I mean.... it's a Subway after all. You're getting what you pay for here. The food is the same here as you'd find in other places. At least the people are nice, the place is clean, and they don't really skimp on portions. There's a decent amount of seating inside. Maybe they need a few more tables outside, but I can't imagine too many people using those anyways. I don't make my way to Subway more than once a year at this point (and usually when on vacation when in a crunch), but I guess this place does the job. read more

Good pricing, food tastes fresh and delicious, and seasonings and dressings are varied and all taste amazing. Service is spectacular as they always ask you questions about every customization you would make to subs such as toast/no toast, cheese type, etc... and it shows how well trained the staff is. Store is clean and neat looking. The one bad thing I experienced was during the doritos footlong deal, there was a guy who gave me 1/4 of the actual footlong and 1/2 of it another time instead of the full length, so avoid ordering that item here. read more

Worst customer service. I was there today for foot long sub. An employee(an elderly Indian) there placed my bread on the preparing table without the white paper. That is an honest mistake, not a big deal. I requested him politely to change the bread. It seems he was taken aback by that request, he changed the bread. Following that he sarcastically asked me, if he should change the knife as well, with a smirk. I am not sure if he is a racist or has an attitude problem or just having a bad day. A great and convent location as it is right off US Highway 1. However, the store is understaffed and undertrained. I was greeted by the sight of a line of over 10 people in line. While the store may be crowded a line should never be that long. Especially, at a Subway. When I reached the front of the line I realized why the line was so long. The staff was constantly trying to multi-task. They were making someone else's sandwich when I was actually ordering mine. Halfway through my order someone else began to put my toppings on! At checkout I tried showing an online coupon to the cashier. However, she insisted upon taking my phone to "investigate" it herself. This location was not the cleanest either. A child was playing around with soda machines and actually put his fingers up the "drink dispenser." Geez. Finally, when getting a cookie the staff member actually used her hand (which was gloves) instead of the tonsils, which are required by Subway to give me my cookie. There aren't many food options in this area of Rt.1 It's a standard SUBWAY, OK-ish subs with a pricey markup. You really have to load up on the veggie items to make the sandwich filling. Also, they always drown the sandwich in these "sauces"... so skip choosing them. read more

This subway is conveniently located on Rt1.... however, that's the only positive. The owner/manager is terrible. I used to go there every Saturday because it was close to where my son had practice. The last time I was there, I purchased a sub for my son. When he unwrapped it in the car, there was a long black hair inside the sandwich. I brought it back inside, pulled the owner/manager aside (for privacy) and showed her the hair that had been melted inside the turkey & cheese sub. Her response was, "that's not my hair." This subway restaurant has got to be the worse one I have been to in awhile and this is saying ALOT since subway employees do not need to do much behind the counter to prepare your sub for you. The extremely rude attitude displayed by one of the subway employees here was absolutely appalling. Besides trying to convey to me that I was not allowed to have a few extra olives because my subway sandiwch only had 4 olives on it, he also rudely told me that he had the right to refuse customers after I had told him to drop the order and leave the restaurant. He also tried to imply that I was poor and could not pay for the extra olives he was about to give me and this kind of condescending behavior will drive customers far away. There is no point in trying to be stingy by giving a few more olives. I didn't know olives were so expensive nowadays? But if that was the case, all he had to do was to politely tell me that it will cost me extra money without copping an attitude. Finding and receiving decent customer service is hard these days. Okay, all Subway food should be the same wherever you go. That should be a given. Just like McDonald, Burger King, etc. But a place like Subway and Blimpie the meat are usually given or the lack of meat is given and it becomes a Veggie sandwich. I tried the new Orchard Chicken Salad and they must of freeze the salad because when you chew on the salad it's a Popsicle. Now, if this was a McDonald, they would of thrown yesterday food away. But at this Subway, I would guess own by Asian Indian they do things differently and usually when this happens, they do things that are even more cost saving. They would put in less meat. Even less then usual and the salad is frozen from yesterday as I eat away on my Popsicle sandwich. Now I know Subway are not this bad. The sad part is that this place is pretty new as seen in the other review as being clean. How can the cost saving be so great that they have to freeze the food?
