Wasn't great, the fish sandwich was lacking fish :( I guess it changed since the last time or I just got a lame one. The assistant manager took our order and she was polite but not overly friendly and that's okay. Dining area was mostly clean. Many of the drink choices were empty. Only ketchup available to self serve and we were not asked if we wanted any dipping sauces when we ordered. I didn't think to ask either. So we ate the onion rings with nothing. read more

Bk hs changed the formula of their soda dispenser to give mostly carbonated water with a splash of flavor. Every soda I tried was like water. Wtf? You charg us more and give us less. I'll do McDonald's from now on if I want real soda. read more

Only four stars because parking is a little iffy--not a lot of room. This is a typical Burger King. If you are driving through Moses Lake on I-90, this is convenient as it is only about 300 yards off the freeway. Most of the tables were clean but, if the table was left a mess, clean up was a little slow. Clerks are mostly very polite. Some are bilingual. The food is typical and you will get the same flavor wherever you order it, from Moses Lake to Lake Tahoe to Miami Beach. read more

This Burger King really takes advantage of the passing through traffic. It's in a desolate part of Washington where there's no restaurants on either side of them for 20 to 40 miles in either direction. So they hiked up the prices :-( it's not that clean, I didn't see any staff wearing gloves or masks and it looks as if basic precautions were barely being followed. How hypocritical can you be? Let me count the ways. 1. You say you will not serve customers that don't wear masks. That must be a WEDNESDAY thing. Because I visited this same restaurant on Tuesday, the day before, and absolutely NOTHING was said to me. 2. There was a man in the dining room, eating, and I didn't see a mask. What that tells me, is that this virus only affects people who are standing up. Maybe I should have just sat down in the dining room while waiting for my mobile app order (you know... The procedure people use to promote "social distancing") instead of agreeing to wait outside. I mean, the dining room is evidently a safe zone, where the virus is ineffective. Right? 3. After sitting outside while they made my food, the very same "manager" (I know it was the manager, because she made a point of telling me that when she was borderline YELLING at me to wait outside) brought me my food and personally handed it to me. She got MUCH closer to me by doing that, than if she had simply set it on the counter and stepped back, and allowed me to pick it up off of the counter. I saw workers wearing no gloves, This burger King sent us 9n a goose chase to a different burger king to find our order that wasn't there, was hung up on when trying to call to complain twice, then had them threaton to call the police after pointing out a MANAGER who wasn't wearing gloves holding the food. This second time not seeing gloves was on a different day. I reported to corporate and the franchise owner called what she was supposed to do was resolve the issue. We went through the drive through and got a few items off of the value menu. Service was quick and everything tasted great.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, because I've worked fast food and I understand how it can be sometimes. I ordered just a simple jbc with only mayo and ketchup. I got my order, with no receipt, and made the mistake of driving away before I checked my burger. It was made incorrectly. Normally I would just eat it but I'm pregnant and very particular about my food. I tried to call multiple times and the line just kept hanging up on me, so I went back. When I pulled up to order again, I explained what had happened and they just pulled me up to the window. I then explained again and was asked to pull around for my one hamburger. They brought it out and then gave me the wrong burger again. They didnt even apologize. I know it was an honest mistake, but they just seemed annoyed with me. After getting the order made wrong twice, I just left. Hopefully this isnt a recurring issue. read more

Customer service was more distasteful than the so-called California Whopper with a coin-sized slice of tomato, messy application of mayonnaise and guacamole, and unheated cheese. Even before we noticed the horrible product, the drive-thru girl, all of 15 years of her, had an attitude with her rushy hand motions of "want ketchup or fry sauce?" We peep open and the "Whopper" was so bad that we parked after the drive thru and unstrapped our sleeping baby to venture in to speak with a manager. My husband pointed out the lameness of a Whopper to her and she made excuses that it never looks like the picture. Duh, we know and don't expect food artists but do expect, as a manager, for her to keep tabs on quality and sufficient-looking food. Apparently this is the hangout for bored high school kids on a sunday night! On this particular night, we went for a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. In my experience, you can count on the chicken sandwich to be the same everywhere you go. The fish, however, is a different story. On this trip, the fish felt overcooked and the batter was crunchy.....no good! In my opinion, there are better options next door. Cheesy tots are on point and make it hard to stay away. The amount of times they got our order wrong on the other hand makes it quite easy. We'd been to every other fast food place while on vacation so we decided to go to the BK while stopping for gas in ML. The three of us weren't terribly hungry so we just ordered two Whopper Jr's and a bacon cheeseburger. The meat was about 2 inches wide on a 4 inch bun and it wasn't a uniform shape. It looked like they were taking one normal patty and making it two. Reading the other reviews about missing food and other cost cutting measures, I'm pretty sure I'm right. I guess they think since many of their customers are like us just driving through that they can get away with it. ON THE OTHER HAND, the staff was very nice. I was supposed to order onion rings instead of fries(I think all BK's have stopped asking when I order anymore). When our order came I realized my mistake and they cooked some up fresh and let us just keep the large fries they'd already given us, no extra charge. read more

I'm amazed that when you buy a 10 piece chicken nugget you only get 8. So I bought two of them. Both bags contained eight nuggets. And they only wanted to give me one barbecue sauce for all of them.
