Disappointed with the Quality Control - This Isn't What I Ordered I ordered a sandwich with Artisan Italian bread, Pepper Jack cheese, Lettuce, Red Onions, Jalapeños, Pickles, Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Regular Mayonnaise, Yellow Mustard, Salt, and Black Pepper--what I received was barely recognizable. As shown in the photo, the sandwich had very minimal toppings. There was almost no lettuce, barely any onions or jalapeños, and the sauces were inconsistently slapped on. One side of the bread looks like it was scraped with mustard, and the rest is just empty space. The filling is uneven, sparse, and looks hastily thrown together, making the entire sandwich feel incomplete and disappointing. For the price I paid and the customization I selected, I expected a much better product. Quality control needs serious improvement. Customers deserve to get what they order--not a sandwich that looks like someone gave up halfway through making it. read more

We have given this location numerous chances and tonight took the cake! They were out of numerous items- meatballs, steak, olives, and even mayo and more!! We then tried to use a gift card that was for many different places and it even says subway included on the card - they wouldn't take it. The sweet gal was doing the best she could (the other worker wasnt helpful at all) but it was so frustrating, along with the long wait for just 2 sandwiches. Last week I went and paid extra for smashed avocado on my sandwich and didn't get it. Annoying but whatever, mistakes happen. This week when I went was an experience that made me decide to never eat here again. Did an online order at 7pm. It said it would be ready for pickup at 7:20. I arrive right at 7:20 and they are busy. A long line of 5 people and my first thought was "my sandwich probably isn't ready" which is understandable because they were busy. I expected to have to wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes until they got their line down. Then I heard a lady complain that her online order took over an hour. I thought "that can't be right, she is probably exaggerating and is just being a "Karen" Here's the thing: there were two employees back there and I watched them make the sandwiches. I am telling you they make sandwiches slower than a sloth. No sense or urgency whatsoever. 50 minutes later they tell me they are working on mine. It took them 50 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. I work in a pharmacy. I've filled narcotic prescriptions faster than the time it took these guys to make ONE sandwich. I am pretty sure I could go back there and make the sandwiches quicker than that. Actually, I could have driven to the Oregon City location and back in the time it took them to make 5 sandwiches. They finished my order 8:10 and by then I had to get home asap to put my kid to bed. We missed our regular dinner time and my kid ended up eating something else while I was waiting for our order. If I hadn't already paid I would have left after 30 minutes. I get home to open my sandwich only to discover that my "Subway Melt" sandwich was not melted, not even toasted. It was cold. They also forgot my chips and my husbands cookies. I email support and get a "we're sorry email" What I'd like is the money you owe me for not giving me all of my order both times. And to say it's disappointing to sit and wait for over an hour for a sandwich is that isn't even made right and missing items is an understatement. read more

I am not normally one to write complaints, but this location is getting ridiculous. I understand staffing shortages and supply chain issues. But this is a timing and attention to detail complaint. I placed a mobile order at 12:07 for one footlong sandwich. The pickup time given was 12:25. I arrived at the store at 12:22 and it was not ready yet - understandable as I was early. As I waited, 4 other pickup orders were made and finished while I was waiting (even customers who came in and notified the employees they were here after I arrived) and 4 customers waiting in line were serviced before my sandwich was made. I had technically placed my order before them.. Why are they getting their sandwiches before me? Molalla is a small town therefore not a very busy location when compared to ones in larger towns/cities. My sandwich was finally ready at 12:47 and there goes my work lunch break.. I get back to the office, and to my delight my order is incorrect. Provolone cheese was missing, pickles (and the extra requested) were nowhere in sight, and there was a measly clump of about 6 black olives when again more were requested on the order. This order was meant to be a treat to my 5 month pregnant self. I have not had a sandwich in FIVE MONTHS and I am left with this incomplete experience. My first meal after delivery will be a delicious cold cut sandwich and I will have to think twice about where to order from unless I want to be disappointed again. read more

I'm just a doordash driver ... when I say I was in and out this store AT LEAST 4 times picking up orders in an HOUR PERIOD. I go back to that area to wait on an order to pick up and need to use the restroom so I help myself to to use the subway one. When I walk out to a very rude.. "Bathrooms are for customers ONLY, there's a free public bathroom at the park across the street." Went in there with my family to get a sandwich for dinner, we were the first ones in there and hardly had any. The two boys were messing around goofing around. Placed online order for 2 subs and 2 salads. Wait time said 20 minutes, I showed up ~5 minutes after it said it would be ready and the order was not completed yet. That wasn't a huge deal as they had a few customers waiting for in store orders when I arrived. However I still waited an additional 15-20 minutes before my order was completed. Things happen, stores get busy and I understand that to a point. This store was not packed though. The most frustrating part though is the sub was burnt to a crisp. Pair the longer than necessary wait with poor products equals inadequate service. This is not the first bad experience with this location as well. I have had other online orders where ingredients were missing on the subs, and these were paid for toppings such as extra meat, mozzarella, and bacon. Online orders have a written ingredient list, how is that hard to follow? If I could give less than 1 star I would. Definitely not going to this location again. read more

The people that work at this establishment are hands down amazing! They treat you like a family. The manager on the other hand is nice at first and then as soon as something doesn't go her way or even when you give her a weeks notice in advanced that you aren't going to be able to make your shift, she tries to pin it back on you. If you are working two jobs and this Subway is one of them I would recommend letting the manager know 2 weeks in advanced. Because apparently 1 week isn't enough notice. read more

My husband went to get a couple of sandwiches from the Molalla Subway. Apparently the person who took care of ours didn't know how to cut a straight line so our sandwiches had about 2 inches at one end that wasn't cut, with no mayo, no meat or veggies. So, we got a 10 inch sandwich. The tomatoes were so over ripe I wouldn't eat them. Not sure if there was mold or not but they tasted bad. They put on 4, thin, pieces of meat; 2 turkey, 2 ham, on a 12 inch/10 inch bread. The bread was dry. This isn't the first time we've eaten from there and felt the quality of the food could be a lot better, but I don't believe I'll be going back. I did call to let the manager know how we felt about our food but, alas, there wasn't a manager there to make sure things weren't being done properly. read more

When we first walked in one of the employees said " you're not planning on eating here are you?" I'm a store Manager at a different location and I'm entirely appalled by the night service or lack there of. 1. No greeting what so ever (policy states that a greeting is required within the first 3 seconds of a customer entering the store.) Staff was annoyed with us even being there an hour before closing. 2. Both employees had no head covering, again against policy and the Oregon health code. 3. Over portioning! I feel horrible for the manager who has to deal with the store numbers (WISR.) Let alone the owner losing money off of each sandwich piled high with all the veggies. 4. Didn't even bother to wrap the sandwiches properly, leaving the ends sticking out. No napkins offered or in the bag. 5. We had to ask to get the sandwich toasted and to get sauce, no questions were asked to us about the sandwiches. All in all horrible management/training. This was one of the best Subway location I've ever visited. Tables were clean and an employee went around and cleaned tables again before we left. Ingredients, including the bread, seemed to be fresher than any other Subway shop I've been to. If you're hungry for a good sandwich, this is a above normal location. read more

The girl at the window that took my order was so freaking rude I can't believe it. She took my order, (I went through the drive through) and I had to repeat my order about 3 times before she finally got it right, and was very very rude about it. She seemed veg annoyed that I kept having my repeat myself?? Not my fault you can't get my order right. When I pulled up to the next window, she opened the window and just stared at me, and just said 5.75 with a rude look on her face and her hand out waiting for the money.
