This tiny, tiny spot serves up some big sandwiches with big flavors. We visited the location on Melrose. Good luck with parking which is insane in this area. Order online and have some jump out of the car to pick up your order. There is no seating inside but maybe a chair or two outside. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges so you may want to get that food to go. We tried three sandwiches and they were all huge. The crispy chicken caesar wrap is phenomenal and I am not one who usually orders this particular sandwich anywhere. It comes with a creamy sauce that I might have drank directly from the little cup. The wrap is packed full of chicken and it is refreshing and excellent. It doesn't look huge but trust me, the wrap is packed full and you will be plenty satisfied. The Antonia sandwich comes with turkey, cheese, avocado, tomato, and garlic aioli. It isn't all that unique a creation but for what it is, it is very fresh and very good. It came loaded with delicious turkey. The Martha sandwich (chicken salad, apples, fennel, argula, herbs, etc.) is on special right now. Personally, I am not a big chicken salad guy but you get a lot of it and the person in our party who ordered it liked it a lot. We also tried the arancini and they were excellent. My wife and I stopped in after passing this place several times and were excited to finally try it. We ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and asked if the sauce could be served on the side. We explained that my wife is managing cancer and tries to eat as cleanly as possible. We were told that removing the sauce wasn't possible because of the restaurant's policy. While I understand that some kitchens have standards and procedures they follow, I was surprised that a simple accommodation couldn't be made. They weren't even busy. The food may be excellent, but the interaction left us feeling that flexibility and customer care took a back seat to house rules. We left disappointed and feeling less welcome than we had hoped. Looking for a great solid sandwich option? You've found it. Pricey for a sandwich but you do get a good portion size and they aren't stingy with the meat. My only complaint is that they don't do substitutions with any of their options. Still don't know the reasoning why - but that's what I was told. Usually I would switch out any pork for turkey. The menu is vast and interesting -- and the reason I've visited about 4 times now -- but each visit has me wanting a bit more to be desired from the food. A quick note on seating, there's one 2-top inside, and a back patio, but parking in the area is limited, so expect to eat in your car or elsewhere. Here's what I ordered on my most recent visit on Dec 29, 2025: The Burr ($16): The bread leaned on the tougher side, and the whole thing ended up giving me Subway vibes. The Meatball Parm ($16): The meatballs were good, pesto was light and nicely complimented by the fresh basil. Unfortunately, the bread was very tough and sandwich itself was pretty small. The Lorri ($16): The eggplant cutlet flavor was good and worked well with the roasted peppers and balsamic glaze -- but the cutlet was cold, and both the roasted broccolini and bread were really tough to chew. Other items I've ordered on past visits: The Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap ($16): Solid. One of the better caesar salad wraps I've had, and it holds really well together while eating. I dont write a lot of reviews but I needed to share. It was the perfect balance of flavors and the lettuce was so fresh!! The crispy chicken was chopped and flaky crispy. The wrap was grilled and had a nice chew -- again so ultra fresh. Every bite had a perfect mix of everything. I was nervous about the pepperoncinis but they were chopped so thin and I was pleasantly surprised that it added the perfect little zest. It was big enough that I could only eat half. The only thing was the grilled chicken wrap had A LOT of chicken but that can't be bad thing for most. You can ask them to add extra lettuce if you want. read more

The vibe here does feel like a modern deli where you come in and put in our order and you either grab to go or enjoy your food in a back outdoor seating area. The person I ordered from was friendly and helpful. I ended ordering the Chicken Caesar Wrap because I heard good things about it. I thought it was good, but I think I would get one of the more 'traditional' Italian subs on my next visit. I also got a rainbow cookie because I heard it was a good representation of the East Coast Italian deli rainbow cookies. I opted to dine in since I thought I had enough time to enjoy my sandwich there before heading to an event in the area. There were only a handful of folks sitting in the back at the time. Usually I have a lot of patience with waiting for my food, but twenty minutes passed and I started to see people that sat down after me getting their food (and with the same order), so I had switch up my order to get it to go. These mix ups happen from time to time, but I was just a little anxious since at that point I was almost running late for the event. I didn't cause a huge stink, but I think the manager could sense I was a little stressed. She ended up giving me a cookie which I thought was delicious and a really kind gesture. The store inside is small with only one table with 2 chairs for sitting, so I'd recommend grabbing food for takeout from here. The inside was clean and there was also a merch section. After placing my order, my friends and I had to wait a while for our order to be completed despite there being a lot of workers. The orders were then nicely wrapped and placed in a big takeout bag. I ordered the Draper signature sandwich and it was okay. It might've been because I didn't eat the sandwich until around 50 minutes later, but the bread was tough and chewy. I feel like they didn't use fresh bread. The chicken cutlet was okay, but I couldn't really taste or feel it because it was thinner than expected. I liked how meaty and savory the prosciutto was, but there were some hard bits in it. It was almost like there was bone in it. The star of the sandwich was definitely the stracciatella cheese. It was creamy, stretchy, and cheesy. I would've ranked it lower if it weren't for the cheese. Overall, a decent experience here. Arancini (5/5) MUST GET. A small comes with 3. The spicy vodka sauce is amazingly flavorful and the arancini is nice and crispy. Everyone I give this to loves it. As for the sandwiches, I have tried the Eggplant Parm (not the same tomato sauce as the arancini), seasonal reuben and seasonal philly teague steak. Generally the sandwich fillings are tasty and high quality. I am not a fan of the bread they use and often don't finish that part. I find it dense, maybe stale, and too hard (but not like the warm/toasted hard, just the kind that scratches your mouth). It really detracts from the sandwich.
