You know, the ones that will rip your face off. The manager shows her the Internet order, nope, no stuffed crust on there. So my guess is something got lost from button press to the reorder. He did offer her a drink on the house. So I think that was right. So I remove one star for the app/translation, and one for the delivery malfunction. Neither a fault of the manager or the store, but I think that this is a huge improvement from the last time we ordered. We also appreciate the phone call and honesty. They could have made us wait.
