First and foremost, this place was very clean. Like just opened the store clean. Very impressive. Staff was very friendly, but also were hustling. These guys screwed up my order TWICE. I go through the drive thru to bring lunch home to my son & wife and notice on the drive home that they forgot the chips in my order. So I head back and walk inside and tell them and the lady was like "oh yeah sorry go ahead and grab a bag." I get home and realize that my son's little John is missing now ... at this point I'm super frustrated. How hard is it really ? I call and tell them that they forgot another thing in my bag and they tell me they'll remake it and head on down. I walk and the guy literally tosses the bag on the counter as I walk through the doors because they clearly know who I am at this point. "Little John right ?" He asked I grab my order and say thank you and leave. What ever happened to accountability and at least seeming sorry ? Like if you screw my order up not only once but twice shouldn't you offer accommodation by offering the customer a free item or coupon ? Whatever happened to that generosity ? Just ordered 3 toasted reg sandwiches and they were all great. I mean really great. Bread was fresh and toasted to a nice crunch. Meat was plentiful and everything was fresh! read more

I ordered online pick up and both sandwiches were made correctly. Most reviews seem like people have problems in store and sloppily made sandwiches which I assume is due to workers being in a hurry. The only complaints would be the sandwich wasn't dressed fully with mayo, mustard, and hot peppers. Pickle on the side wasn't fully cut either, bread was a little tough, but again the only decent sandwich place nearby. read more

Ok so I've given this place many opportunities but I think I'm done giving them the chance to provide decent sandwiches. The bread seems always be stale, toppings skimpy and the staff seems annoyed with customers for no reason. I assume this is a franchise location. I've found that Jimmy John's in general can be hit or miss. This place is a miss. read more

I'm a sucker for Jimmy John's #5 with hot peppers. Been to this location several times and do like the food HOWEVER today when I was eating, an employee stood on the drink counter to dig around in the ice dispenser - He STOOD in his dirty shoes on the counter. Three guesses on when he went back and cleaned that counter where people prepare their drinks. 1. Never 2. Never or 3. Never You guessed it, He never did - so what other blatant health violations are happening at this location? Ugh! I've been a fan of Jimmy Johns, this location specifically. Until Friday, when I stopped for a roast beef sandwich. After craving JJ for months (living where the closest is 2 hours away) I was so excited for the yumminess. But then my first bite happened and all I could taste was frozen tomato and icky lettuce. I love Jimmy Johns but one thing that annoys me is when I place an order on the app it asks for the name the sandwich is for. The problem with that is the store I usually go to ignores that and doesn't write the name on the sandwich wrapper. When you order multiple sandwiches with customizations it becomes a problem quickly!! This store wrote our names on the wrappers and I am so excited about that. Being using this location often, delivery and in store pickup. I'd have to agree with some of the other reviews that some employees here lack the spunk and positive customer service skills as of late. Cashier wasn't listening and charged me the full price for a full JJBLT when I asked for and got the "mini" version of it that's supposed to be half the cost. So ripped off $3+ right there. Guy making the sandwiches made my #8 very sloppy and squished the bread. About the only thing they can't screw up are the prepackaged salt n vinegar chips. Hesitant to go back. May go to the one on division instead. Couple times been there, friendly and fast service. read more

Today I went to my favorite Jimmy Johns. I went through drive thru and when I got home discovered that my bread was a little crunchy. We called and asked the store if they could do anything and they literally drove to our house and delivered us two fresh sandwiches with their perfect bread!! First couple times my deliveries rocked, so I'm not sure what's happened. Today my delivery took over 25 minutes to get here during my lunch hour, meaning I only had half the time to eat. Last time I ordered it took super long and the delivery girl told me my order had just been sitting there for who knows how long! Mind you this location is right up the street from me, 6 minutes away. Maybe next time I won't take the chance when I'm hungry and order from somewhere else, you know, fool me once... basically if you're really hungry I would give this location a second thought, as they don't live up to their slogan half the time. read more

I went threw the drive through and the person working the window said "jimmy johns" and that was it didn't ask what I wanted or anything so then I just said my order and he said "k" on my order I also ordered no tomatoes because I'm allergic to them. They took forever to make my sandwich and I got all the way home and there was tomato's on my sandwich. This is one of my favorite sandwich/subway shops around. First off their sub rolls and especially their whole wheat bread is awesome. Their meats and cheeses are high quality and their speed is out of this world. Always friendly service, great fast food that can be very healthy at a decent price - what's not to love. read more

My Mom brought me here for lunch, saying she loves the sandwich she gets. I ordered the #16 CLUB LULU® - Sliced turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato & mayo. The bread was tough and semi hard. There was a very paper thin amount of meat stuffed between an inch thick of lettuce on both sides and two thin tomato slices. I didn't need to remove anything from my sandwich to make it better because when I took a bite, a lot of it fell out on the counter. Not impressed at all. First and last time I have been here. Don't know what all the hype is about. The bread they use is the worst I've ever had in a sub shop....it's flat, hard, and tough to chew. I love a good chewy bread, but this was anything but good. The meats and cheeses have very little flavor, and there was an Italian vinegrett that was also tasteless. No thanks. For my work I must be at a different job location everyday so the address at which I try and order from changes.....every single time they're less than a mile away and will not deliver to me.
