Just enough for one person . They have many meat options with a some vegetarian choices too . I may try the tuna salad and some other green salad next time . I ordered the Jay Ray sandwich for delivery, which comes with a hand-breaded chicken cutlet, smoked bacon, and I swapped the cheddar for provolone. Was pretty busy for a Saturday at 2PM. The cutlets, bread and toppings are all elite quality and so good. Expect to pay $14-17 for a sandwich and $4-5 for cookies, chips or drinks. First time ordering lunch from here. Seven of us ordered lunch. We were all happy with our sandwiches and salads. The sandwiches are filling. The salads are big enough for two people to share. The deli meats have great flavor. I ordered the Gossip Girl for lunch and the Asian salad for dinner. I also ordered a corned beef and pastrami sloppy joe. My husband couldn't stop raving about it. Ordering online is super easy. Picking up too. I picked up my second order. The place is clean. Staff is friendly. There's parking available and my food was ready on time. I do think their menu is a bit overwhelming, but they have a lot of choices. The pasta salad was amazing. Just a little bit too spicy for me but really good. Had the Smoked Turkey Sloppy Joe. The bread and meat were fine and it had a nice amount of Russian Dressing and slaw. However, the Swiss cheese was hard as a rock and tough to chew. I am not sure if this is just how they do it or if I had an old slice of cheese but it honestly tasted like a piece of cheese that I left in the fridge overnight without wrapping it up. I had to actually take the cheese off after a couple of bites in order to eat it. Kind of strange actually. read more

Sandwich was terrible plain Jane turkey sub the meat tasted bad it was pre-sliced. I saw him taking it out of a container a silver bin. I should've said something. I'm very mad that I didn't. They have machines there to slice the meat. I thought I was getting a fresh sandwich for $12. The lettuce is wilt it not my recommendation first time there last time there totally discussed it. Really good addition to the neighborhood and an escape from all the nj "subs". The Gobbler is yummy, I received bowtie pasta instead of macaroni salad during a recent order and was happy for the mistake because it's delicious and pasta is al dente, which is surprising and made me very happy. Chicken cheesesteak with the boom boom sauce is delicious. Hope it doesn't go away. It's listed as a seasonal special! Also tried the tuna sloppy Joe. The tuna is really good. Overpriced messy sandwiches that are hard to eat. Grilled chicken somehow tastes old. I thought they grilled it there but it doesn't look like they actually cook anything fresh as they just have containers full of meats. Very misleading. Extremely slow service. Orders often take up to 45 minutes for a single sandwich. read more

I have been going to Millburn deli for 60 years and the one in Bridgewater does not meet expectations whatsoever. The set up is terrible. The wait time is double what it is in the original location. The sandwiches are not made right the original sloppy Joe was always made with two meats now they charge you for extra meat and they do not make it properly. The sandwich was good, but not exceptional. As an example. A sloppy Joe is made with meat on one level and the other meat on the second level. The amount of meat is less than it was before and quite frankly the price of $17 for the sandwich is overpriced. I understand everything is expensive today, but I expect better especially since they've been in business since the 40s, and I will know that this is new owners, but people's expectations are low. They don't know what to expect for excellence. This place will do very well because there's nothing like it in Bridgewater but for me I expected it to be my go to place and that will not happen. I don't know what they were thinking in the set up and the management of this particular location. It's a disappointment. read more
