Left local rock top bc they served ice cold food with awful service and waiter never returned to check on the table. Went to Wendy and the food was piping hot even after taking to hotel room. Service was super nice and happy. Super clean. Amazing job to this Wendy's. read more

We always like the food at Wendy's but this visit was memorable due to the team working the store. As a business consultant, I can't help but notice shoddy service. I also noticed outstanding service. Our order was taken by Tyler who did a great job however the efficiency and teamwork of the whole crew really stood out. As we left a large group showed up and this group of young people seemed enuinely excited to make their dining experience special. Won't ever order from this Wendy's again. Due to my work schedule I occasionally need to place an order for delivery as I don't get a lunch break. Multiple consecutive orders via their app were wrong, missing items or simply made incorrectly. This wasn't a one off event but multiple separate orders. I reported several of the issues to DoorDash and for the last order I called the store regarding the issues. While the the person who answered the phone was polite about it there was no offer of a refund or redelivery. They did ask me to drive to the store and get my missing fries but as I mentioned I can't just leave work and drive over. When I mentioned my inability to drive over I was given a vague promise to receive a corrected item any time in the next week. read more

Fast, friendly service. They had a person designated to walk around and always keep the tables clean. Very prompt communication when I walked up to the counter. An excellent bang for your buck: the "4 for $4" meal. Initially I was trying to turn around and get back to Taco Bell, but I saw this new Wendy's and swung in here instead. Highly recommended for when you are passing through town from Spokane to Seattle, or the other way around. Hint: plenty of gas stations a block away to fill up your car. read more

I love Wendy's overall and I was so excited when they came to Moses Lake! I wrote in to corporate and commented on their Facebook so much hoping they would come and it looks like someone out there made it happen. The building is beautiful and well maintained but I feel bad for the nighttime staff. There sometimes isn't enough of them, they run out of items, or something goes wrong with the mobile ordering. There isn't anything that is inherently wrong with the place, just sometimes it struggles with overexertion and circumstance. Overall, it's a good Wendy's and I still visit them as my #1 fast food choice. read more

I ordered online for to go and when I arrived at the drive-through to pick it up, the line was so long that I decided to go in. I let the girl at the desk though that I was there to get my order that I had ordered 30 minutes before and I still stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to make it, they're very slow the foods not up to par. They've been overcook the potatoes and it's not the quality of Wendy's and I'm used to very disappointed in this location as much as I love Wendy I probably won't go back. read more

We stopped for lunch in Moses Lake on our way home. We frequent their Seattle restaurant on a regular basis and were excited to visit this recently remodeled location. Unfortunately the food was bland and the cookies were not as tasty as usual. We won't be back but I will say that the staff was friendly and the service was fast. We came in on 8/21/2022. As with everywhere they are understaffed. So we elected to use the kiosk. Big mistake. Kiosk was no printing tickets for cook so after 49 minutes I told them that the other members in our party had been served 1/2 hour ago and I felt after nearly an hour wait we should be offered a discount or complete refund frankly. Dusty asked me.... You want food or money? It's not our fault. I asked for a copy of the counter receipt so I could deal with it later bc the kiosk also didn't offer receipts. She would not provide. I understand the understaffing and that things totally happen but is this really who you want to give your 30$ to for two burger meals and wait an hour to be treated poorly. The food is good. That is if you get what you order. I have only been in this place twice. Both times when I got home with my order it was wrong. I ordered the Baconator one time and the Son of Baconator the second time. Both times what I received was a Dave's Single. Returned both times to have the order corrected. The first time I was told that I ordered the Dave's Single. Wrong I don't do onions. The employee tried to make me feel that it was my fault. The second time, no questions asked. The just redid my order and threw in a free order of fries. Maybe if I order a Dave's Single I will get the Baconator. read more
