Terrible customer service. I placed an order about 10mins prior to my arrival. When I arrive I am told I must have ordered at the wrong location because they did not have any mobile orders. I assured them I had the right location. After showing them that my order had the correct location I was told I would have to call Subway to get a refund. After I could not locate a number in the app or online I asked the manager if he could provide the number. The manager Sauful was very dismissive and did not want to help in anyway. He just said call Subway or call your bank as he proceeded to start closing down for the night. He would not provide me with the owners name or his supervisor's name. He never offered any assistance whatsoever. I was very respectful to him and just felt he did not care. I left with no dinner and I was out the $15 I paid for the meal. No thanks to him I did get my refund the next day. I will never go to this location again. I will drive an extra couple of miles to get better service. read more

This is a smaller location with limited seating and not a ton of traffic goes through here. However, the location is quite convenient with lots of parking options and away from the grocery store so there's no battling of parking. The food here is the same as other places. I think the sub and it's quality depends on the workers as they proof the bread and bake it and prep the ingredients. I have experienced one of the worst breads in subways and luckily this place does not do badly. The ingredients and the bread are in good condition and the overall taste of this place is standard. It is more of a takeout place due to the limited bathroom and seating, but that doesn't stop me from eating from here. What's good about this place is that it is in the middle of so many housing options so they do offer third party delivery. I haven't tried it, but if I ever need to, glad to know it's an option. read more

If I can give them zero stars I would. This establishment is dishonest, rude, and condescending. My husband and I placed two separate orders through the app. Mine had 12 counts of chocolate chip cookies. The pick up time noted in the app and in my email receipt said 1:10pm, however, when my husband and kids arrived to pick up the order they were told to wait. Apparently, they hadn't even started on our orders. There was a middle age woman and a young man working behind the counter. They were rude and disrespectful towards my husband. When my husband asked when the orders would be ready the young man rudely told my husband to wait. No time estimate was given, just wait. Additionally, my husband and daughter told the lady that there were cookies as part of the order. She told them she did not see it in the order, she did not even show them what she saw on her order form to confirm. I had to drive back to the restaurant to tell them there were cookies. The lady continued to proclaimed there were no cookies, then she lied and said she looked at my husband's order and not mine. My husband and daughter called her out and said they clearly told her there were two orders and the order under my name has the cookies. The lady was very disrespectful, rude, and condescending. We will never give them our business again. Lying to the customers, cheating them of items on their orders that they paid for already, and behaving in a rude, disrespectful, condescending manner is unacceptable. read more

I visited this location for a lunchtime sub and I politely asked the server to add more spinach to my sandwich. The server literally picked up one piece of spinach and said "what else would you like". Again, I asked to server to please add more spinach to the sub and again she only added one piece of spinach to the sandwich. If I had to pay extra for the spinach, I would of gladly paid. I am not expecting anything for free. I have never been treated this way at any subway location. The staff is rude, dismissive, and racist to non Hispanic customers. The same server offered a Latino customer in front of me free soups! Stay away from this subway location if you like to be treated with decency and respect. I divide my time between this location and the one on 355 as the one by my house closed earlier this year. I came in last night after some time and noticed that they have updated their menu board to a more sleeker look and have also added new condiments and breads to their menu. I got a foot long on jalapeno cheddar bread with oven roasted chicken, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers, olives, jalapenos, creamy siracha, honey mustard and ranch. The lettuce wasn't wilted and all the veggies were fresh. My combination is deff. very saucy and very filling. I can only eat one half and save the rest for later or the next day. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and so was the veggie section which I've noticed in other subways can get very grimy. The parking lot is shared with the rest of the stores on this strip and at peek hours it can be hard to find a spot. read more

