Customer service, the girls working in back & drive thru were busy busy an girl up front busy flirting with some boys she knew took over 10 min just talking slowly wrapped sandwiches an talked in between. I said something several times no response. an I was next in line other people came in behind me and she still continued to talk to those boys then she started our sandwiches and then the bread buzzer went off so she just turned around without saying anything and started to take care of all the bread in the middle of leaving our sandwich sandwiches with only cheese on the counter finally, one of the girls from the bat came up and started helping, but they had to go finish what they were doing so I still took her a while she did not listen to what we wanted on our sandwiches or what kind even she asked us the same question over and over and then didn't acknowledge it even she unbagged it into something else after we said we wanted to get bagged certain way. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at this Subway but this was my sandwich. I don't see how whoever made this thought this was ok ????? .....It's supposed to be a meatball sub with spinach, olives and green peppers and mayo ....It so wet with sauce, it can't be picked up, and that's with the bread being toasted....It looks absolutely disgusting !!!! If I could give no stars I would, if you order something from the app or the drive through and they get it wrong they will not take responsibility for it and get it make it right, this last time I requested cheddar cheese and extra mayo, I got a sandwich with no cheese and no mayo and they added vinegar, I was not in a position where I could come back so I called, the person woman I spoke with started out rude and said we are not able to hear you very well when order through the drive-through and next time just come in, I was like wait, what? Today I got a subway sandwich, the clerk laid her arm on the part of the bread she just cut open, while she finished cutting the rest of the foot long open. What's the point of washing your hands when your naked arm is in my food? While reaching for more of the toppings her shirt sleeve laid on the vegetables that she placed on it. I'm going to refuse the sandwich next time that happens, or maybe I just shouldn't go back again. Maybe they should use longer plastic gloves that go to the elbow. Typical subway franchise. You all know the menu and you know what your getting. Friendly staff and seems clean. Honestly the reason for the 5 star is this place probably has the freshest tuna fish I've ever seen at a subway. Went to their store to order sandwiches for our family and they refused to go get more of the meat and toppings out of the fridge because it was 30 min till closing and they didn't want to make them. Thanks for nothing subway. Very very upset. Even if someone walks in 2 min till close you open what you need and never turn down a customer. The drive through is way better than the one in Sweet Home but the food isn't always great.

Literally the WORST subway I've ever been to. It took over twenty minutes for three people to get their sandwiches with three staff behind the counter, arguing and getting into each others way. I had to repeat myself at least four times at the register to say mine is to go. I honestly try not to have an attitude or be rude to people who work in the restaurant industry because I've worked those jobs before, but I was honestly getting noticeably irritated, as were the other patrons.
