It's in a great and prominent location right off of Palatine Road and part of the big Town and Country Center strip mall that also houses Dick's Sporting Goods. Consistency, quality and fresh every single time. I used to be adverse to Cane's because I thought it was overhyped. I've only ever had it for carry out and drove it an hour home where its soggy. But now that a location has opened so close to home, and I can enjoy it fresh whenever I want - call me a Caniac. This location is located right off of a busy intersection in Arlington Heights, but there are plenty of entrances and always a breeze to get in. I often go through the drive thru and everything comes out quickly and hot. The staff is always friendly with a smile at the window and when I walk into the restaurant. I crave Canes and their lemonade more than I'd like to admit, but I can always count on their Caniac meal hitting the spot whenever I'm craving fried chicken. Their fries, and Cane's Sauce - delish. If you haven't had it, their honey mustard is great too, when looking for a dipping alternative. Your only choices come when it comes to drinks. I've had Raising Cane's at two different locations and each time the chicken tenders were not crispy. In fact, the side that comes out facing the platter is sometimes soggy. The secret sauce that comes with the tenders is really what gives the chicken it's flavor (love this sauce). This location is a favorite among teenagers (it's less than a mile from a high school) and is great for a quick lunch. The food is always consistent. I was in the drive thru with my family when i asked for extra sauce and when i pulled up, they were playing five nights at freddys music, my daughter is very scared of their music and she gets nightmares from that game, she started hyperventilating and crying in the car because of that music, we calmed her down and we got our food, the lady never told us that it was extra for the sauce and i even asked her while i was ordering for more canes sauce and she never charged me and i confirmed with her and specifically said 'i got more canes sauce right' then she looked at me like i was broke and panhandling for some canes sauce. i havent tried the food im scared to honestly my daughter started hyperventilating and i just hope this food would calm her down, and not to mention she was really craving that canes sauce. they did not follow my orders correctly at all. they couldve just added the canes sauce but instead they waiting until i already paid, at the window, had my food in hand, i felt like a kid again just wanting to chow down on some canes with their special sauce, i leave the parking lot with a crying daughter and no extra special sauce. i am very very disappointed. this is my first time and LAST time trying this canes. i dont know the ladys name but it was 10:15 when i got my canes in hand. the lady worker hispanic/dark gave me a nasty look when i asked for canes sauce, she looked at me like i ordered the whole menu and like i was on my 600 lb life and i was speaking gibberish i am very very sad. i never thought i would get fat shamed from a fast food restaurant who makes food for us bigger people. For years I've seen food critics rave about this place. The imagery of Raising Canes is of someone dunking their chicken tender in a cup full of Cane's signature sauce. I got the Caniac combo containing six chicken strips, fries, Texas toast, sauce, and Slaw. And it came with a 32oz soft drink. If it's any consolation, your meal is prepared pretty quickly. Personally I wasn't impressed. I think the textures far out pace their flavors. I liked the consistency of their breading, but it wasn't enough for me to recommend that people try this place. The fries were limp, the sauce and slaw were not remarkable, and their house lemonade had no sweetness. You can get tenders, potato wedges, and slaw at your local Jewel Osco deli, which taste far better. And when it comes to fast food, Culvers or Portillos chicken tenders still rank near the top for me. read more

I inquired about the rewards program she replied "Oh you mean the card, I don't have one here, I don't know, but you get a card & then you go online." Great customer service, and great fresh food! I am not a huge fan of coleslaw and so I asked if I can sub it out and got another garlicky Texas toast instead without any up charge! Crew were collecting garbage from customers who had finished eating and I even got a cool canes kitchen magnet from a manager who was checking in on us! This fast food restaurant is a great place where you can go if you want to eat fresh food when on the go. My and my kiddos Personal favorite meal at canes is the box combo. The fries are any normal curly fries that you find anyway that could be enjoyable. Next, which is the chicken, is pretty great. Crispy on the outside and really soft and tender on the inside. The Texas toast is nice a crisp and has a really nice flavor to it. But the biggest but in history is that their portions are smaller than my rabbits feces. They give us like 3 fries when giving us any meal. And the toasts are getting smaller and smaller. The service is okay and they are actually pretty funny. The outside of the building is great and looks nice. The inside is always cold to the perfect temperature. And they decorate it nicely. Village tavern really has the best chicken fingers. not fast food but bigger fresher, better batter and taste, similar prices and much better sauces. First of all, the quality of food at this establishment is off the charts. And it is so affordable! The CPD and QPD at Raising Cane's is unlike anything I have ever seen. But what really shined was the service. My server, Devin Edwardo Horvath, is the most beautiful man I have laid eyes on. He took my order with such poise and quickness. The way he handed me my drink was as if he was my lover. His laugh, his charisma, his jawline. All perfect. It was as if he was sculpted by God himself.
