I wasn't gonna leave this, but talking with my sister, I realized this wasn't a one off incident. I think more needs to be done. When I looked up this Subway - I saw there were complaints about a blonde with a nose ring who worked in the Outlet Subway before it closed. This was my first time at this Subway. I stopped here to get some dinner for my sister's family, since she hurt her leg and can't stand to cook. I walked in - the place looked really clean and DEAD. Not a customer in sight. I told the BLONDE with a nose ring (I did catch her name, but I'll save that for my call to corporate) I had 6 or 7 sandwiches I needed to order. RIGHT OFF - She tells me well that's a catering order and you should have called that in. The tone of her voice, was so rude. I said, well, I don't keep track of Subways rules and regs so I am going to order these 6 or 7 sandwiches. ANd she looks at me and says" LIKE I said, I will do it for this one time." THANK YOU FOR THE FAVOR! She then proceeds to try and boss me around by telling me that I have to place my order a specific way. Tell me I can only do bread, now meat, now cheese... and by the condiments homegirl had done pissed me off. I had to keep flipping back and forth from one text to another to find each individual order. I had told her several times that one sandwich was done, but because she needed it done in this order she kept asking me what I wanted on it. I finally told her, can you please put the sandwich by the register it is done. Honestly, it was like working with a toddler. Considering every other Subway I have been to, you tell them your condiments and the veggies at the same time. SO out habit when I would say this sandwich has X condiments and X veggies, She would huff, roll her eyes. Her attitude was so poor - I was honestly concerned if I turned my head she might spit in the food. I finally said Listen this is how I am going to give you the order. Once I did that she changed her tune. She even gave me a discount at the register combining two of my ham sandwiches into a foot long instead of charging me for two 6 inches. This was the just such a surreal experience. She was so rude, and dismissive. When I asked my sister if this was her experience, my sister knew right away who this girl was. Apparently this Subway has a reputation. The food... Our meatball sub, was lacking meatballs and cold. The Veggie we ordered was basically lettuce and bread. The worst subway experience ever !! The staff is outright rood to your face! They don't even acknowledge their mistake. We ordered a veggie pattie (online order) and when I went in it was still not ready for pick up. The veggie pattie was not toasted (despite clear instructions on our online order). When we confronted them, the staff said they did and it goes cold ! How can something be freezer cold in just 5minutes? When they prepared our order much after our arrival. The lady started throwing attitude and asked for reorder and repayment. She just covered up for the colleague that he did roasted the veggie pattie. Worst ever staff! First of all, DON'T GO HERE! As soon as I walked in I noticed that the only lady that was working there wasn't wearing any gloves or hair net. I had ordered online for pickup about 30 minutes prior to walking in and it still wasn't ready. (I only ordered 2 sandwiches). I sat down in the subway for about 20 minutes waiting for my order to be ready but still wasn't even being prepared. I then got in line and waited for her to take my order and when it was my turn I told her that I had a online order and that I ordered it about an hour ago and it still wasn't ready. She then looked at me and said, "I will make that for you in just a minute." I then sat back down and waited for her to prepare my food. As she was making someone else's sandwich, she turned around and sneezed into her hand and then just wiped it on her shirt and continued on as if nothing happened. I got my sandwiches about 10 minutes after she had said she will get to making them. This subway NEEDS to be shut down for multiple health violations. As I was leaving, an old lady was paying for her food and tried to use a coupon for her meal. The worker then stated to the old lady, "I don't feel like entering in the coupon right now, are you paying with cash or card. " I then left the store and I don't know what happened after that. Just stopped to get some cookies. There weren't any in the display so I asked the cashier if they had any. She gives me a look like I'm an idiot for even asking and points at the display, saying, what you see is what we have. Then when I start to leave she makes a comment about me not buying anything. The "manager" Of this established needs to be removed, he was verbally abusive to his employees in front of an entire restaurant full of customers waiting to order sandwiches. Clearly trying to embarrass the brand new employee and was on an incredible power trip. I asked the manager his name so I could report to customer service the way he treated his employee and he refused to give me his name multiple times before then yelling at me saying he doesn't have to give it to me and yelling that I (and my three kids) were kicked out and had to leave the establishment. I did not leave and I let him know I would call corporate and the police if he continued to yell at me however he continued until another customer also let him know how incredibly out of control he was behaving. We have always loved Coming to Subway and ordering platters for parties but all the sudden there is a major change and shift in attitude and it's clear where it's coming from this manager needs to be removed and subway is better than this. read more

The new manager at this location (Blond hair and a nose ring) should not be in customer Service. She refuses to make the sandwich to order,,, insisting that you tell her all of the toppings on all 3 sandwiches BEFORE she will make them. And when she actually attempts to do this, she always makes mistakes. Mean while being rude and inconsiderate to the customers. I have experienced this every time I go to this Subway. I have also witnessed her being very mean to her co-workers, and in fact have caused the extremely high turnover and loss of great employees, that actually made that store a joy to go to, prior. I have been visiting the store on average twice a week, and typically buy 3 footlong sandwiches over the last 10 years. A very loyal customer who has watched owners, managers and employees change over the years...I spend on average at least $160 a month/$1920 a year and $20,000 over the last decade. I have created a Yelp account to give this review. If I could give less than 0 stars, I would. I have just submitted the below feedback to Subway's Guest Care option on their website. Upon scrolling Yelp, I don't know that it will do much good at all, but I hope maybe it does. I placed a pickup order at this location. Upon arrival, I grabbed my order from the pickup shelves and proceeded to wait in line to place a custom order that I could not make via the Subway app. The Subway sandwich maker was confrontational from the moment she addressed me. She demanded that I tell her everything that I wanted on the sandwich I was ordering before she even started to assemble it. When asked if I could swap the pepperoni for more salami in the Spicy Italian that she wanted to charge me (the sandwich being ordered for a 7y/o was a simple salami, American cheese, tomato, and mustard), she told me "no" and insisted that she would still charge me full price for essentially half a sandwich. I have never encountered such a rude server at any Subway that I have ordered from in the 25 years that I have frequented Subway locations across the nation. Her unfriendly, unprovoked desire to be rude caused me to walk out without ordering the sandwich for my 7y/o. Instead, I went across the parking lot, bought bread, salami, American cheese, a tomato, and a bottle of mustard to then assemble my daughter's desired sandwich while we continued on our trip. The manager is constantly vaping and smoking right outside the restaurant with the young possibly even underage employees. I watched one of the employees go outside and smoke and then walk back inside without washing his hands. Today they literally had no bread? They are constantly closed and have the weirdest hours. My family and I we stopped at this Subway restaurant after a family trip this Sunday August 13th around 6:so we were starving, my parents went in to the store first with my step daughter so the person at the counter ask them how many sandwich they want to get so she count all the ground with more than 6 sandwiches so she answer that she wasn't able to do more than 6 sandwiches and they came out of the store so when they told me the answer I said how come so I went in to the store asking her so if we dived by family groups if she Can made them and her answer was NO in a very rude attitude so I started to ask her why she doesn't want to sell us so she started screaming and I started screaming too. And she just went in to the hallway. So that has never happen in other subway restaurants. We look for another subway near by and I went first to ask if she Can made more than 6 sandwiches and she said YES of course I can sell you as much as you want so fin sky we ate. Rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. First 3 words that come to mind. My husband and I stopped in to grab sandwiches on our long travel day home. The hours listed online were contradicting a bit, but we thought we would try anyway. One site said open until 7pm, another said open until 9pm. It was only 6:25pm, so it didn't matter either way (they should be open). Both sets of times were listed on the door when we walked in, one professional sticker with the hours on the door and the other on a white piece of paper casually taped above. Nobody was behind the counter when we walked in and there weren't any customers in the store. After a few minutes, a man (from previous complaints I have now identified this guy as the manager) walks out. No greeting, no eye contact...just starts making a wrap of some sort. The majority of the toppings and meats were cleared and put away. He finally tells us he will be with us in a minute. When he finally comes over to take our order, I asked if he still had chicken, which he replies "no, we are out. We close in like 20 minutes." (Actually you close in 35 minutes) Which I respond, "oh, I was a little confused about the hours since they varied online, so I'll take turkey." He goes, "they are on that white paper on the door and they have been the same for 2 years."- in a rude jerk tone. He slams our sandwiches together rushing, and was limited in many of the toppings because he already stowed them away. I don't expect a masterpiece of a sandwich from Subway, but this was such a cliché example of a TV horrible manager who hates every customer that walks in the door, it was laughable.
