I had to wait forever to be seated then it took longer to get someone to serve us drinks. Staff yelling at each other through the kitchen window. It was a horrible experience. However, last night my family went and we were greeted immediately with a "welcome in family please have a seat". Then the waitress asked for our drinks right away. The waiter was a woman named Inez! She was very courteous and professional and treated all of us like we were her family. I highly recommend that Inez be awarded with an Employee of the Month award as she definitely deserves it! She returned to our table multiple times to to see if we were ok with everything we were served. She truly cared about getting our orders correct. She was an absolute angel and made our experience there one in which we will be back! Thank you again for not being good, but being great! I intentionally ordered the fried chicken jalapeño bacon ranch sandwich because I got healthy at home. I was given the grilled version. I took a bite to see if my taste buds approved the oversight. They vetoed the decision. I reported the incorrect order via the app and was immediately given a replacement reward. I also retuned the sandwich at the counter and was taken care of expeditiously. Kudos to the staff and the shift leader, Nicholas, if I remember correctly. There are many reasons people protest and boycott CFA. The service, food taste and quality are not included. I don't know if all areas have the same events, but I was excited about what the CG CFA has coming up. I'll be back next Saturday for their free breakfast sandwich. I cannot find anything like them in Colorado. Then I obviously get an Eegee. The flavor depends on if there is a good flavor of the month but my go to is half pina and strawberry. I love Eegees so much that I actually have an Eegee tattoo on my arm. I grew up in South Tucson on these delicious drinks and I absolutely love them. My burger was only warm with barely melted cheese. The meat looked old and the patties were dry. It looked like an old piece of cheese was on the bottom patty. I'm guessing there was cheese on a patty in the warmer and they added fresh cheese in between that and the extra patty for my double. When did they start placing cooked patties in a warmer? I thought their burgers were made fresh to order! This was the worst tasting and looking burger I had at any Whataburgers'! My wife's burger was no better. I spoke with the manager and I guess once the patties are cooked, they cannot be stored in the warmer longer than five minutes. Well, my patties were definitely in the warmer longer than five minutes. Take a look at the pics. They don't get hard dark old looking edges in five minutes! They really deserved two stars, but I was lenient. This place is a hit and miss. I never had a problem at the Chandler location. Their burgers are outstanding and always served freshly cooked; at least in my experience! My wife asked if I would ever return here again! I don't know! We'll see!
