Again telling him he needs to put a sign down as nick walked to the back of the kitchen aisle to speak to a female employee. Ignoring the safety issue. I told Eric as well that the straws were out in one of the machines. He said the right one does not make ice it is broken. Now i am going to discuss nick. 1. He reprimanded the other employee but it was his mistake about the sandwich. He should have come over and apologized if he is the manager. 2. I was a customer from out if state and was appalled at his behavior the entire visit. 4. Eric politely called over to Nick who chose to yell back he was busy. Nick if again he is the manager should have handed the work to one of the two female employees and come over to Eric upon his calling his name. I was looking at him and he saw me and again failed horribly at customer service not once but four times at least. I doubt he just started this attitude. 5. And he stopped work to help a female employee. But he failed to handle the grease spot he did put his foot on it and look at it but that was it. The other frustrated guest told me after the dining room issue after i said to him that the whole kitchen floor was full of grease. 5. He did not ask if i was okay when i told him i slipped and almost fell. I pointed out to said other guest my shoes were non slip dr martens. Nick blew off my comment after he put his foot on the spot. 6. If Nick is the manager might i suggest firing him but first privately ask the employees about him privately. Because i think they do not find him pleasant.
