Rude. Won't even cut a piece of cheese on a salad for me. Not people friendly. Won't be back. Very snappy. No eye contact. Very rude girls.

I have eaten at this Subway more than a dozen times and received great food and service. Nice clean store!

Went here yesterday afternoon for the first time since moving to AR. Delicious yet healthy vegan food is near non-existent in the village so I was delighted with my veggie delight sandwich. The service was very good, the store appeared to be super clean, and all the ingredients were fresh. I can hardly wait to go back. I think Subway will be my number one choice for eating out locally. Sub was your normal subway sub. My complaint was being told I couldn't have extra onions! Even though I didn't ask for any thing other than lettuce tomatoes and peppers. I've been to Subways all over the country and never been told I couldn't have extra anything! Heard the owner was tight! I like Subway because the sandwiches are made to order & I can choose ingredients that are fresh & taste good, & also control the fat & calories. The variety keeps expanding. I usually order a sandwich ~ soups are good too. Allow myself the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread filled with Black Forest Ham, Mozzarella Cheese, & handfuls of fresh veggies. I've eaten @ this location about once a month for years. Employees have a service attitude. The restaurant does a large carryout business, from people coming to or leaving Hot Springs Village & the surrounding area. It is always immaculate & I enjoy my food & surroundings. read more

If it were possible to give minus stars I would. I have given this store multiple chances hoping it would improve. Our perhaps they were having a bad phase. Sadly, it does not improve and I will not return. I will find any other healthy food alternative including fasting before I go back to the Subway that does not allow tou to "have it your way". Extra onions? No! It does not matter that you are not getting any other vegetables at all- no extras of a single vegetable! Children want chips chips with and a fountain drink with their kids meal? No! "It's a children's meal you get applesauce and milk or a box juice". Frankly, I have been to literally dozens of other Subways and with a children's meal been able to get chips and a small fountain drink. So what the Subway app allows for substitutions and extra veggies! "We just ignore that when it comes in". Very rude and argumentative staff who pass the problems off on the owner " we will get written up for giving extra veggies" no matter you are not getting all veggies, cheese, etc. "The owner thinks we are stealing". Covid alert: the most recent time I visited there (which is the last time) we were in phase 1 reopening. People in line were not wearing masks, there was not adequate space for social distancing, no markings on the floor where to stand for distancing, no signage about how many people allowed at a time. The bitchiest employee not wearing a mask. This place gets worse every time I buy something here, whether a sub or a salad, and this is my last time to get anything at this location. I'm going to try the one on the west side of the Village, but if it is owned by the same people, it will be my only time.... this place has been sliding backwards regarding customer service, excuses for not giving you what you should get, the quantity of items gets less and less. Very poor, and as I stated, today was my last day at this location... poor, poor, poor... I agree with James, never had a Subway tell me I couldn't have extra items before.... so hopefully for Subway, this place is an exception... if not, then Subway has lost a long-time customer as there are other places (granted a longer drive) but the shorter distance is not any benefit if all you can get is poor service. read more

They wouldn't let my husband wash his hands to eat his subway sandwich because they had freshly mopped the floor and didn't want him to track in dirt. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. This is the third time they have treated my husband like this. They obviously do not value their customers over clean floors!!! How can turn out a custom over mopped floors? Can anyone who works here please explain to me how mopping your floors makes you a profit over being a friendly environment that cares about their customers? If I'd have known that being a b**** makes you more money I would have been one a long time ago! read more