If I could give it a negative, I would. In the afternoon of June 16th, we came in to order couple of subs as we just moved into the area. The guy behind the counter had an attitude, like he did not want to serve us or we were bothering him. My son order a steak & cheese sub, toasted. After server took it out the oven, I noticed he put very very little meat. I asked my son if he wanted more steak as that looked very skimpy. My son is a grown 25yo, 6'2", football player, so can imagine literally 1/2 cup of what they called steak was nearly not enough. Server with a nasty, rude attitude said "why didn't you say that before?" We have never experienced such rudeness about asking for extra anything. It's not like we wanted it for free. The whole dealing with this guy was unpleasant. He needs some training on customer service. I just wanted to cancel our order and go elsewhere but we were hungry. The food is good. Unfortunately, the last two times I went there I was extremely shocked and disappointed to see the servers without a face mask. This is totally unacceptable!!! Not sure if it was the store's system or the cashier himself, but a tip/ gratuity was added to my total without my permission! He gave me a total at checkout and I tapped my credit card into the machine and then he asked me if I wanted the receipt. Always say yes. When I got into my car, I noticed the total was higher than what he said it was, and when I looked at the receipt more carefully I noticed a tip was added. What the heck?! Subway was how I survived college... possibly one of the cheapest available meals on campus. So I'm always a big fan. This place stands out though. 1) It's so close to my house! Yay for something in the middle of nowhere. 2) Decent size, also looks very clean 3) The people are really nice and work very fast... I was in and out with two subs in 5 minutes 4) Good selection of chips and sodas tasted good. It's annoying when the soda machine doesn't mix well or the syrup's too stale. Went there today and asked for italian bread and they only had wheat and sunflower. My son found 2 curly hairs from the sub. I saw him pulled one then another one, it grossed and lose our appetite. No one have curly hair in my family. When I went back to store to show them, both of the staff said their hair is not curly and I need to pay if I want to get the replace sub. I am sure there are not only 2 staffs working in this Subway. I bought the sub, they wrapped it for me, that is not their responsibility? Am I deserved an apology? I suggest they wear hair nets. When denied for a cup of water in 90 degree waiting for the ride-on bus I honestly felt discriminated against as the manager who i've never met nor seen before gave me a glare as if I've ever brung any negativity to the store. I've lived in that neighborhood for 12+ years and have never experienced anything like that. I am not one of those people who ask for a cup of water and pour the whole soda machine in my cup on a daily basis nor do I ever even go in really to ask for a water cup. I could not understand why I was denied a cup of water in 90 degree weather especially when I work at a sub shop as well. We would never for any reason even dare or try to deny anyone a water cup. I don't want to believe that they racially profiled me but as a man of color it was the main thing that stuck to my mind. Shame on subway. If you want your sandwich made correctly and courteously, come to this place. The staff who assisted me with my order was very nice. I was unsure as to how my husband wanted his sandwich made and he responded that "if he doesn't like the sandwich, you can come back and we'll make him a new one." I was pleasantly surprise by that response as I've never been given that offer before. It may have taken a little bit long to create my sandwiches, but it was done correctly, neatly, and with a pleasant attitude. I wouldn't mind coming back here if I was in the area. read more

For starters, I dealt with a very young, immature and unprofessional female by the name of Jessica. No one had on name tags, so I can't verify her identity, but that is what she told me her name was. So, I went to Subway on Stringtown, Rd in Clarksburg tonight for a foot-long sub. I have been craving a sub all day and was super excited to use my FREE Chips and Drinks when you buy a Foot-long sub promotion, the promotion was THE ONLY reason I opted to get a foot-long sub in the first place. Well I presented my promotion and the women behind the counter redeemed the promotion and then proceeded to inform me that the promotion is not valid at the Clarksburg location and omits the free chips. This discovery confused me a little due the fact that she redeemed it without knowing if that is what I wanted to do since it would not fully work. So, I was like that's fine I will get the free drink and disregard the free chips, but I will call corporate bc I felt that it was false advertisement. So, I went to the counter to pay and the women was charging me the incorrect price. She had already given me the sub prices when I walked in, so therefore my total was a $1 off. I asked her why and she said the drink raised the price. I asked her about the promotion and getting a free drink like she just told me. This is where the disrespect and unprofessionalism started, the two women working for Subway behind the counter was speaking Spanish to two customers which were also young Hispanic females about the situation, talking about me. Thinking I couldn't understand. The final result was they removed the drink fee and gave it to me free like the promotion suggested. As I was walking out someone said "over a $1 though". It wasn't the point of me paying $1 it was all principle, how are you going to charge for something that is supposed to be free. I will report this subway location to BBB and put my awful experience on the internet and Facebook, and advise friends and family to not go to this Subway location. This subway needs to retrain and hire professional individuals. Jessica was very rude, unprofessional when dealing with me as a customer and talking negatively about me to her coworker and other customers in Spanish.
