Well I have to update my review. This place has went to hell…read moresince last year. My wife can not eat cheese, so she orders a quarter pounder without cheese. Ahe opens it and it has cheese. She takes it in to have it remade. The manager is the one who talks to her. She tells the grill person to make another one without cheese. Well with the manager watching he makes another one WITH cheese. She finally went back and made it herself for my wife. No matter what she orders and request without cheese she always gets cheese. What a joke of a place. When it's made right the food is good but that don't ever seem to happen. So if you eat here check your bag before leaving as there is a 50% chance it will be wrong.

i order from this location anytime we decide to get anything from mcdonald's and we do that for a…read morereason. but... i always call ahead as i am always getting 12-18 at once because it's for a family get together. and if i was physically able to sit in. my car and wait 15 minutes i would and i would just go up there. but i've had too mane spine operations to do so, and that includes sitting on the hard chairs in your dining room. my back can't take it. but, the reason for this is i've been trying to call the enon ohio location for over an hour and a half to give them warning on the big pie order, yet their phone has mysteriously been a busy tone, which leads me to the only logical explanation... that they purposely have the phone off the hook and if that's the case, then it seems that you've got managers. i don't know how to multitask. because you should be able to answer a phone call and continue on what you're doing. if you're a good manager, any manager knows that you never take the phone off the hook at a restaurant it's rude and it's against i think probably most likely every restaurant companies rules. and now i'm gonna have to think twice about whether i come to that store anymore because it's much money as i spend there when my family gets to get-togethers and i go and i get like i said usually up to 18 of them sometimes more so it was gonna be 18 but i know they won't have those ready if i just go up there and i can't get through trying to call them since the phone is off the hook so i'm sending this complaint in because i'm angry like that's so rude. if they can't handle it, they shouldn't be working in a restaurant!! attached is a screenshot of my call log and i was only able to get part of it as i'm unsure if i can send one one picture at a time through this so i figured i would just get the gist of it which it shows next to the indian phone number how many times i've tried to call each of those times that never pops up. i did work out the 614 number on one of those because that was an accident, but i did leave a message when i called and went through that 614 number originally.

The worker delivered hot fries to my car in less than 3 minutes, but it wasn't until I pulled out of the parking lot that I discovered that my fry container was only half full. The employees were working hard, and were friendly and professional, but just couldn't keep up. That's a management issue. We waited 20 minutes for our food (Happy Meal and chicken sandwich, nothing special.) I almost went up and asked how to cancel our order. Which brings up another issue: those damn kiosks. They really push them, and they suck. The touch screen was iffy. The menu is annoying. They keep pushing upgrades, some of which are ridiculous. E.g., the one that asked if I wanted to upgrade for 40 cents, and showed two pictures that looked exactly the same with zero explanation. Upgrade to what? Let's face it, I'm not a McDonald's fan anyway. The only reason I come is because we have a kid. Happy Meals are as addictive as heroin, apparently. I can always find something to eat, a burger or chicken sandwich, but I never come here willingly. When I come, it's to get something quickly. Didn't happen here. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, and it was fine. Sustenance. Fries were lukewarm and had no salt, and the ONLY thing I kinda like at McDonald's is the fries, freshly cooked and salty. So, fail. Baby K liked her Happy Meal, and I do appreciate options like apple slices for her. We also got a limited time cheese Danish, and it was fine. Not great, but fine. They now offer an adult Happy Meal, and it is... nothing special and expensive. Pass. Maybe try one of the half-dozen other fast food places nearby. In my experience, we usually have to wait around awhile at other McDonald's. This one seemed to know what they were doing. We were in and out of the line like that . The food was super warm and tasted fresh, especially the cookies. It also appeared that they actually took their time putting everything in the bag. It wasn't just thrown around and spilling everywhere. I only have one question -- who's grimace?
