Well that was a disappointment! Picked up 2 sandwiches. The meat on them was minimal, not enough to cover the bread from end to end. You get 2 tomato slices, 2 half slices of cheese, and 2 cucumber slices on your 6" sandwich. The lettuce was beginning to brown on the edges. There's no asking to add more because they're rushing you through the line. The highlight of the visit was when the woman putting together my sandwich, the last thing she touched was onions, used the same gloves hands that touched so many other things to then touch the cookies.... Really? With gloves hands that just touched onions. Guess I will not be returning. read more

I have given this place several chances but I'm done. No other Subway is as stingy with vegetables as this one. I got exactly one slice of tomato and five ribbons of lettuce on a foot long sandwich. The young man made sure to not put on any veggies. I asked for extra onion and got eight small pieces stretched out. Pathetic. I was starving and stuck in traffic on Tuesday Dec 14th. I saw nothing but this Subway so I thought I'd give it a shot. BEST MOVE I EVER MADE! The girls in the shop we're busily busting their butts getting things ready and making everything look appetizing. The manager girl was instructing her girl and was training with care and humor! Place was immaculate! Nothing but smiles and laughter coming from those girls even though they were extremely busy prepping and caring for customers. I was never a big Subway fan until now. I know it's only subway and I get that it's in a "mountain town". This place is a joke. They are out of cheese for the sandwiches. They are out of chips to choose from and to follow the theme the fountain drinks are out of order. My toasted chicken was probably toasted a week ago, not fresh on the sandwich as requested. Cheese wasnt melted and it was a struggle to get extra dressing to cover up the dried out chicken. Horrible...who messes up a sandwich?!? read more

I'm done. The most basic 101 of sandwich making is (1) proper filling to bread ratio; and (2) spread ingredients evenly so every bite is more or less the same. I just ate my final soggy mustard and lettuce sandwich made by cranky old ladies. There are three kinds of chicken: patty, chopped and shredded. I asked for "chopped" and they were both slapping their knees laughing at me, saying "I've NEVER heard of 'chopped' chicken!!!" They toyed with me for a minute, playing dumb and trying to make me refer to it by whatever moniker they use for it. Last time, I paid for DOUBLE meat, and got the same measly amount I got when I paid for a regular sandwich, so I didn't even waste my money this time. FTLOG, whoever owns this place, teach your people how to make a sandwich! And, if you can, charge an extra dollar or two and make your basic sandwich a PROPER sandwich. This sweet young woman (seemed to be a manager maybe?) was very communicative, extremely personable and worked great as a team with her coworker. After years of going here I won't go back. The last time I asked for a tuna sandwich they barely filled the little scoop with tuna. When I asked what changed because they had always put a decent amount in the scoop - an adult manager claimed it had always been that way. Not true. The kicker came when she refused to give me a bag for the sandwich. I had to hold it on my pants while seated in the car and had to wash the grease off my pants when I got home. Eating the sandwich, there was only a bare film of tuna. I wondered if the approach had changed elsewhere, I've been to two other Subways since and both places put a hefty scoop of tuna on the sandwiches. read more

I walked in to the store and the worker gave me a glare like I know she's not happy to be working but the least she could do is smile for the customers. Her name is Tara and honestly she made a really ugly sandwich not what I had in mind for my spicy Italian. Everything about this sandwich was sloppy the cheese was everywhere there was little to no veggies and she was rude about everything. The boys behind the counter today were very polite here Friday afternoon October 27th, Red eyed and looking like they were working hard. Friday's special was the Tuna Sub. I got the big foot long meal deal. Chips and a drink. My tuna sub was carefully made right before my eyes with this tiny, tiny little ice cream looking kinda scooper, yup a foot long tuna sub on that big slab of fresh baked in store, that day Italian bread and four (4) tiny, tiny little scoops of tuna. I kinda watched in amazement as he made my tuna sub to see if the kid after carefully placing my 4 scoops on my 2 halfs of my sub was gonna kinda come back thru and fill in the dots with that cute little tiny, tiny sccooper of his of a decent amount of tuna? Lots of space still left for tuna yanno on that big slab of fresh made in the store that day Italian roll! But to my disappointment, he did not. Now I'm a big boy true but I'd like a decent amount of tuna on my sub. Like I mentioned, The kids working were cool. The place was clean, Nice setting. Just an almost $9.00 bread and lettuce sub with Dorito's and a drink kinda turned me off in the appetite and the wallet.. It's SO bad. Don't come here!! When we walked in today we weren't greeted with a hello but silence and a death stare. It truly looked like we ruined her day by walking in. Two girls working today but they both seemed miserable. No eye contact, no enthusiasm, just horrible customer service. One even hit the other on accident turning around with the metal handle used to grab the sandwiches out of the toaster. You can tell they don't care about their job, the quality of the food, or the customer service. My boyfriends sandwich was slopped together and it looked disgusting but we could tell the girls wouldn't have cared if we had said something. We will never go back. It's such a simple process to make a sandwich and be kind. This put such a bad taste in our mouth. Literally. Last time ever to this Subway I happen to understand exactly why. I witnessed a couple IN THE RESTURANT with TWO DOGS! Dogs in a Resturant! Around food! The owner and operator of the Resturant didn't seem to care, and only shrugged when I pointed out the obvious. Dog people seem to have convinced this woman that throwing a blanket on their pooch makes bringing their dog around food and supplies legal and acceptable. All I can say is if you believe that, eat away. I'm not getting sick again. read more

I'm giving this two starts primarily because of the very friendly, and helpful, young, brunette girl (did not catch her name) who made my sandwich. The other young skinny blonde girl rudely shouted if I wanted chips and drink with my meal as I was letting the girl making my sandwich know what else I would like on it. I ignored the blonde... as I came to the register she asked again. As she rang me up she was so involved in complaining another employee about some personal issue she was having, and very loudly for the whole restaurant to hear. The transaction was complete and she says" you're all done" no napkin, no thank you, no have a good day. The employee she was complaining to handed me a napkin after noticing the blondes mistakes, thanked me and wished me a good day. I recommend never eating here. As a returning former employee of this restaurant, it has gone down-hill. I have seen everything here and more, but this is just terrible. Service is rude, still roach control problems, Improperly made sandwiches, price discrepancies, poor cleanliness and not to mention regular mis-doings in the parking lot at night. Don't go here. Arrived for lunch on 5th MArch 2017. 2 Girls working there. As we ordered I noticed how cold it was and could see all 3 ceiling fans going medium speed. Why? The lady and man behind me said the same.. Cold in here !! I wanted to have a sit down lunch. I told the older girl making my sandwich how cold it is out here. She said they need to keep the food cold that the fans help and that she is very hot back here !! Folks behind me said... So much for Customer service... I said... Yep... Then I said.. Lady, you ought to keep a coat rack full of coats for customers to wear... She said.. Yea... I will tell the manager... Then she said.. To go ? I said.. Yes.. Of course because it is too cold to eat in here,,, I will eat in the car.. And left.. Keep in mind I am in jeans and Tee Shirt with pull over on... So.. I was dressed warm as it was cold outside and even colder in there.. I do remember eating here before weeks earlier and it was also cold... Terrible customer service...
