When the food arrived, he said to try a bite - yep, his pancakes were rubbery and tasteless. I told him I was sorry and then we could get something else later. He just ate his bacon. My eggs were mostly Swiss cheese. More cheese than eggs, It's as if whoever plated this food could not have cared any less. Neither of us were interested in finishing our breakfast, but not to the point of posting a yelp review. My major complaint? We went up to pay and it was $35 - before tip. I was shocked and I said as much. The owner /manager explained that "adding 4 extra eggs and cheese was the difference." Just... Wow. "would you like to add a tip?" Ugh. I still added 20% as I'm not a cheapskate. Total was $42. Good job folks. Maybe your experience will be different. Maybe it was a one-time mistake. But they had a chance to make this right.
