A little over a decade ago Libby had a Mexican restaurant that was literally 5 Star authentic food ( seriously, I have travelled all over the U.S. and Mexico and experienced some of the best Mexican food available and it was some of the best) with no-holds-barred spicing and it barely squeaked by until it went out of business; Libby likes PLAIN and near TASTELESS food. That being said, the "plain" food at Rosita's is of decent quality for those who like "plain" in spite of your palate's desperate search to find a punch of flavor in it. Unfortunately, we will rarely go back (only in a pinch) because the PRICES charged are OUTRAGEOUS for what is essentially a fast food restaurant....example, $18 for 3 tiny tacos and maybe a 1/4 cup each of rice and beans. Frankly, and sad to say, Taco Bell is a better value and at least has FLAVOR.
