My wife thought the bread was under cooked, but I like doughy bread (and cookies). My chicken fried steak was simply outstanding! I don't think it was hand breaded, but I don't care. The taste was there and it was everything. The mashed potatoes and gravy may be the best I've EVER had! They were spectacular! Fiddlestiks has it going ON in the kitchen!! WOW! I love that they have salt and pepper shakers on the table PLUS a black pepper grinder on every table! Fresh ground black pepper is a staple in our house and we loved it here.
