I heard some confusion between sub makers while preparing our order, and I told one of them to leave the onion so the Vito (that's how it comes). She assured me they were on there and seemed agitated that I had mentioned it. And to be clear, I wasn't rude or demeaning at all with these folks. Just politely asking to make my sandwich my way is all. So I get home and my Vito didn't have onions on it. Was it spite or just incompetence? I have no idea. His energy was contagious and made the whole experience enjoyable before we even placed our order. When we got to the window and met him in person, he was just as wonderful--super charming, personable, and kind. You can tell he either genuinely loves what he does or, at the very least, takes great pride in creating a positive experience for others. Either way, it shows. Bailey is the kind of person other employees could learn from. His attitude, warmth, and professionalism really stood out. Honestly, I believe this is just a stepping stone for him--his personality alone will take him far, and I have no doubt he has a very bright future ahead.
