Tasty meal and good value especially since it's the expensive Vegas Strip. One star off because they didn't have ketchup.

I came here with a friend to this location inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino around that time on a Wednesday night to many tables full of people, a line that forms at the front and at any of two kiosks nearby, and a tiled interior that reminds you of fast-food joints. My foodie friend had this place on a previous trip and recommended several options, though I got their pastrami sandwich instead. This came with pastrami, dijonnaise (mayo and Dijon mustard), thousand island dressing and Swiss cheese all in between artisan bread. One of the best quick foods I've had on this trip actually! Sandwich came in piping hot, with the pastrami meats being savory and combining well with the melted cheese. I did tack off one star because of an issue while I was placing my order on the kiosks. I tried ordering a combo meal with my pastrami sandwich with a drink and a brownie but got an error message and couldn't place the order. I placed the same order on the other kiosk and got the same message, only to find out from staff once I got my food that they were sold out of brownies for the day. Whether something is sold out should be noted on that error message instead of giving me a generic one and leaving me guessing if there was something wrong with the system. Other than that, I still had a great sandwich here and would consider coming back.

We ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon Salad and the Spicy Shrimp Scampi. The menu has a good amount of options to order from so that was nice. Also restaurant ambiance was very chill and (though busy) pleasant to dine at. The Honey Glazed Salmon bowl was so delicious with a wide variety of flavors. I especially liked the shrimp scampi. The flavors were so good and everything was cooked to perfection. I want to especially give a major shoutout to Saul. There were a number of parties and many orders, so naturally people were restless about when they'd get their food. Saul made sure to check in on our table (and others as well) while we waited and gave us updates whenever he could. Saul was super friendly and asked us about our trip and was very nice to talk to. Believe it or not, my parent had met him before at a restaurant few years ago when she visited Vegas and said that she remembered how he was very fun to talk to back then, so seeing him again was cool and he's still as affable as before. (Note: Her previous trip was 3-4 years ago so for Saul to be super memorable shows how great of a staff he is + awesome customer service) Overall Dining Experience was superb: Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Menu: 10/10 Restaurant Vibes: 10/10 Price to Overall Dining (POD): 10/10 Honestly would come back again.

A lot of tables set and we asked to be seated even though we have to wait more because we have been waiting in like for 40 minutes and would like to sit down and they said no. Worst customer serve and the woman at she front was very rude. We should have been told while in line that even though there were only 4 groups in front of us and about 6 tables empty it would be a long wait and the menu would change. We are next next and it's been about 45 minutes.

All that is really left are The Buffet at Wynn and Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace with MGM slowly closing down their own offerings in favor for Michelin/or celebrity chef restaurants as well as food halls. With the opening of Resorts World on the northern part of the strip, came their version of a Singaporean styled hawker eateries, which began a string of food hall openings across Las Vegas. Soon Aria, Caesars Palace, Rio, Fontainebleau, the off strip Durango and now more recently at the Venetian all followed suit. Where: Via Via can be found adjacent the casino floor of the Venetian. Quickest route is using the escalator from the Canal Shops of the main entrance up to the second floor. What: you won't find Panda Express or a Hot Dog On A Stick (among others) here, but instead a curated bevy of gourmet purveyors. Offerings: you can order directly at the counter for - ramen, breakfast sandwiches, Italian sandwiches, tacos/burritos/nachos, and spicy chicken tenders/wings. I'm not sure if I named all the stall options. What did I eat? I tried an Italian sandwich (pistachio cream with mortadella); wow, it was generously sized and absolutely delicious. I felt adventurous and so I also ordered spicy chicken tenders (three pieces - mild); it was juicy and delicious with the spices, but I probably should have went one spice level lower. While I did finish the first piece entirely, I ended up removing the spiced breading layer to reveal just the meat. The meal came to be about $29 for each item and I was thoroughly full. This is by no means an inexpensive meal but definitely a great new option for the Venetians already vast collection of dining options. Service around the seating areas were thorough, with staff cleaning tables at a steady pace. Staff behind the counter did seem a bit flustered. I myself experienced another patron who was ahead of me in line being very indecisive.

Buttery, flakey, and caramelized. A delight of flavors, textures, and aromas. Absolutely a must-order. For something more savory, the everything bagel croissant was flakey and coated to the max with everything bagel topping. The quiche was a little disappointing. It was well set and creamy, but the crust was a bit dense. Spinach quiche is a little boring anyway; I would reorder it in a different flavor for sure. Sadly the chocolate almond croissant was simply not good. Something about combining the almond filling with the chocolate made the interior dense and unappetizing. I thought this would be my favorite but in the end I took only a few bites.

Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions!
