But she served it on Wonder Bread anyway, with more mayo slathered on the bread. G ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a bacon sandwich. The bitches give you what food they feel like making. The bitch wallpaper should have been an indication. If you find yourself in Escalante, bear the hunger growl in your stomach and go down the road about 20 minutes. There is a lodge/cafe place sitting at the corner of a switchback. No, we did not eat there, but the view was breathtaking which sometimes makes your food experience better.

This is a charming place, you order from the cute cottage and collect your food from the turquoise blue chevy Bluebird bus. We sat outside on the patio with shade from a converted barn like shed. They each came with a generous amount of mushrooms and jalepenos. The burgers were deliciously charred and juicy. The fries were fresh and crispy with a great sauce. This was the best meal on the scenic byway 12. Service was friendly and quick. There's outdoor tables to use, but we ate in our car.

They are known for thick shakes and this was no lie. We devoured the chocolate shake in record time. Soooo thick but so creamy and it really hit the spot. This fun drive thru offers burger baskets that are served with fries and of course the famous Utah fry sauce. For those not in the mood for a burger, they also serve chicken, pork, and seafood baskets. Most importantly order that milkshake! Interesting story behind Nemo's which made us enjoy our time here even more (see story in posted pictures). Service was friendly and the location could not provide better views.

Super sweet folks working here who definitely care about the food they create and serve. They have full menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner with lots of yummy options. I had the daily special, which was pulled pork mac & cheese covered with crispy onions and a splash of BBQ sauce. Really tasty and filling. My wife enjoyed the loaded baked potato, filled with pulled pork, melted cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sour cream. We also shared the beet salad, which included candies pecans and goat cheese. They have plenty of tables with a knockout view of the surrounding mountains. Definitely worth checking out before or after a day of adventuring in this great recreation area.

Plus, what a great name for a food truck !! It's just been opened for a week and is definitely going to be a hot spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I ordered a baked potato with pulled pork, Cheddar and caramelized onions subbing the BBQ sauce for sour cream and butter. It was delicious! The baked potato was good sized and cooked perfectly and the pork was really tasty and moist. Shared the beet, goat cheese and candied pecan salad with hubs, and it was also tasty. Loaded with beets, goat cheese and pecans. Highly recommend stopping at this great new food truck.
