Cold Brew for the drive back!!

We went on a 6 mile hike today and we were starving... we stopped at this to Lil grill on the road... and to our amazement , the food was EPIC! My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and I had the trout . That paired with the lemon caper salad and we are stuffed and satisfied ! The service was excellent as well :) Highly recommend !!

Nice stop in Boulder, UT. Indoor & outdoor seating. Next door to a coffee shop. We got the burger & spicy chicken sandwich. Delish! Service was very friendly and attentive. Sat outside with our dog. Lovely corner and views.

I am so glad I was out in the middle of a very scenic byway (State Highway 12) and happened upon this delightful oasis! I had no idea what to expect from the understated exterior. Once inside, orders are taken at the counter and food and beverages are brought to your table. The beet salad was exceptional, arugula, house pickled beets, pistachios, whipped honey goat cheese and honey vinaigrette. Oh I want one right now! The Lamb burger, made with local lamb, lemon mint sour cream, tomatoes, red onion, ribboned cucumber, feta cheese on a house baked brioche bun! Omg The wine, the deserts - everything is just scrumptious! If you are anywhere near this place you have to go. The owners are amazing too!

Well, what does one do when you finish a great hike? Why grab a cheeseburger and chow down. My friend and I were on a road trip on the beautiful Highway 12 stopping at a few national parks in Utah. After an epic hike, we had to to have some food. This place appeared and just in time. I chowed on the most incredible cheeseburger. This burger was seasoned to perfection and everything about it was Delicious. Yes, that's what I said. You are probably thinking what's so big about a cheeseburger? I can't explain it all I can say is it was truly one of the best burgers I have ever ate. As I write my review, I am still dreaming of it. Service was great and friendly. You can either eat indoors or outside on the nice views patio. For a such a small and out of the way burger joint, this place rocks! If you ever find yourself looking for some good food off Highway 12 in Utah be sure to stop in here. Your belly will thank you.

It's been years since I've been here but I couldn't forget one of my favorite meals when I was road-tripping through the Utah national parks! Cell service was a bit spotty during our drive but somehow we happened upon this restaurant when we were starving. They had the best comfort food - I ordered the pastrami on rye with roasted potatoes and it was delicious. Super flavorful with a sauerkraut punch! Potatoes were cooked perfectly. Of course, I had to get some peach pie for the road- it was heavenly, homemade with love. When exploring Capitol Reef National Park area, this is a MUST for lunch!

A delightful encounter in Kanab, the small town along the way on our road trip to Salt Lake City. A…read morewonderful meal. Pistachio Chicken: The chicken breast was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a thin, crispy crust that was especially impressive. The sauce blended the mild aroma of Poblano chili, the creamy richness of butter, and the unique fragrance of herbs. Most precious was the pistachio aroma, both vibrant and subtle, without overpowering or masking the other flavors, creating a delicate balance. Even the saltiness was just right, subtle and delicate. The surface was garnished with pico de gallo, fresh, sweet, tangy, and spicy, balancing the potential heaviness of the sauce. The asparaguses were also very fresh, with a natural fragrance, but perhaps a little too mild with the sauce. Kanab Cowboy Ribs: The pork ribs were slow-cooked and roasted until they were so tender that they easily fell off the bone, offering no resistance when cutting into them. The homemade barbecue sauce coated it thickly, rich and sweet, with an authentic American barbecue flavor. It might be a bit too sweet for most Chinese palates, but I thought it was quite good. The agave mustard vinaigrette seemed more decorative; I nearly couldn't really taste it. Lemon Sorbet: Homemade sorbet, offering the most soulful finish. It was breathtakingly beautiful at first glance; the simple white porcelain plate and glass were limpid and elegant, perfectly matching the sorbet's style. Unlike typical sorbets that emphasize extreme acidity, this restaurant took a different approach, with a gentle, even subtle, acidity that brings out the natural, lively fragrance of lemon, like Lolita's touch through pale silk. The texture was also delicate and smooth, without any ice crystals. Everyone was captivated; some even ordered an extra to take away. The restaurant claims that ingredients come from its organic garden. This might be a pointless gimmick, but the cooking and presentation of the dishes conveyed a consistent level of refinement and care, making it all the more valuable.

My family stopped by here and our way to the National Parks and are so glad that we did. As my dad said, "this was the best meal of our trip so far", comparing it to fine dining in Seattle. Circle D is a relatively small establishment overall, and so we had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes or so. The owners and a young waitress whom they had hired a couple weeks before were the only front staff. All of them were very friendly. As far as the food, we ordered the smoked tuna Niçoise salad, the bone-in pork chop, and the lemon chicken. We also had the truffle fries for an appetizer. The TRUFFLE FRIES were super flavorful and packed with umami flavors. The cheese was perfectly melted on top giving it an extra rich and savory flavor. The SMOKED TUNA NICOISE SALAD was also excellent. The fish had a well-rounded smoky taste and the salad was HUGE. All of the vegetables were extremely fresh and crisp; they included tomato, avocado, red radish, green beans, and olives. While the smoked fish was the star of the dish, the baked potato was by far the BEST baked potato I've had in my life- crisp and browned on the outside and soft in the inside. The BONE-IN PORKCHOP was the highlight of the dishes. I don't normally like porkchop as I usually find it too dry but this one was super moist. The apple and parsnip compote was BOMB. This is the must-get dish if you come. The LEMON CHICKEN was wonderfully tender and came with the amazing potatoes as described above and fresh green beans. It had prominent olive and lemon flavors and reminded me of the chicken my mom bakes in the oven at home. The atmosphere is cozy; and homely. They have about 10 tables in total or so. It is clean and they have an open patio if you want to dine outside. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere
