Hands down the BEST subway location. Every time I order from the subway app for deals or coupons, I cross my fingers that this is the location that prepares my orders. I recently ordered from the subway app and was directed to the subway store 1625 Washington Blvd location and all 3 of our sandwiches were TERRRIBLE. Sloppy, missing items, shoved in a bag loosely wrapped making contents fall out of sandwich...Messing up a subway sandwich should be criminal because I'm telling you how to make it and they managed to mess up... Couldn't get our money back. The sandwiches here at the Venice western location are prepared with care, neatly and beautiful. Whoever is responsible for training the staff at this subway location needs to train other workers at different locations. ASAP!!! I've never had a bad sandwich from this location. This is my first time at this subway and it's very clean inside and the workers are very friendly. They treated us good and everything was great until I took one of the last bites of my sandwich and felt a hair in my mouth. It was a straight long black strand of hair and I know it's not mine because I have curly hair lol. I've always have come to this subway never have I had a bad experience.Today experience was I would say okay. The girl that assisted me was African American she didn't change her gloves after she did the previous order she didn't touch money but she touch the marker and like I said after that she didn't change her gloves. Regardless if she touch money or not the worker has to change gloves I've seen in other subways and they do it that way. First the GPS leads to the wrong locatIon...ok?! And soooo it gets worse....Do not use the app and physically go there to place the order. I'm actually surprised by a big corporation like SUBWAY would put poorly developed apps out in public that lack integrity and have are neglect for quality assurance. It misleads you to thinking that everything is ok. Looks good but feels like a 5th grade developed this app. At least the employees call if they see anything suspicious on the order, which gets a 1 star, but meanwhile my account got charged 10 times just for trying to make a change because it fails to give a receipt about your order and puts you at an inconvenience and irritating. I've been coming here for years and it's nothing as before. The service at this store has really been going downhill.. the employees always look fed up, they can't get an order right, don't offer or give a senior citizens discount when applicable and I'm not sure if it's the employees that toasted the bread too much or the bread is just not fresh! I ordered a footlong with two different meats and they said I had to be charged separately for both. Would have been fine but out of all the breads, the woman who helped me gave me the thinnest bread. Still, I was hungry, so I didn't say anything since she already packed it with meat. I told her light Mayo and she did NOT put light Mayo. Paid $15 which I think is honestly a lot for a sandwich... will think twice next time I come here... UPDATED REVIEW: The owner was nice to message me about my concerns about the bread looking small, and it is because they have new breads that weigh more but look smaller because they are not as fluffy as the previous ones. In my opinion, this bread is better. I appreciate him reading my comments and willing to go above and beyond so that the next time I order, I'm satisfied. He also went through Subways policies on pricing which helped me understand why I was charged two separate sandwiches instead of 1 foot long. Love this subway. It's open 24/7. I rather go here then the McDonald's next to it. It can be 3am and the people there are nice. The food looks fresh and it looks as good as it would at 3pm. I don't see empty trays. The place is not too small. You can chill and eat there. When I go there are usually seats avaiable. They have a parking lot and there is parking most of the time as well. Great place to go get a late bite. read more

I like this Subway, I mean, it's a Subway. It's close to my house and open 24-hours which is great. Parking is easy thanks to the big lot. I usually come in for a 6-inch sub. and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup if I'm really hungry late night but want a decent meal. The breads, meats, and veggies are always fresh. Employees are friendly. I love the fact they have some juice options in addition to their soda fountain which are quite good. Will continue to go back. read more
