This location is a popular choice for my coworkers and I when we want fast food. It's close to work and the service is quick. We order through the App and have never had an incorrect order. The employees are friendly and gave a sense of urgency. We mainly go through drive thru but we have occasionally gone inside to pick up and the restaurant always is clean and well maintained. The drive through is efficient, Even if there is a line; it helps that there are two lanes, and it goes pretty fast. I'll add it and they never bought it out to me so I made it a concern before the employees and he said let me bring it up for you so I can assure you paid for it. two employees came over to me and my friends table and asked if that was our food. Place is pretty clean; but we had to ask them to clean our table before we sat down, they were happy to do so, and did it quick which was nice. Ordering was easy but they forgot our fries and the sauce to the wrap, we asked about the fries and they asked us for the receipt. Asked for our receipt? Slowest drive through of any CFA i have ever experienced. It's only 10 AM on Monday so not overly busy but they closed down one of the two drive-through lanes. Then if someone is waiting for food, they push them to the parking space in front of the drive-through window and then nobody wants to drive around that waiting car. There are no employees outside to tell these people to drive around. And then people drive into the drive-through and block the other lane of traffic so nobody can get around the waiting car. I'm so used to seeing a long line at all Chick-Fil-A restaurants during the lunch hour that I was pleasently surprised when I found hardly anyone here today. Maybe the rain kept people in today. No matter. I pulled right up to the order takers and then up almost to the pick up window. There were two people in front of me. I ended up getting my food before them. Winning! Soon I was on my way back to the office with my food. As I always do I ate my fried on the drive. I ate my sanwich after I parked. And what a sandwich it was. I like the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles. What's not to love? And on this occassion, there was lots to love. The chicken overhung the bun by quite a bit. It looked a bit dark like it was overcooked but not so. It was well cooked and perfectly crisp. It also seemed more spicy than normal. Not a problem. I enjoyed the spice on a cold rainy day. I was unsure about this location at first. It seems less organized and slower than the other locations which have been open longer. But service was still good. Fairly quick for me. And the food was spot on. It was a snap decision to come here for lunch today but I am glad I did. read more

They only have one lane working 100% of the time they never have both lanes in the drive-through open for expeditious service as with all the other Chick-fil-A's in Vegas. This location specifically is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to yet. I'm not sure if perhaps the people working and running this location have yet to work at other sites, but there is a stark difference in the service and food quality. Workers aren't mean or disrespectful, but it's not at the level other locations are. Perhaps it's a training issue or something. Personal experiences: The first visit was a few weeks after its grand opening. I ordered a chicken egg white sandwich, and when I got home (5-10 minutes away), the bread was solid as a rock. I trashed and gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe someone accidentally overtoasted. Second visit the following week at 645am, I place the same order. This time I parked in the lot, and when I reached into the bag and felt the sandwiches through the wrapper, they were solid again. I took it inside, and the Manager was apologetic and replaced the sandwiches; cool. On the third visit, around 8:30ish in the morning, I took no chances on ordering their brick breakfast sandwich, and I ordered six cookies to share at home on the mobile app. It took them a long time to find those six cookies. The cookies were tough, so I threw them away. I tried one last time this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal and the cookies again in the app. I pulled up, and after 3-5 minutes, a young lady told me they were all out of cookies, so she gave me a refund. On top of that, 3-5 minutes later, she says it'll be two more minutes for the sandwich. Finally, she handed me the bag and went home. Again with hard bread. That was the last and final straw. This location single-handedly ruined my chick-fil-A experience. Also, I don't know who chose this location, but it seems like the decision was made by someone who doesn't live in or know the area. This location has one of the largest Chick-fil-A parking lots, yet it stays empty; I wonder why. When sites like the ones on Sahara or Eastern at Lone routinely have long lines, this is a bad location at Flamingo and Paradise. Any local person will tell you they steer clear of the freeways and the area surrounding the strip. The site on Sahara at Rancho doesn't lead into a one-way expressway to the airport connector like this one. Who's stopping their airport bound taxi or Uber for this type of service? read more
