, I can't believe he thinks he is allowed to treat PAYING customers like this. On his Bluetooth while he is helping me, how rude! Typical Subway, not much to write home about. We did get overcharged, all of our items were rung up separately (a la carte) instead of as meal deals, but we anticipated that the refund process would be more lengthy and confusing than it was worth. read more
