After waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I asked around 9:34 a.m. how much longer my order would take. Instead of simply apologizing or providing an update, the employee checked my payment time and told me that the wait was "right on target" for a good breakfast. When I politely expressed that the wait seemed excessive for what I had ordered, she reiterated that this was normal and that good food takes time to prepare. I didn't feel those comments were necessary--they made me feel dismissed rather than understood. She also stated there had been a long line ahead of us, which wasn't accurate. When I arrived at 9:13, there was only one customer finishing her order at the register. I finally received my food at approximately 9:38 a.m. While I understand that fresh food takes time, a 25-minute wait for two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, especially with no proactive communication, felt excessive. A simple acknowledgment of the delay or a more empathetic response would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns were brushed aside. Between the lengthy wait, the dismissive interaction, and the overall experience, I didn't feel the service justified the price or the 20% tip that was included in my purchase. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

It was perfect, not too sweet and just the right amount of cream vs espresso! large outdoor patio and a quite room off to the side. They sell some homemade syrups and fresh baked goods! Staff was kind and worked quickly to get everything out as fast as possible. definitely going to make this a must go to anytime i'm in the area!

For my inaugural visit I ordered the Gourmet Italian. This seven inch sandwich was stuffed with prosciutto, deluxe ham, capicola, Genoa salami, provolone, and finished with oil, vinegar, and oregano. I deleted the lettuce and mayo. Bonus points for not asking me if I wanted it toasted! Molto bene! Plus one ordered the meatball sub. This was another winner that was surprisingly spicy. The marinara sauce tastes as advertised "home made". The meatballs were moist and fabulously tender. Tucci's does have daily specials and I can hear the Philly Cheese Steak sub calling my name for my next visit. If you live in the area traffic is a mess but it's worth it to visit this East Coast Sub Shop.
