Saw an ad about a new ranch sandwich with jalapeño sauce and thought why not give it a try. I have not been at this location in las vegas to my knowledge. Interaction with cashier was good and friendly. Food was hot. The ranch sandwich had some good herbs that complimented the chicken, and the three strips of bacon were not soggy or extremely hard. I never realized how much cheaper Nevada Chick Fil A's are compared to California's. We are talking about 20-25% cheaper. I am leaving a low review because I had missing has browns in my order. I called in and they said I had to go back into the store for a refund. I am not getting my car out of the parking lot then driving all the way for a refund. When I look back on my earlier years yelping I would have to visit Arizona, California, or Utah to eat in a Chick-fil-A. Fast forward to 2023, and they are all over the Las Vegas valley. The new locations keep on coming. Including this one. Being one of the newer locations, this Chick-fil-A is in the shadow of The Palms, The Gold Coast, and The Rio. It was from The Palms that I arrived at this Chick-fil-A. With the exception of a signalized intersection at Flamingo and Hugh Hefner Boulevard, it is a relatively easy walk from the Palms east entrance. What can throw off pedestrians and motorists is that the back of the building faces Flamingo Road. When I arrived around 11:30 A.M., on Tuesday, January 3; it was relatively busy. As usual, the line moved, and a friendly lady at the cash register took my order. I have been impressed by the service at Chick-fil-A. The friendliness is on par with In-N-Out. In my opinion, the Chick-fil-A leaders can teach some of the Executives competing with them Customer Service 101. Where inflation is bringing some of the fast food chains main staples to over $10, a value meal at Chick-fil-A still costs very close to but less than $10. That went for the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Meal that I ordered. Costing less than $10, I was impressed with their signature chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The Chick-fil-A and honey mustard sauces that I poured on top of the chicken complemented the the delightfulness of biting into the sandwich. With it, I had my diet soda of choice Coke Zero. In similar fashion to the Chick-fil-As that I have been to, the restaurant was very clean. Speaking of clean, they have noncontact trash cans. Now in an unsimiliar style to Chick-fil-As, there drive thru was not crazy busy. This location seems to have more than usual pedestrian traffic thanks to three major resorts being a close walk away. I give this Chick-fil-A: 4 Stars. Being that this isn't the closest Chick-fil-A to me, my return factor is a 3 out of 5. read more

Definitely recommending this place for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. My favorite item is their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. The chicken is breaded, deep fried ... tender. I like to order a meal because it includes a side and a drink. For side, usually I get the criss cut fries. Very good portion, not greasy at all. You can choose a sauce based on your preference. For drink, sometimes I prefer the Lemonade instead of a soda. Their lemonade is delicious! I wish they include a refill on it! Their Chocolate Fudge Brownie is delicious. It's truly melting in my mouth! Service is usually very quick. Employees are super friendly. I always forgive them for not being able to put my name down correctly! No hard feelings! As long as my food comes out correctly! Usually, I use their drive through due to being in a hurry all the time. But when I choose to dine in, their dining area is always clean and spacious. I stopped in around 10:40am on a Saturday and was hoping to get one of their chicken / egg burrito things. You put some hot sauce and that bad boi and you've got a winner. Unfortunately they put a stop to breakfast at 10:30am so I had to go with lunch. Completely unprepared for the moment, I went with the grilled chicken club which has grilled chicken, bacon and cheese. The grilled chicken is actually good and it doesn't make you feel terrible like the fried chicken lol. The bacon at chick fil a tastes and looks fake but is ok I guess. Decided to dine in at this location yesterday. Ordered 2 #1 Chick-Fil-A meals with waffle fries and drinks plus an additional 2 CFA sandwiches to take home for later. We sat down and waited for our food. The staff seemed a little disorganized, but there were employees walking around and picking up and wiping down tables. When we got our food, we only received 1 order of waffle fries. I walked back to the main counter and spoke to the girl who took our order. and had to explain a couple of times what had happened and that I just needed my missing waffle fries. She turned around in a bit of a huff mid-sentence and went and got the fries. I'm glad I was watching her because some of the fries fell all over the counter and she scooped some of them up with her hands as if she were going to throw those in the little bag, she had the waffle fries. As she turned around and saw I was watching her closely, she quickly ditched them back on the counter and swept them away with her hand (maybe into a waste basket? Not 100% sure). After seeing that, there is a 0.0% chance I will ever come back to this location again. In all of my years of going to CFA (since the late 80s in Arizona and Utah), I have never had an issue resembling this. I was real happy to see them opening here in Las Vegas so this one is right next to where I work and it's a great escape during lunchtime to go have a chicken sandwich with lovely workers who will come to my table and refill my drink for me as if it were a regular sit down rest the kids are super nice. The older folks are so helpful. This will become a regular spot for my lunchtime for my stash here at the office on Spring Mountain the inside is quiet and enjoyable you can read or work on your laptop. This is my first time at this Chick Fil A location. It is located right by the Palm Casino and across the street from the Gold Coast Casino. I am a fan of Chick Fil A sandwiches, fries, blue cheese salad and their frozen lemonade. This time I tried the grilled club sandwich and the peppermint milkshake. The peppermint milkshake was outstanding! Lots of chocolate chips and it doesn't have an overwhelming peppermint taste. the grilled Club Chicken Sandwich was a different story. They had d posters out front advertising the sandwich. I ordered mine without tomatoes which means that they would usually make it right then and there. The line moved fairly quickly and by the time I reached the front I was handed a cold sandwich. I literally had to check the Patty to see if it had been cooked since it was so cold. The cheese was just slapped on. Obviously the Patty wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese Usually can't go wrong by pulling into a Chick Fil A! Don't know what happened here read more

Honestly I don't know why it has such a low overall score. It's not the fastest fast food but it's worth to wait for it My favorite is spicy deluxe sandwich. They never mistaken my Diet Pepsi with a regular one - this happens all the time at the other chain. The sandwich is hot, fresh and delicious. Waffle fries are always good too. This is a pretty new location. It's my go-to Chick-fil-A restaurant whenever I'm in the Las Vegas area. As with all Chick-fil-A locations, all of their employees that I've interacted with have always been well-trained, friendly, and courteous! That's a breath of fresh air for a fast food restaurant. With the pandemic, I've only gone through their drive-thru. Save yourself some time and place your order with their easy-to-use mobile app prior to coming here. The drive-thru breaks into 2 lanes where they take your order before merging back into 1 lane. The majority of the time, the right lane moves faster. I seem to always get stuck behind a newbie or someone ordering for 20 people whenever I go to the left lane.
