Went on a Sun. the veggies looked worn out. The cucumber looked like it had been steamed, flies buzzed the food, and the drink dispenser. there were dead flies on the floor, The lettuce had dropped into the cucumber bin, the entire counter needed a real good cleaning and refresh. read more

Quality is good, employees are friendly and do a great job. New ownership has freshened up the store nicely- however, they are consistently understaffed. It is not unusual to wait in line for 15 minutes or more. read more

I have patronized deer park subway for years as well as many in the Northwest. I realized this ones prices were higher than any others, so I started tracking prices. An example as comparison is Chewelah. Deer Parks top 11 sandwiches are 20% higher priced. That is $1.20 per foot long higher than Chewelah subway.In general this holds true with the other subways we go to in the Spokane area. How does the owner justify these prices ? Check it out. Maybe they set these prices just because they can. Is this fair to the residents of Deer Park? Too bad the closest other stores are many miles away. They stll make good sandwhiches. The WORST subway ever. For the second time in a month my husband went to get sandwiches for our family and they literally have no bread. Only flat bread and wraps available for the next hour. Now I know why their bread is usually dry and gross, it's all from the day before. Came in 5 minutes before close was ushered out saying they closed 3 minutes ago. Little irritated but it was a nice reminder why I always make a point to go to a different location. Went to Subway today and waited in line over 30 minutes. Once I returned to work late, I called the "manager" to find out it was some high school girl that stated she was the manager "Kayla" and stated I cursed at her and hung up on me. place is clean enough, staff friendly, but the sandwiches were badly put together, smashed down, they are always out of certain breads, especially the Honey Oat (again). we order large orders usually, min. 4 sandwiches, and everyone of them we're made terribly, more bread than anything. appeal works, and these looked like they'd been sitting for 2 days on a counter somewhere. ... sad. :( we look forward to subway off and on. read more
