This is my first time being at Jersey Mike's Subs and I was so pleased. I usually avoid these places because I have had some bad ones, but this place is great. It is ever so clean. You order at the counter and they make your sandwich. They have some seating, but we took ours home and it was great. We had a turkey sub and a chicken one and both were super tasty. They also have a wide selection of subs and a couple other items. The service was super nice and the staff was smiling. I will now try the one near me and others. I am so happy I decided what the heck, let's give it a try. I am now a fan. They have parking and the place is just so cute. You can call ahead and get subs for your entire office or for a party. I usually get the #42 it's a chicken chipotle sandwich but today I switched it up a bit and I'm sure glad I did! I went with the #10 Tuna Mikes way on Rosemary with Jalapeños and provolone. 10/10 masterpiece of a sandwich. The staff here is always very friendly. And they always work fast to ensure the customer receives their food in a timely manner. Love this spot and look forward to trying out other sandwiches! read more

I'm actually a long-time customer and fan of Jersey's Mikes -- as is my family. That being said, I use their app all the time either to order ahead or to scan in-store for fun discounts! Enter through the back area of the Mid-Town strip mall where the parking lot is. For a chain, I'm impressed by the legit deli options of meats and cheeses that Staffers cut on the spot like the mom n' pop shops do. My family comes back for the #26 or the Tuna, but my go-to is the California Club in a Tub because it's healthier without the bread -- any of their menu items can be placed in a bowl instead! There is a super-small kids option but it's there (picture added). The regular sized bread is -- regular sized but the Giant sized is really humongous and great for leftovers! I'm not terribly familiar with the Staff here but they've always been efficient and will be back before too long! read more

The black guy that works there making sandwiches was very rude and condescending when I had an issue with the sandwich that I ordered for my son. He refused to even answer a question and was very rude only responded that it has five types of meat. They were somewhat busy... But he could've at least inquired the type of bread I wanted, etc. I didn't even know he had started making the sandwich because when I told him what I wanted, he was making three sandwiches at the at a time, and I assumed he hadn't started working on my order yet. Then the next person asked what I wanted on it... I'm like what?? Because I hadn't even told him what type of bread I wanted for the sandwich. I guess he chose for me. I only said giant size, Italian Mike's Way and he didn't look up to acknowledge me while he was working on three sandwiches at once so I assumed I needed to wait... Such a confusing process there. I will never come back to this location. Maybe try hiring people to have people skills. I hope this sandwich at least tastes good for my son being that I spent almost $30 on it. For a sandwich shop, they're pretty decent. Got a loaded Italian sub with added pickles and peppers. The ingredients were fresh from the bread to the veggies. We were the only customers there at dinner time which was surprising. Great place to pick up some fast food. Very similar to Subway. Service was fast and timely, we ordered pickup. I have eaten at a TON of different Jersey mikes, and this one was by far the BEST. I asked for extra juice (the oil/vinegar combo they put on when you order Mike's way) and Lewis delivered. He loaded my sandwich with plenty of meat and toppings and extra juice just like I asked. Best Jersey Mikes sandwich I've ever had, and I always get the same thing. To top it off, it was a nice and clean restaurant with nice staff and quick service. 10/10 experience. read more

I came at 10:15 and attempted to open the door and it seemed locked but I seen 2 employees and a customer inside. I figured maybe they were running behind and would open the door when they were ready to serve. Instead, I'm waiting at the door and had to wait for a customer to come out to get inside from the street entrance. When I got in, I asked the employee if the door was locked because I couldn't get in and a customer walked over there to check and he said the same thing it says open but it's locked. Their employee didn't even bother to go to the door and see what's going on. The second employee that took my order was speaking very low no eye contact so I had to keep asking her what she was saying while taking my order. She rushed my order because I asked for mustard on my sandwich she quickly wrapped it up and rung me up. There was nobody in line behind me for her to rush so I ended up having to ask her to put my mustard on the side at least. Won't be back to this location but I love the sandwiches. read more

Literally the messiest, grossest Jersey Mike's sandwiches I've ever seen. Not pictured is a giant #9 that was equally messy and poorly made. We placed the order through grub-hub so I thought maybe the driver dropped our food bc of how messy they were and maybe that's the case but I'll never know. It honestly looked like the sandwich maker put these two sandwiches together with their feet. So messy and horribly made, the bread wasn't even cut all the way through at the bottom. The #9 was supposed to be Mike's way and it wasn't even close, it had mayo and other ingredients that's not Mike's way. It's about time I gave Jersey Mike a try! I been hearing nothing but great things about this sandwich shop and today was that special day! I'm diggin the look and feel of this shop; the interior decor is fun with the subtle beach and surf theme. Okay, the only not subtle thing is the huge surfboard hanging on the wall but other than that...its a chillaxin' kind of feel I get. Ok now about the food. This is no subway folks...this is a gourmet sandwich place and I get to see it made fresh before my eyes. I"m talking seeing the slices of both cheese and meat cut and assembled before my eyes! Here's what I had: THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN - $8.25 (Reg 7") Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni My choice of bread was a fresh whole wheat cut in half. John prepared my sandwich and its such a craft! I see him grab the huge hunk of Provolone, and have it sliced though the cutter, and gracefully laid out on the bread....he repeats this with the ham, then prosciuttini, which is super tasty with the black pepper on it...then cappacuilo (yum), and salami (my favorite) and last but not least....pepperoni! Every single cold cut was yummy. He then laid a handful of shredded lettuces and some perfectly sliced tomatoes. Now here's the entertaining part: It started to rain olive oils and then the "juice" (red wine, olive oil, and vinegar). At was I was intimidated with the amount but you know what....everything has its reasons. John then cuts the sandwich in half, wraps it up and places in a long brown paper bag where he twists it closes at the end. I love it! I love how my sandwich looks like a bagged bottle of wine, hehe! Gosh I"m a sucker for these things. This sandwich was so tasty. I was afraid it would be overwhelming but it wasn't! I needed a fork though because of all the shredded lettuce! Its like I was having a salad with my sandwich! All the liquids (juice and oils) brought the sandwich together so well. I really enjoyed the sandwich and was only able to finish half...its a huge sandwich and I couldn't shove the whole thing in my face! At least dinner is provided for, hehe. Horrible Staff working 5-29-24 around 8:30-9 pm at night. The Guy taking the orders should be fired. We came into store he never acknowledged us. He took a phone order before helping us once off the phone he still never acknowledged us there other workers near us never acknowledged or helped us. We were seriously in there for 10 minutes just us and them and nobody cared or tried to help us or take are order. We left and saw them laughing at us from our car. Went to jersey mikes 2/23/24 at 8:30pm. I walk in don't even get greeted by 3 employees. You have the girl on the phone and two other guys standing around. When I finally get ask if ready to order. I order a giant chicken cheesesteak. The guy said I turned off the grill 2 seconds ago and wouldn't take my order. Really if that's your policy maybe you should have a sign on the door saying 8:30 grill off. This is the only jersey Mikes who does this. The employees who work here aren't friendly and lazy. As a first time customer of this Sandwich spot, I must say it was the most uncomfortable experience. The guy that took my order was amazing, the cashier was very professional and courteous, but the other guy that was helping them , his behavior makes me to believe he was the manager on duty, made me feel uncomfortable. He kept on steering at me with great confusion and when it would become obvious he pretended to be helping with the orders. Is this a flirt or was it that something about me was different. At least say hello to translate your intentions rather than steering at me for every word that came out of my mouth regarding my order. It was uncomfortable to the point that I just want anyone who is different to know , DON'T GO HERE , he will make you uncomfortable.
