Another ten minutes went by so I went to the bar to ask if I should order there. Three girls looked at me but continued over to the cooler where they visited with a waitress on her break. I finally said, "excuse me. Should I order at the bar." They responsed,"no" and in a few minutes one came to take our order. My guest had fries with her sandwich. The fries appeared to perhaps been partially frozen and then fried in a large clump. The inside of the clump of fries was soggy. Each time I go to Nat's I think the service will get better. After reading the reviews on Yelp where they share the same experience. I can only wonder if this is an ongoing issue with this place. Poor service equals no returns which is a huge problem for a small business. Food and is good and atmosphere is welcoming.
