2/24/2026 @ 2:20 PM: I'm the only walk-in customer at the time but they have three phone/internet orders. The guy making the sandwiches asks me what I want and I tell him a giant roast beef on white. He's not the smartest guy because it takes him about 3 minutes to figure out the type of bread and sizes for all the orders (just to figure out two white bread giants and three regular rosemary bread). He goes to freshly cut provolone cheese for the three regular rosemary turkey sandwiches. The giant white is something with bacon no cheese. He puts the provolone away and gets PRE-CUT provolone for my sandwich. I ask him why don't I get freshly cut provolone but he states, "Because it will be faster." I ask him why didn't he use pre-cut cheese for the other sandwiches, but he has no response other than "because it will be faster." Jersey Mike doesn't always use freshly cut meats or cheese. Even if you are there watching what they do they will try to screw you. The phone/internet orders weren't there watching but what do you think a person who walks in to order is going to do? Every time I come the service is always amazing, I've always been greeted and have had my order taken right away. Love to be able to go somewhere where the food is fresh, the ham/meat is cooked and prepped as you order so you're never getting anything that's been sitting out like other sandwich shops. Leon is seriously the best manager I've encountered! Even when this Koreatown spot gets slammed with 20-30 people, he keeps everything running smoothly and never forgets about anyone's order. My sub was prepared and waiting. Idk who was the gentleman working but he was super nice. Came back next day round 2. Hello, it was my first time eating Jersey Mike's. I was expecting a subway type deal. It is kind of similar but their meets are cut in front of you which makes it seem more fresh and it is. I mean it was actually pretty good. also, usually subway when I go there. Everything seems a little wilted even the lettuce and tomato seem fresh compared to that. And the meat which I got was roast beef and salami, kind of melted in my mouth, so it was very enjoyable the bread was tasty. The customer service was very friendly. I get Jersey Mikes at least once a week - sometimes twice. I was thrilled when this location opened & have ordered from here since it opened for the last few months so I've seen this is actually a problem & not a one off. They struggle immensely with their staff & consistency. My orders are now been right only 40-50% of the time. Today I ordered from DoorDash & both sandwiches we got were wrong. It's not like I'm asking in notes or calling to ask for certain ingredients to be added or removed. When you order you select the ingredients & it prints off on the receipt that is included with the order - so when we get the food we can legit see the ingredients we added/removed & how they just blatantly didn't bother to make the order correct. This is fine a handful of times - mistakes happen. Like I mess up often at work lol but when it's almost half the time & it's getting more & more rare to get an order that is correct - that sucks. Especially since the one thing I remove on my turkey sandwich is vinegar & most of the time they add on vinegar. I can't have vinegar so I have to throw out the whole sandwich which is so wasteful & also is just me throwing money out of th window. Will likely stop getting Jersey Mikes for a while bc I just can't justify spending money on something that is consistently not done right. read more

Came in today for a late lunch. I ordered the #16. I ordered it very plain as I had some medical issues. I was greeted by (I believe was the manager, could be wrong) Rick Ross (no, not the rapper lol). He was very polite, answered my MANY questions with a smile and a can do attitude. I understand that given the place wasn't busy and they obviously want to attract long term customers.... but I appreciate he put in the effort. I even tipped when I never tip because it was (IMO) above and beyond. I hope to receive continued good service. Now for the most important part. the food. I got the regular size, which is a big small, not gonna lie (7 inches I believe). Im a 260lb male who eats a lot of food but since I had issues that day, it was the perfect size. Taste was great, the peppers really made the sandwhich. The protein itself was alright, white bread was nothing special. But it tasted good, felt well on my stomach, combined with a nice staff made my visit pleasureable. I'm looking forward to coming more often if circumstances permit.
