This Wendy's is the worst. I really used to enjoy Wendy's so much but there are two now that have just destroyed my opinion of the franchise. The more I talk to folks, I hear the same thing. Dave! Dude what happened? Customer service is so not a thing with the folks at this spot. They left out a sandwich, I got all the way home and realized we were one short so I called. The person who answered grunted at me that she had it. No apology. Nothing. I go back, long line at drive thru so I get out of my car, go inside and stand at the counter to the side of the others in line. First I get yelled at that the "lines over there" so I tell them I'm just here for my sandwich that they forgot to put in my bag so the person at the fries looks up, points to the pathetic looking thing sitting on the counter and goes back to what she was doing. If I could give it a zero I would. Got two incorrect inedible orders in one night. (The second one was supposed to be the correction for the first screw up.) initially the burgers were burned, upon going back to the store (and having to do everything through the drive thru) one was replaced with a dried out chicken sandwich the other with the wrong burger, and it tasted of nothing but garlic. The fries were also terrible I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Your mom was right, you do have food at home! read more

i went in to wendy's yesterday after my doctors appointment and then i went in to get a drink because i was thirsty and my mom wanted a cup of ice and there was a new worker as of that day he said and i was patient with him because he was new and he needed some home with the register and there was another person working i never heard anyone say his name but he was a shorter white guy and he was just being absolutely rude to the new worker and when i asked how much a cup of ice was he made a smart a** remark about that's a dumb question but due to me not going there that often i was asking because some places charge and i didn't have much money but to whoever reads this and goes to wendy's be mindful of the shorter guy he was just all in total just being rude and disrespectful to his fellow coworker and he was new so you would think we would be a little more mindful of the new guy but great service from the guy that just started but horrible service from the shorter guy read more

Horrible. Ordered lunch in drive thru. Told to pull forward to wait, no problem. I see two vehicles behind me also asked to park and wait for their order. I can see inside and notice a singular customer ordering food and 1 sitting currently eating. It takes AT LEAST 15 minutes until my order is brought to me at the same exact time the other two vehicles get theirs. On top of the time, it was all old food. The chicken sandwich and fries tasted like they'd been cooked at 11am (this was around 3pm) and the fries had not a drop of seasoning on them. Cold, soggy, tasteless prison food is the best comparison I can think of to describe this meal. I maybe ate half the fries only because I was very hungry and the rest went to the birds. I highly suggest you go to any other establishment that actually sells food than here. The raccoons in Jax eat better food than they provide. read more

What happened to Wendy's taco salad? Years ago I used to eat their Taco salads often. They started to go downhill so I stopped. Well, today my husband suggested a salad and I thought, let's try a Taco salad from Wendy's. Boy, what a disappointment. Absolutely not one piece of meat in the chili and the sauce for the chili was awful. If you ever opened a can of beans and it was a thick liquid, that is what the chili looked like. Taste like Campbell soup was opened and added beans. When Clara would say "Where is the beef" she meant there is no meat in the chili. Last time I will eat another thing at Wendy's. Dave would be turning in his grave if he saw what had happened to Wendy's. So sad that this world doesn't care anymore except for the money. read more

Came here 2 days ago and they pretended to be closed which was very disappointing. Thought we would give it another try and the service was absolutely horrible. This location is awful the manger on duty @ 9:35 6/29/2021 failed and lied. When told the next day they had given the wrong nuggets and did not give the correct frosty order, said that was the way it was ordered. The window employee on duty was training a new employee and both had difficulties finding the right button on the register, as they had left the mic open while taking our order and apologized for it taking so long. When I came back to get the order straight out I was told I had all the three medium frosty when we were only handed two. When we got home my son got upset because his nuggets we not spicy like we had ordered thru drive thru. This location need new management and a new crew to run this Wendy's This place has disappointed us for the last time. PS: Why does this location run out of baked potato's? I was told they use outdated equipment that take and hour to cook if I wanted it fresh that I would have to wait, they also mentioned that Park Ave. has the ability to cook a potato in 15 min. Please don't go here unless you want to go back and have them correct the order a second time. read more

SERVICE IS TRASH‼‼ do not waste your time coming here. Lady started having attitude before I could even pull through to order. When I got to the window and asked for sauce the lady gave me a rude ass look and with a demeaning attitude and said " anything else". I didn't not pay for an attitude,however she then roughy handed me my bag, and almost dropped my drink with my card attached. When I proceeded to leave she then yells at me to stop and says my card didn't go through and tells me I need to back up and makes a slight comment about " I don't get paid enough for this shit" and finally runs my card. The customer service is awful. Whoever worked the drive thru on 6/27 at 7 pm is a rude lady. I just asked about the size of a frosty and she gave attitude. I wasn't nasty or rude I just wanted to see the difference between a small and medium. This is why you have low ratings. Management needs to step up! read more

Made an account just to write this review! Horrible quality control at this location and underwhelming customer service. Family went in drive thru today for lunch, spent 18 dollars and they got nearly all of our items completely wrong and worst was when i opened my sons cheeseburger to find a disgusting, soggy, yellow and red mess from way too much condiments topped off with a ripped bun! Turned around and went in and requested an immediate replacement including the cold, old fries we received. GOT NO APOLOGY (or any words from the man behind the counter for that matter) but was given a burger and fry replacement. How hard is it to have basic quality control in a place like Wendy's? ask the staff here and you may find out if they choose to speak. last time we eat there, I'll be making a formal complaint as well. This was my first time at this particular Wendys. I went through the drivethrough and ordered my usual......a spicy chicken sandwich combo add cheese with a coke....I was interrupted multiple times when I ordered, including being asked if I would lile to upsize to a medium or large. My order was not repeated back to me, and the screen was out. Naturally, they got my order wrong. This was the only thing that I ordered, and I was also the only person in line, as it was about 520 in the afternoon.
