We got the double cheeseburger combo which comes with a "little fry" (their words) and a drink. The little fry is actually not that little, don't worry. The burger itself is fine... totally does the job, nothing mind-blowing. But the fries? Amazing. Cut fresh from real potatoes and fried in peanut oil, and you can really taste the difference. We went plain but they'll offer cajun seasoning at the register if you want to spice things up. Honestly I'd come back just for the fries alone. A few fun extras worth knowing: * Free peanuts by the door! Grab a little dish and snack away while you wait. I completely forgot until we were walking out (oops), so don't make my mistake. * The Freestyle Coca-Cola machine is here... endless flavor combos if you're into that sort of thing. What can I say that they are one of my favorite burger spots. I came in on 2-27-26 around 7:30pm and ordered the classic combo but upgrade to the cheeseburger. I had Five Guys for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. DoorDash has a two-for-one special on the double cheeseburger. I also ordered one small Cajun and one small regular fries. The burgers were wrapped in foil and were still hot. I requested my burgers plain (I'll add my own toppings), and the request was honored, which, in my book, equals good service. The fries were warm. The Cajun fries have a hint of spice, which I enjoyed. I would definitely order from Five Guys again. Who knew? read more

I love this location! The employees are friendly, and helpful every time I'm there. The place is always clean: even the glass doors are wiped spotless throughout the day. Once time I saw an employee sneeze into his arm and he immediately went to wash his hands and put on clean gloves when he returned to his station. This demonstrates proper following of hygienic training. And the food is fresh and tasty. They always give a healthy helping of fries. Love the Five Guys chain of burger places. So far I've been to the one at the Westfield Mall in Culver City, the one on Figueroa by USC, and the one in Midtown or Mid City on Venice and I must say that I received good service at all three. What I also like about Five Guys is that they all look the same inside. They keep it very simple and simplicity is the key. My go to meal from 5 guys is the double cheeseburger all the way around, NO Mushrooms, NO grilled onions but RAW onions instead with a cup of fries. I like the hot dogs too w/mustard, ketchup, relish, and RAW onions, but what I just recently discovered on Nov 18, 2023 is they have a secret MENU. "Wow, I'm so late finding this out" So I got the Grilled cheese double cheeseburger all the way around no mushrooms, no grilled onions, but RAW onions instead and it tasted alright. But I prefer the regular double cheeseburger instead any day. But in the future I will be trying more items from the secret menu. read more

I haven't been to a Five Guys in years (in Charlotte), so I ordered the first item on the menu. There isn't a combo meal or anything, so it all adds up quick. Tried a Five Guys burger after hearing so much dismay that I haven't ever had one before. I'm a big In-n-Out fan. The cost of the Five Guys fries and drinks made the overall cost 2x higher than my favorite. $70 for 3 meals! The burger was alright- definitely so greasy that the patties fell apart as I ate it, which kinda grossed me out. It doesn't compare to an animal style double-single w/chilies. Fries were good but not worth the cost. Drink options were great but again, not worth the higher cost. But glad I tried it, so now I know. read more

Made an order on Postmates. Took an hour and a half. Had to call this location and ask about our Order. They told us that it's been ready for 20min. I told them "well, is there something you press to confirm the order's been ready because the app still says the order is being prepared." She tells me there's nothing they press to notify Postmates on their end. They can only control grubhub and Ubereats. I told her - then maybe you guys shouldn't be on Postmates because there's no way a Postmates driver knows to even pick up the order. She tells me - "Well there's nothing we can do."
