They were excellent. This time, we also ordered an extra cup of the coating for a little more dipping. A fun treat after a busy day. Service: We received terrific service. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles, and our cones were ready quickly. Atmosphere: Unfortunately, this is where the experience fell short. The dining area didn't appear to be well maintained. Several tables were sticky, and there was litter on the floor. It really needs someone keeping an eye on the dining room to make sure it stays clean throughout the day. The biggest disappointment, however, was the restroom. As soon as I walked into the men's room, I noticed an unpleasant odor. The plumbing fixtures have clearly seen better days and could use some attention. The ice cream and service were both very good, but unfortunately the condition of the restaurant detracted from the overall experience. It's not a location I'd be eager to return to.

I tried to get the attention of anyone, I was ignored. Finally I called out for a ranch dressing please! I was ignored. 5 minutes pass Finally an attendant gave me a ranch dressing. I told her thank you, I did say 'the one who took my order can kiss my ass'. By this time I was very frustrated. I sat down with my grandkids and began eating. A woman comes marching up to my table and ripped into me about swearing at her employees - A FIFTEEN YEAR OID GIRL. She never introduced herself, I capitalized these words because she is yelling very loud, not only scaring the 12, 10, 8, 6 year old grandkids, but making sure everyone in the dining room hears. She told me to pack up and GET OUT!! I said no, since I was meeting my son in 5-10 minutes to pick up his kids. She then told me she will call the cops if I didn't leave. I did not leave. Now the grandkids are crying. Is this what things have come to in Lomira????? I was humiliated and embarrassed, and she made my grandkids cry.... all over a ranch dressing that should have been included with a happy meal. No one ate the food. I believe that person, (manager?
