When arriving the cashier was assisting her friends, and when she finished with them she walked over to ask me what she can do for me. When I began to speak, her friends asked for a cup and she walked away from me to give her friend a cup and pretended to charge her for it. I didn't care that she was giving her friends free food, I was more annoyed with the fact that she walked away from a paying customer because her friend interrupted to ask for a drink. Next time if you aren't ready to serve a customer, don't. Or at least finish helping before you go to giggle with your friends. I came for an email deal. This location sometimes takes the deal but other times I would go to another location for the deal. I liked the new footlong dessert and I believe some stayed on the menu. Their order online is sometimes off. I have came in to order so remember to give your number if you earn rewards because they won't ask. Ordered delivery sandwich which is supposed to come with a drink and chips. Received the sandwich but no chips or drink. I asked the driver where the rest of my order was and she said that they didn't give her anything but the sandwich. She said that she didn't look at the receipt and she couldn't go back to get it for me to take it out of her tip. Unfortunately after they deliver you can't adjust the tip, very rude driver. I called the restaurant and they told me to come down and get it. The whole idea of ordering delivery was because I can't leave my job for lunch. Came here i. The morning and waited in Line for ten minutes. One worker was standing looking at the register the whole time. While the other worker was helping a customer. No one acknowledged me. The lady was done helping the customer she started making sandwiches for online orders. Still ignored by both workers. When you go here, you should not have high expectations. I order online so that I can pick up my order and go. This is now the second time I have had to wait long after the order was "supposedly ready." I went in, because it said on the app my order was ready and to ask the pick up counter for my order. They told me I had to wait 10 more minutes. They had not even started my order at all. They made me wait almost an additional twenty minutes while they served everyone else in the restaurant. When I got home, my order was wrong, I was missing one turkey sandwich, another sandwich barely had any mayo on it, and the home run ham was not even correct...it was turkey with a tiny amount of meat and not the extra ham it was supposed to be. This store is consistently well below par, both in service and food quality. There is zero customer service at every level and it is just not on one visit, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here! In the past the service and food was just meh, but today was the worst experience I've had here ever. First of all, I ordered online, and asked for curbside service. I was told my order would be ready by 11:35. I arrived at 11:32, and used the app to tell them I was there. I tried calling the phone number on the sign, but the mailbox wasn't set up, and nobody answered. Finally, fifteen minutes after my order was supposed to have been ready, I walked in, and asked if they were no longer doing curbside orders. Subway was never really my go-to sandwich spot. In all honesty, I mostly a Togo's guy. In general, I just prefer their sandwiches. However, whenever I'm trying to clean up my diet a little bit and I need a way to fill up my stomach as much as possible without breaking the bank on my daily calories, then I lean on Subway pretty hard. They just have way more lower cal options than the rest. As long as I'm, fairly good with my eating for the first part of the day during work, I could literally finish off the day with 2 footlong subs and still be good. The lowest calories of the bunch is of course veggie, but c'mon man, I need some meat. The turkey, ham, and roast beef are all very good options at the lowest end of the scale. Lately though, I've been a little hooked on the steak and cheese. It's not in the same category as the others, but still sooooo many calories less for a footlong than, say....a Carl's Jr burger. One of my main gripes over the years in the case of Subway vs Togo's has been the amount of meat in the sandwich. I always found that I had to pay for extra meat at Subway and still, it would fall short in comparison to it's competitor's standard issue amount of meat. Having said that, I don't really have that problem at this location. It's still not as much as the competition, but it's way more than I was used to getting in the past. At least for the steak and cheese. I feel like I actually get hooked up a little more with that sandwich. I always feel very satisfied when I order one. The staff here is very nice and quite possibly one of the most convenient things about this location is that it is 24 HOURS. This fits great with my crazy schedule. It's nice to know that I can get a healthier option than just burgers and fries at a late hour. read more

Spent over $60 on sandwiches. Ordered 6 foot long and one six inch. Two of the foot longs ordered with deluxe meat. Picked up to eat at home only to discover none of the foot longs had deluxe meat, one foot long was only a six inch and no avocado on the turkey bacon avocado....mind you, had to add avocado to the sandwich for an additional charge. The receipt has the order correct so charged for what we did not receive. Now the clincher...phone number on receipt has been disconnected and is same number as found on Subway's site. We don't typically go to Subway as, most are already aware, there are far superior sandwich shops. But I'd ordered the chicken & bacon ranch melt several weeks back and enjoyed it. So when the family wanted to order some sandwiches, I suggested Subway. We ordered a melt and two toasted subs for delivery. All of the sandwiches arrived soggy and cold. And one of the toasted subs had a very large amount of burnt gristle that was thrown into the sandwich. Additionally, although we paid for the double protein subs, they contained the same amount of meat that my regular sub had. Not sure if that means my sub just had double the protein, however. One of the subs was missing the cheese we ordered for it, as well. Overall, for about $55, a very disappointing order that has once again reminded us why we don't (and won't) order from Subway. read more

Doesn't come off like you're just another customer, his service is super welcoming and personable. Great customer service for a young guy, definitely worth investing in him. Subway is a substitute for McDonald's, at least, as I see it. They don't make interesting products, and they are safe in doing that, just like McDonald's. (Considering that the foot long wasn't a foot long, maybe this should be a 5.5 for $5.50 deal.) The sandwiches were okay, and the staff are good with customizing them.
