Tried to use a coupon which clearly excluded the following: Footlong Snacks, Fresh Fit, TurHamKen, Festive Chicken, Festive Chicken, Festive Turkey & 5 Meat Italian. No where on the coupon does it exclude the All American Club! The employee kept insisting that I couldn't use the coupon. I asked her to try and see if it scanned but she refused! If the coupon excludes the All American, then note it on the coupon. BTW, the exclusions are not in fine print, it is actually in fairly big print which I will give a thumbs up for. read more

I've been coming to this Subway for years, and I have to say--the difference under the new ownership is incredible! The place looks cleaner, more organized, and the atmosphere is way more welcoming. You can tell the new owner really cares about customer service and quality. The staff are friendlier, the ingredients seem fresher, and everything is made with more attention to detail. My sandwich was perfect, and they didn't skimp on the toppings like some other places do. It's great to see a familiar spot getting the refresh it needed. This location opens/closes whenever they feel like it. Do not even attempt to check their hours online because guess what, they won't be there. This place is known by all locals to close randomly, sometimes over an hour before their posted time. Not sure how they're still in business. read more

I would never come here on purpose bc the sandwiches hardly have any meat, and there is no flavor in the ingredients. The same goes for all the big chains like Mike's and Jimmy John's. I wanted a basic, footlong turkey & avo sandwich. However, there a only a few standard sandwiches, and the foregoing is not one of them. Subway's comes with bacon and the avo is extra. How much extra idk, but the foregoing cost me over $11. What a fukn ripoff!!!!! For $11, I could have received a hot meal at HB Pita Grill next door. Why did Togo's have to close in the area?! Togo's large #24 is packed with turkey & avo and costs $2 less. The sandwich was nothing special: The bread is not very wide, there was hardly any turkey or avo, and I was not satisfied. The only saving graces of this place was the sandwich maker of all trades was nice, and the ingredients are fresh. Subway can kiss my okole, bc I am never going to one of their locations again. I just tried to order a sandwich three different ways to which I was told over and over that he could not do it. Seemed like a simple request. I did not want ham on my sandwich, but I would like to have roast beef on it instead, and all he did was redirect me towards other sandwiches with other things I was not asking for. I asked one last time if he could make a sandwich with turkey, roast beef, and bacon but again he said no because it was not one of the options printed on their menu. This was the first sandwich I was trying to order of multiple today since I was getting food to take back home and feed the family. We were going to an air show party and I didn't Feel like making my usual chicken salad croissant Sandwiches so we stopped at Subway. I should have known better as I know the bread they use is Really substandard. We ordered 3 foot longs and We tried the BBQ'd brisket sandwich and it was half pure fat and no bbq flavor at all. I haven't been to a subway in a while. I was a little reluctant but I was surprisingly happy with my experience at this location. The lady who helped my mom and I was very sweet and patient. Hands down the best subway I've ever been to. Dushan set me up with the best combination of Tuna, Wheat bread, sauces, and veggies. All I knew was that I wanted to eat healthy and that I wanted Tuna; I left the rest to him and he set me up perfectly. I don't write Yelp reviews often but it felt very necessary to write one about my recent experience. I travel from Los Angeles to Huntington Beach weekly and I always make sure to stop by at this location because it is exceptional. The employee that usually helps me is Aiden. He's a great worker and never fails to have a good attitude when making my sandwiches. I would rate this subway 5 stars because I've had AMAZING experiences here but during my most recent visit Erwing helped me out and he had such a terrible attitude. He threw everything in my sandwich carelessly and it was just sloppy and disappointing. Regardless of my crappy experience, I will still continue to come to this location and pray that Aiden makes my sandwiches!! Keep up the good work! read more

I hate writing bad reviews. Even somewhat bad reviews. After today's visit though I feel I need to. I've been coming to this subway as a regular customer for almost three years now. It used to be so wonderful. The girls that worked here regularly were amazing and their sandwiches were ALWAYS on point. It was a perfect experience every time. Management changed sometime last year and it seems things have gone downhill. All of the old staff are gone and the sandwiches are weak sauce. My sandwich and soup combo was $7.00 and now it's a whopping $11.00!!! You heard that right. My toasted sandwich always seems to come out cold too :( The place isn't as clean as it used to be either. Today, I got soup and the guy filled it up halfway... Second time this has happened this year. This makes me really sad because I came here 4 - 5 days a week and it really maintained my weight. I hope they fix their issues soon because I really loved coming here. read more

Definitely one of the better subways and I will be going back. They serve the same food as all the other stores but the staff are friendly, efficient, curious and most importantly.... Three star for the gentlemen that helped me today ZERO star for the food quality. This is the second time I have been to this subway. The first time I kinda brushed it off and thought maybe it was an off day, but my bread was old agin every time I took bite the bread would just crumble and fall apart the bread was so dry. The person who made my sandwich didn't do a very good job, i asked for jalapeños and they put a total of 4 jalapeños on my foot long and I had to ask for extra spinach twice to even get the normal amount another subway would have put. Also the spinach didn't seem very fresh. I live right around the corner and I've been going to this place for years and it's my favorite subway. I'm extremely critical when it comes to cleanliness, and they definitely are clean. When I walk into a subway I look for little flies around the vegetables and always look to make sure the lettuce and spinach isn't limp. I have finally gotten back to review this Subway after my disappointing last visit. I have to admit that this experience was a vast improvement over my last review. The employees were more attentive and the food was fresher. Even the roll was fresher although I got a different kind. I always liked this place, but for a while they had a change in staff which led to some issues. The owner seems to really care.
