He knows everything there is to know about Subway, and even jumped behind the counter to help one of his fellow employees who seemed new when there was a bit of a rush. HE WASN'T EVEN ON SHIFT!!! This Subway is by far the best one I've been to! The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is cool, and everyone that works here is really nice and professional. The food is always fresh and my sandwiches are always made well. The owner of this restaurant is there often and is very hands on with the customers. She makes sure the place runs efficiently. This is probably the best Subway I have ever been to. We have been doing catering for the past few months and the owner and her staff have been so accommodating. We did catering at least 4 times a week for 5 months and have had no issues and if we did, it was resolved right away. They have the best customer service, friendly staff and are very welcoming. They are also not stingy when it comes to the amount of meat they put on their sandwiches. We are very happy with the service and definitely will continue to make this Subway our sandwich home! Like a normal subway but they go out if their way to make sure you have really fresh vegetables and whatever. One time I wanted avocado on my sandwich and all of them were unripe so the lady goes to the back to get fresh ones . read more

This has become one of my favorite subway franchises, owned by a homey franchisee with hard working employees. I was grabbing lunch at Subway where it so happened to be busy with 2 hard working employees juggling customers. I was on my lunch and patiently waited in line. A incredibly inconsiderate and rude women thought it was a good idea to state that "she just wanted her damn sandwich", so this review is mainly for that woman. First of all, you see two employees and only those two employees handle everything from stocking the line, bread, equipment, AND customers. Your unnecessary and rude commentary will not make the line go by quicker the two employees and specifically the professional tattooed one apologized and reassured us that we would be helped in a timely manor. I honestly feel some people in this world feel like everyone owes them something! No one owes you anything lady! And to the two employees working I applaud your patience and kindness because if that were me I would not have such self control. Keep your heads up! I love this subway, each employee makes my sandwich with such joy and precision. While I'm here I'll also take the time to acknowledge the owner. She's there in front of the scenes and behind the scenes making sandwiches or charging customers. She always there with her bright smile ready to tackle anything. read more

I've been coming here for some time now,location is convenient and is the fastest place to go eat on my lunch time. The employees are great! Always greating people no matter how busy they are. Well today i felt disgusted ,the cashier was helping out on getting some soups which it would be fine if she wasn't wearing a sleaveless tank top, she looked like if she was either going to the gym or coming from the gym ,her underarm was showing, her boonies were showing i just think it's not apropiate when you are near food. The bread was great! I wish Subway was still as cheap as it used to be. It has gotten very pricey. But, what can you do. Now its $6 footlong, not $5. Have been giving the Subway App a try since it's super convenient when on a time constraint. Twice I've ordered and both times they've improperly prepared my sandwich. Missing vegetables, cheese and toasted when the confirmation email states everything like I want it. They do have it ready within 15mins of submitting a request on the app which is a plus. read more

this review is about an unprofessional worker, NOT the location per say. This is one of the better subways in the valley. The owner is dedicated and works hard. the staff is usually on a higher level than other locations I have visited. that said. today, sunday may 27, at 4:30 pm I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes, only 2 people in front of me. One of the workers was hustling to serve the people while the other girl was fiddling with the cash register.ok nothing out of the ordinary, she seemed to be having trouble with the change dispenser. I was hungry but stayed cool. Then as its my turn to order the girl was preoccupied with a lady she knew who just walked in. As I was trying to tell the girl my order, she decided to talk to the lady behind me, in spanish( i speak spanish) she was so unprofessional, I was trying to tell her what I wanted on MY sandwich after patiently waiting for 10 minutes in a slow store. So this girl starts asking the lady behind me what she wanted on her sandwich ignoring that I was in mid sentence with my own order, which she was doing wrong because she did not bother to give me more than 3 seconds of her time. I was really disappointed because every other time I came in I got exceptional service. So if you read this owner lady, the girl you had on this shift could use some brushing up on her customer service training. Unprofessional to say the least. I guess I was not as important as the lady behind me, I am pretty sure she was related to the worker. Literally the slowest subway I have ever been too. There are two people on the floor, one on the phone and the other taking his whole lifetime on wrapping up a sandwich. I'm not not to complain but I know it does not take that long to help someone or handle more than one sandwich at the same time. Waited ten minutes before a employee even starting working on my sandwich. He looks like he hates his job and might as well quit if he won't put in his full effort. I was in this store last Sunday, as I always come to this store, when the most horrid situation for those poor girls transpired. A customer with five children , ages 3 to 9, came in and let these children, Chuckie's Seed's, go crazy. They were screaming jumping on chairs, running up and down, weaving in and out of the customers in line and their mother, in a complete state of denial, or maybe on Valium, looking the other way. These young woman kept their cool in such a professional manner while still dealing with a customer who didn't know what he wanted. Please let whomever trained them they did a great job, always smiling and this is why I am a repeat customer. Again Kudos to them. This family is the same type that will go to a restaurant leave a mess on the seats, on the floor, walk away and never leave a tip.If you do not discipline children now you can visit them later in prison. read more

So yesterday on 1/10/16 around 11:00 pm me & my wife went to this location this was the worst experience ever & also you lost a customer due to two unprofessional employees named Ana aka Banana said on her name tag & the other worker named Maria. I am very upset my wife just wanted to switch her sandwich well the sandwich wasn't even made to start it off. Ana was making her sandwich which the bun was only toasted, she was so aggressive making the sandwich slamming it on the counter putting pressure on the bun giving us attitude she sure had a temper I could tell you that for sure. I just recently started going back to Subway. I stopped for a year and a half after some terrible service at a series of Subway restaurants. I was itching for a sandwich and broke down, walked in to this Subway after seeing the advertisement for the new Italian hero sandwich. It was delicious but that was not the best part. The service I received was fantastic. Frishta, Nisal and Kal were fantastic. They were extremely nice and helpful and made a great sandwich. Luckily this subway is only two blocks from my apartment and the service was exactly what was lacking at the other Subway shops that disappointed me. Frishta also gave me great advice about downloading the app. She said there are deals and updated information like the current sandwich of the month. I can honestly say I'm happy I walked in and gave them an opportunity. read more

This is my favorite subway. It's open 24 hours so in case you get hungry for dinner at 1 a.m. The staff is friendly. When I ask for extra olives and pickles they don't give me dirty looks and act like I"m stealing food from their children. There's also plenty of parking here. read more

we went here a lot but until tonight, one of the employees (Elena?) gave me an attitude. i ordered pastrami and she asked me if i wanted spicy or hot and i told her spicy. i thought she was asking if i wanted a spicy pastrami and i kept replying i wanted spicy. when i saw her putting some pepperoni, i told her that's not the one i ordered. she got kind of irritated and started throwing the pepperoni back on the trays, like a child having a tantrum. she only put a little bit of cheese on it, and when i called her attention she totally ignored me. like i didn't say anything. i was asking politely, and i got nothing in response. even the customers behind me and my family can see the agitation of the employee. when she still didn't pay attention to what i was gonna say, i was starting to get mad. the other employee saw what was happening, she helped me instead since the rude one wasn't doing anything. we go to this subway since this is the nearest one, like a couple blocks away. but this happened, so now we'll be going to another subway, i'm willing to drive more miles than go back here. read more
