What can I say that they are one of my favorite burger spots. I came in on 2-27-26 around 7:30pm and ordered the classic combo but upgrade to the cheeseburger. Dominick took my order and he was nice, polite and made sure the order was correct. The food is always good and the cajun fries are so good. read more

I had Five Guys for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. DoorDash has a two-for-one special on the double cheeseburger. I also ordered one small Cajun and one small regular fries. The burgers were wrapped in foil and were still hot. I requested my burgers plain (I'll add my own toppings), and the request was honored, which, in my book, equals good service. The fries were warm. The Cajun fries have a hint of spice, which I enjoyed. I would definitely order from Five Guys again. Who knew? read more

I ordered online for pick up, arrived and degraded me quickly, and let me know my order was still be prepared. It was very clean inside and all condiments were available.. A few minutes later, the young man notified me my order was ready, thanked me for my patience, very courteous, and let me know he'd added a few extra fries for the wait. I ordered a small cajun fries. They were perfectly cooked hot seasoned just right and I will definitely be returning because five guys has the best fries in town! read more

Love the Five Guys chain of burger places. So far I've been to the one at the Westfield Mall in Culver City, the one on Figueroa by USC, and the one in Midtown or Mid City on Venice and I must say that I received good service at all three. What I also like about Five Guys is that they all look the same inside. They keep it very simple and simplicity is the key. My go to meal from 5 guys is the double cheeseburger all the way around, NO Mushrooms, NO grilled onions but RAW onions instead with a cup of fries. I like the hot dogs too w/mustard, ketchup, relish, and RAW onions, but what I just recently discovered on Nov 18, 2023 is they have a secret MENU. "Wow, I'm so late finding this out" So I got the Grilled cheese double cheeseburger all the way around no mushrooms, no grilled onions, but RAW onions instead and it tasted alright. But I prefer the regular double cheeseburger instead any day. But in the future I will be trying more items from the secret menu. read more

I like coming in here, I rarely ever get anything but my boyfriend always gets the same order. When you walk in the greet you when you leave they say goodbye . No one is standing around , the place is always clean and the two managers girl with glasses and the guy with short hair are always on top of everything. Home girl with the glasses though is like a mega champ I've always noticed how she maintains a good work flow with her team. read more

To say this place has fallen off a cliff would be an understatement. Quality of the food has plummeted dramatically, and the prices, my god. I just paid $20 for a basic burger and "little" fries. New location! I have to admit that we are not regulars at Five Guys. We were die hard eaters at the other burger place that CA goes to! I'm sure you can figure out who I'm referring to. For political reasons we have decided to stop going there. So we decided to check out Five Guys again especially since it's in our local neighborhood! Welcome! Is anyone else shocked that a basic cheeseburger is $10 here? Add fries and a drink and it's about $20 for one meal. I haven't been to a Five Guys in years (in Charlotte), so I ordered the first item on the menu. There isn't a combo meal or anything, so it all adds up quick. Both soda machines were malfunctioning during my visit--one didn't add any sweetener, and the other was out of the concentrate. Paid about $40 for two people and a disappointing visit. read more

Tried a Five Guys burger after hearing so much dismay that I haven't ever had one before. I'm a big In-n-Out fan. The cost of the Five Guys fries and drinks made the overall cost 2x higher than my favorite. $70 for 3 meals! The burger was alright- definitely so greasy that the patties fell apart as I ate it, which kinda grossed me out. It doesn't compare to an animal style double-single w/chilies. Fries were good but not worth the cost. Drink options were great but again, not worth the higher cost. But glad I tried it, so now I know. read more

I've been here twice. Both times, we ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger ($10.99) and both times, they left out our bacon. When we brought it to their attention, they gave us bacon on the side, but they were overcooked, cold and dry. Patties had zero taste, the bottom buns were soggy and gummy. Made an order on Postmates. Took an hour and a half. Had to call this location and ask about our Order. They told us that it's been ready for 20min. I told them "well, is there something you press to confirm the order's been ready because the app still says the order is being prepared." She tells me there's nothing they press to notify Postmates on their end. They can only control grubhub and Ubereats. I told her - then maybe you guys shouldn't be on Postmates because there's no way a Postmates driver knows to even pick up the order. She tells me - "Well there's nothing we can do." I have tried this place several times & am always disappointed. I order a cheeseburger with grilled onions & mushrooms on the side. I get my burger to go and live 5 minutes away. By the time I bite into my burger- the bun is already mushy & the burger is disintegrating- even with getting the mushrooms on the side. $11.75 and the cashier was looking for a tip? The person's job is to take a burger order & they require a tip for doing their job? Please. Their milkshakes aren't bad- forget the mush burgers- how about getting better buns? read more

Just horrible. I spent 40 dollars on one burger with fries and milkshake. And once it arrived with postmates, it was completely cold, extremely bad packaging, soggy fries, the smallest bag they could find which was wet and ozing things out of the bag, and the delivery person litterly had to hold it with bare hand to deliver, NOT covid safe, everything was tragic, so after one bite, i threw everything. also did i mention the milkshake was open with no lid? disgusting. With that price, i could have gone to decent restaurant, instead i throw it out of window thanks to five guys. never again. read more

Had Bacon Cheeseburger with everything; loved their flavors of beef, onions, mushrooms, bacon and cheese. Also surprisingly enjoyed their fresh cut potato!!! So it was my first time visiting five guys and it was rather a terrible experience... It was my fault not to ask how to order but I didn't think I needed to build my own burger... I just ordered what was on the menu which was the bacon burger. I tasted the burger and the patties were not seasoned, no mayo no ketchup no sauce at all. And the fact that the employee did not care to ask me, it's so messed up. The bacon was the only thing that was lightly salted that's it. 22 dollars for a burger and a small fries what a waste. I paid 25 for the Hells burger at the Gordon Ramsay's burger restaurant and this? So disappointing read more

Second time here and exactly the same thing happened twice in a row, so I'm done with 5 guys. Don't bother with the text messages that say "let us know when you're on ur way!", or "Let us know when you're here and we'll have your food ready!". It's BS. I ordered online an hour before , answered all the texts tracking my location, and STILL waited in line 30 minutes after getting a text that "Your order is ready!" Had to approach the counter several times before they figured out that I was waitng for my order. Get ready for a hassle if you come to this location. read more

I had been wanting to come here for more than several years. Since I knew I'd be driving by them on my way back from visiting someone. I made sure to stop today and try them. There was several people sitting in cars and standing waiting for their orders. They have door dash and all these other delivery options. Most of there orders are delivery. We overlooked the menu and decided what we were going to get. We ordered 1 fat cheese without onions and tomato combo 1 triple cheese burger combo with large chili cheese fries added pastrami 1 peach cobbler The order came to $52. And some change There menu is American, specializing in burgers, but also serving tacos, hot dogs, chili cheese fries, and burritos. Menu highlight is the "Farmer Otis Burrito" (a 2-foot-long burrito) and options with pastrami and hot links. There menu options are huge just keep that in mind when ordering.
