Just ordered from here for the first time since moving to the area and I haven't eaten all day and was so excited when my food arrived and I take one bite of my cheesesteak and this disgusting long black hair (I'm blonde) is like melted into the cheese. I immediately spit it back out and have been grossed out ever since. This branch does not pride itself on proper food safety or hygiene. I requested a full refund from Postmates because that is just nasty! read more

Just received my order...01-001524-99-135665. I asked for extra banana peppers and jalapeños. Received zero peppers of either kind. Asked for oil and vinegar on the side. It showed up a mushy mess, doused on the sandwich with oil and vinegar. Why ask your customers to customize if you don't listen to their requests?? read more

I kinda have a motto; chicken and sandwiches are meant to be consumed at home. I mean, why would you seek out said cuisine when you can seek out seafood, bone marrow, and BBQ? OK, I'm showing my Yelp food snobbery again. Not that there's anything wrong with that. The new Jersey Mike's between Austin and Dripping Springs has opened along with a few other dining options. Some fancy, others aren't. As others have noted plenty of staff to help when ordering. This usually happens in the first few weeks and then vanish back to corporate headquarters. Last few weeks I've been craving a Philly Cheesesteak and JM's delivered a decent offering. I did notice the mushrooms and jalapenos were carefully portioned out on my #56. Sliced onions on the other hand were quite plentiful. Sammich was huge and could have been portioned into two meals. Yeah, I didn't do that. Plenty of cheesy goodness! read more

The Jersey Mike's in Belterra village in Dripping Springs is a great sandwich place to try. During this crisis, they offer online as well as in-store pick up and also delivery via GrubHub, and other delivery services. Great subs, great service and definitely something to consider as an alternative meal. If you're in the neighborhood give them a try. read more

I love steak subs and I love getting them at Jersey Mike's! This location specifically is awesome. First of all, they are always clean and they always have employees cleaning up the premises and leaving the dining area tidy. Second, I have a very specific (weird) way I like to order my steak subs, and not only do they not give me attitude, they always get it right! These guys have been busting there A after the storms hit. All the customers have been in a bad mood but they manage to keep a positive attitude. I was mildly hesitant to go here because of all my experiences previously with Jersey Mike's from where we're from originally (Orlando, Fl) but I have to say this place was on point. Very friendly staff, the portions were NOT skimped. I'm normally not a sub place person, because if you go to Subway it's a sprinkle of lettuce, and 6 placed pickles, but I was super impressed that I never once had to ask for a "little more." It is pricey, my husband, and I got two giant versions of subs to eat of while we unpacked in our new apartment, and with two bags of chips without drinks was 30 bucks, and some change. But hey, it was yummy, and fresh, and I enjoyed seeing them slice the meat in front of you to order! read more

Second time I have been to this location. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Service is quick and quality is what you would expect. Location was busy at time of visit but that did not seem to affect the operations any. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good and quick mealtime stop. read more

By far the worst customer service I've ever had. Had to repeat my order 4 times before they started making it. We were the only people in line. After adding but one topping on my sub they rapped it up without asking if I wanted anything else. Ordered a drink, didn't get it. The server was practically yelling at us. Newly open did a great job lot of staff on Deck! Glad to have them around! Still look like new staff was being trained but did a great job seem to have their ducks in a row. Pretty consistent with all the other locations. The Giant subs will run around $13. They are kind of on the high-end but well worth it. read more

I have been to this store 3 separate times around lunch. Ranging from busy with 11 people. To busy with 2 people. Each time the little guy making sandwiches with glasses was rude. He Looks like he wants to be anywhere else but at work. The short stocky guy with a beard is way to friendly and dosen't seem to help when there is a rush of customers. The manger seemed friendly but kind of rude to a customer when he was asked if they accept coupons. The food IS tasty but the service blows. Go see for yourself read more

I have a wheat allergy and the staff at this store take great care to clean everything before making my sandwich. This is one of the few places I can get a gluten-free meal and not end up having an allergic reaction! I highly recommend them! The sandwhiches taste great too! read more

It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. The original owner, Mike, thrived off the seasonal tourist industry and a small population of year round residents. In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach.
