When the new owner took over at first there was a big improvement. Now the customer service is right back where it was, very rude. The sandwich was made on old bread and something in the sandwich was really bad. My sister and I had lunch with them yesterday and both of us have diarrhea and cramping. I was really hoping that the new owner would be better than the old. It's really sad that people are that miserable at their jobs they have to be so negative and just mean. With everything going on in this crazy country you would think people would try to be happier and show compassion for others. read more

The rewards card will let you know you have a buy 2 get one free. They do not honor it though they tell you they put it in. They also claim to give veterans 10% discount, but 10% of zero is zero. When you ask for the manager or owner name they will tell you that they are a private company and do not have to provide you with that information. Don't buy just run..... read more

I went in for lunch and left with nothing. The lady made me stand there while she made an online order. After telling her when i walked in the door I had a coupon. She told me she accepts them. I waited for her to make her online order she proceeded to tell me she needed to check her computer to see if she could accept the coupon. Then she told me she couldn't see the coupon in the computer so she couldn't accept it. This is total BS. I use these coupons I recieve in txt message all the time and no one ever gives me a problem except her. Really pissed me off. Biggest waste of 15mins of my life. The lady with the long grey hair in a bun who was working on 08/28/21 at 3:51 pm was incredibly rude and sounded put out and loudly sighed to make the sandwich the way my daughter asked with Mayo on the bread first. seriously! the girl behind the counter was really rude to me everytime i asked for something she gave me attitude todld me they can't do it. asked for rotiserry chicken gave me the wrong one when i told her she whipped the grinder in the trash and argued that i did not tell her. then proceeded to be snotty the whole time then told me not to be so rude. i told her she was the rude one asked to talk to manager, wouldnt let me, so i left. she made a call and looked at my car i hope she told them my plate # as it backs up my complaint. she is crazy! i will talk to manager and i will continue to get my grinders there, she's the only one ive had a problem with but i assure you she won't be giving anyone elese a problem read more

This is the slowest subway i have ever been to in my life, i went in to get a very simply sub and i was in there for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. i don't not recommend to anyone. the worker that was there was very slow and uncoordinated. read more

Easthamptons subway makes the best salads hands down! I know that might seem like such an easy thing to do... however, it's not. They chop all of it all together, like a true chop salad.. - and not every subway does it that way. read more

The food is fine, subway is a good chain, but the employees are horrendously rude. I know there are some good guys that work there, but there's one guy and this really grumpy lady that everyone else seemed to mention as well. I don't understand why they tolerate this poor treatment of customers. I work in the service industry, and I know it's not easy, but you simply can't treat people like this. The guy that I referred to has really long hair and was actually, I kid you not, swearing at me under his breath. I don't know if he was pissed because I was ordering a sandwich at 10:30 am or what but it was not cool. There were other people in line and I'm amazed they didn't notice or hear him. I'm not a confrontational guy so I didn't say anything, but this is not how you treat paying customers who are more than kind to you. Not a big Subway guy. But recently our local paper had some coupons for Subway in it so I thought what the heck. It was for 2 footlong subs for 11 bucks I believe. I thought sure, I'll buy one for my friend who's house I was heading to and myself. He only wanted a 6" but I told him I was getting the footlongs because of the coupon.. So I order them over the phone so they would be ready when I got there. Got a couple bags of chips, figured about $15. I pulled a $20 out of my pockets and the gal working says, "oh that's $23.70" I in turn gave her the coupon and with a smile she tells me they don't take coupons," they are privately owned and only take certain coupons"...say what? I was a bit shocked and put out. The last time I had been there (and like I said it's been a while) they took the coupon in the paper. I mean, it came with the LOCAL paper. So I thought, ya know..... you should have just taken the coupon, adjusted the price and made a customer happy. And that customer would be so impressed by your cordial attitude, he would of definitely come back and spent more money. INSTEAD, once again, a place of business puts the almighty dollar bill before good customer service. And I will never spend another dollar there ever again. Bad form guys. read more

I love Subway sandwiches, but unfortunately the Easthampton Subway is one of the worst Subways I've been to (with the exception of Wal-Mart Subways. Ugh.) I'll go there in a pinch, but I would rather drive a little further to Southampton or Florence if I have the time. Some of the staff tries really hard, but there is a chick that has been working the day shift for years and we all dread getting her as our 'sandwich artist'. She is brusque and rude and barks orders at you. She seems to have a hearing difficulty as she will often make your sandwich wrong and when you try to correct her, she yells "YOU SAID this way". Um, no I didn't. I'm pretty sure that I know what I want, especially since I always get the same thing. Also, I'm guessing that the manager here tries to cut costs by telling the employees to "go easy" on all the ingredients, because no matter which employee you get here, they are so SKIMPY with everything. I don't enjoy looking like a pig having to constantly ask for more (and risk getting charged extra.) There is a noticeable difference in the amount of stuff they put on at other Subways. read more

I agree with Betty wholeheartedly. I love Subway but I always forget how much I hate this Subway until I pull into the parking lot (with ample parking) and remember the attitude I get every single time I walk through the door. It makes me feel a little better to know that I'm not the only one who has battled with the woman behind the counter (the dentally-challenged one, right?) about what I ordered. Maybe if she spent less time glaring at me while I placed my order and more time listening to the words coming out of my mouth, she'd get it right. She has gotten orders wrong and told me "You SAID...." which is A) terrible customer service and B) just wrong, because I know what sandwich I ordered - it's the one I've been thinking about all day and the same one I order every time. The last time I went here, the guy literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked for extra cheese. Seriously? I'm sorry you hate your job or are having a bad day, but there is no excuse for the terrible attitude I get every time. I really try to get my husband to go here so I don't have to deal with the hassle, and he has not experienced the attitude issues I have so maybe I just get the wrong people on the wrong day. He has been overcharged for extra sandwiches and other stuff, though, so I can't say that the negative experience is just mine. Anyway, it's not the worst place in the world, and once you're done getting a side order of bad attitude with your sandwich, the food is pretty decent so at least you get a good meal out of the experience. read more
