This subway has to be the worst location ever!!! The employees are just so rude and ghetto and on top of that they are always out of something like how are you a sandwich place and you run out of bread?????? This morning September 2 at exactly 920am. So I recently found out I'm pregnant and I've been craving subway. I go on the app order my sandwich online so I can just get off grab and go right. Well I even waited a couple minutes to go inside. The manager stepped out to have a cigarette break and there's only one young lady inside. Well I go in I say good morning and watch her putting trays of bread inside the bread fridge they use. Not once did she acknowledge me! She continued to put the bread up and when finished about 2 minutes later you could barely hear her say, what can I get you. Which I didn't respond because I didn't hear her. She repeated it again a tiny bit louder and i said in here for pick up order under Crystal. She handed me the sandwich and I grabbed and left. I didn't say one word to her nor her to me. This was the most horrible customer service I've received moving here to Lockhart which it's been 3 months. You know with my cravings and going to the store I'm thinking it could've been any store having a great service will give you great energy for your day. She really ruined my morning and breakfast by having a bad attitude so early. It was completely rude ignoring me. A decent I'll be with you in just a minute acknowledging I was there but nope! Ignored me until she was done and handed me my sandwich. Still didn't say nothing to me. If she's not a morning person shouldn't be working the opening shift! FYI the sandwich was great! I pulled in to get something to eat and all the workers were sitting around talking trash about all the costumers and being rude laughing at us and others and then when I said something a male wants to step up and come out the door holding something in his hands while all the other workers laugh and stare and none of them were doing their job just sloppy lazy disgusting service and yall should be ashamed read more

We were greeted when we walked in shortly after 11am, alerted of the wet floor that had just been mopped and promptly helped. All of the food looked very fresh - especially the lettuce! Food was delicious and we left as very satisfied customers. read more

Terrible service. We ordered on line because I had all my grandkids with me so I wanted it delivered. Three sandwiches were not made to order. One kids sandwich was missing also one drink and and a bag of chips. And the one bag of chips was wrong. They told me I could pick up the missing items. I told them I couldn't do that. I get coupons in the local mailer every few months for local fast food . I just received a whole sheet full of subway coupons valid until July. On many past occasions I have used a coupon at this store. Now for some reason they would not accept the coupon and said that their computer would not let them do it. It has a QR code and I know they scan rewards so this was ridiculous. Then she said it only works in the app to order online and pick up. So I proceed to sit and download the app, place my order , pay and wait 15 min when there was no other person in the restaurant to help because the pick up time was 15 min away...... earliest the app read more

If I could rate this no stars I would. Not welcoming when we walked in, no eye contact when we ordered, asked for extra pickles and black olives I was told no because that's all they had. I was running deliveries and they were out of an item so they don't make a substitute for that reason alone. And part of the order was wrong anyway. Then another customer takes my order despite my objections., leaving me to be accused of eating a customer's sandwich. Thanks a lot, Subway. We placed our order on the app only to have it say there ready when we get there we are told they are out of tuna and roast beef our whole order had to refunded. Waste of time! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else the husband and wife duo that own this Subway are worthless! read more

I had such a bad experience at this subway. The employee was very rude to me. I waited in a very long line to get my sandwich and when I got to the checkout I was told it was cash only. I told him I should have been told this when I walked in because I do not have cash and all he said was thank you and looked at the door. Horrible service they hired several young girls that all they do is play around last two times I've ordered online they never have my food ready, l2 weeks ago I waited almost 20 mins after it was suppose to be picked up the lady who was checking people out didn't even offer an apology all she said was well we where busy today same thing the food wasn't ready on time I left to the corner store since when I arrived the food was barley being prepared I took off to the corner store instead of waiting and when I came back 5 mins later it was just left in the pick up area no one greeted me or said anything I got home I live 2 mins away from there the food was cold I asked for it to be toasted and none of the sandwiches where toasted.. yeah never again don't come here they have bad attitudes they just fool around instead of takin care of the orders or customers.. read more

There is an ad on TV, get a free sub when you purchase on the subway app. Well not only did I not get a free sub, but paid close to 10.00 for a sub that I did not order. Roast beef, cheese, tomatoes and black olives. I hit the deluxe button fir extra meat and got plus spinach,lettuce,green peppers,onions and cucumbers. I did not order these items on my sandwich. I called and was accused of lying, told to bring the receipt and the sandwich back. We live 45 minutes away. Do not go to this Subway. No dinner, accused of lying and charged 10.00 for the privilege. There's a chance this might be a review I've already put up but I believe this matters enough to take that chance. Subway sandwiches in Lockhart Texas.. the employees were extremely nice very helpful as polite as they could be ..But the day-to-day operations of the store must really be lacking. Start off ... They were out of cheese how can you have a sandwich shop with no chees e ..?? #2 out of meatball marinara sauce ...# 3 the fountain drink dispenser did not work.... #4. This is my favorite out of napkins had to use paper towels out of the bathroom. After that I stopped counting I will never eat at that establishment again although I have frequently eating at subways and have always had a great experience and great food. But that particular restaurant will not be one of them.I want to stress the fact that the employees were very good very helpful and very nice it was not their fault. I would have to say the fault lies with management at that store. I have no idea who that is so It cannot be said I am bias. Hopefully this review well open up the subway corporate big shots eyes and they can come and look at this restaurant for themselves and how the way it is operated. 3/20/2019- Third consecutive day of enjoying footlong sandwiches from this Lockhart Subway. Such a wonderful treat to have sandwiches made with fresh baked bread, layers of meats and cheeses, crisp and fresh vegetables and other fillings. Each sandwich carefully hand crafted to perfection. We now look forward to late day or next day leftovers. Always worth the stop. read more

Very disappointed when you order a turkey with guacamole in it. None it was awful! Ordered a sandwich with ceasers dressing no dressing. Very disappointed will not be going back! Oh my son ordered cookies that were just as bad as the sandwiches. $22.00 down the drain. read more

Called short notice. For lunch for my employees at our dealership. Lupe answered the phone and assured me ordering lunch for 15-20 people with only a 1hr notice was just fine. Man let me tell you what, she went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place. I was extremely impressed with her and the locations service.
