Nothing notable about this McDonald's, literally I will probably not remember i was here once I'm gone. Bathrooms were ok, not really clean but not really too dirty; same with the Lobby and drink area. I had zero staff interaction as it is all kiosk or app, shame. Service is either great or horrible one night I was told sorry even though you ordered twenty mins ago we switched to breakfast five minutes ago and can't give you your money back or food so I went without both and had no other money to buy more and they were extremely rude about it. Food is McD so consistently ok. Service is why I am giving 1 star. 0 if I could. I did a mobile order pull up get the standard computer greeting and I wait. Two minutes later a car pulls up to the next drive through and places his order. Then the employee addresses me. I tell her I have a mobile order code and that I had been waiting. To start, today is 3/8/2020 @ 4:03 pm. Drove up to place my order. Order number was 16. If I could give 0 ZERO stars I would. Ok, so I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers. 1 of them had 3 LONG hairs in the burger. VERY DISGUSTING! Don't know what their quality control is but it didn't work today. Ordered 2 iced coffees and ordered chocolate syrup in them (They used HOT FUDGE). So, I ordered a 10 piece nugget. Cost was going to be $5.79...for a 10 PIECE! That's .58 each nugget. Ordered 2 - 6 pieces instead for just a total of $4.00. That's only .33 each nugget. You would think 10 piece would be cheaper. anyway, I asked how much and why 2 6 piece nuggets were cheaper and the kid taking my money was only able to say "I don't control the price". I DIDN'T ask if you controlled the price. RUDE. Long story short, rude service, disgusting food and Don't have anything good to say about this place. read more

Got order wrong...drink wise. Ordered two medium Carmel frappes and what was given was some type of soda...told them what was ordered they finally gave the two frappes but was given two smalls....I said screw it and just took the small frappes. They weren't busy. So that can't be used as excuse. Surprised they got the of rest of the order right. read more

I coke here almost daily for a diet coke, they have best so why not. Today I was having a really bad day and then i got my diet and dropped in my car - which was brand new , on top of everything that happened today i was just a wreck. The person working the drive through who saw it came out and helped me clean it up without asking and i was so appreciative. I know it's weird leaving a review for a mcdonald's but I hope this reaches the manager so they know they have the right people working there. read more

I go to this McDonalds often but I have a bit of a drive so when I'm ordering dinner for me and others in my household I get the food 'made to order.' Their job as service industry workers is to correctly complete the order as ordered and if they need to pull me up and have me wait that is never an issue for me. Although the manager told the worker not to make the Big Mac made to order only the quarter pounder. I asked for them to fix it because I double checked and she said it was not cooked to order but the other sandwich was. When I asked them to fix it he flailed his hands in the air and gave me a quick glare. I was told to pull forward and not even two minutes later was brought out another Big Mac, I made sure to check because of the incident and way the manager lacked effort to fix a simple issue. The hamburger patty's cold to touch and barely had any sauce on the sandwich. The sandwich was obviously not made fresh and when I called to speak to the manager it was him, they gave me horrible attitude and told me they weren't able to provide any way for me to contact his supervisor. Not by email, not by phone and had no resolving thoughts. How are people suppose to report bad management or issues if their is no number to report them to. I usually have no issues with this McDonald's but as someone who works in food service myself it was pretty upsetting to watch the manager act the way he did over one sandwich. I feel bad for the employees who have to work under that kind of management. read more

Very slow staff and one employee was wasted out of her mind. Can't believe they would allow such behavior here. Maintenance however is kept very well, which I appreciate. Sadly the food took almost a half an hour for me and my grandmother. Then when we got it very cold fries and the meat was pink. Not good. read more

It's a decent McDonald's. Drive thru is quick, but if you order inside, they can be slow sometimes.

The drive-thru is always pretty fast (for a fast food place that gets pretty busy), the staff is pleasant and the inside is really nice.

Worst Mcdonald's i've ever been to. Sat in the drive thru on multiple occasions for 20 minutes or longer, and after that once I finally got the food the order was wrong. The servers are rude when you point out mistakes, and make you feel like you are the one who screwed up, even though they are 50 year old people working at a fast food restaurant. Would not recommend stopping here, and you should hit up Wendy's if you are hungry. Absolute joke. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely horrible service, they let things back up in the drive thru so that everything is almost to the road and the inside is packed too, due to slow service. They messed up and changing the boards and allowed someone to order and wait for breakfast, when they weren't even serving what he got. They ended up allowing him to change what he wanted, getting a 10 piece nugget instead, but they didn't even give him 10 nuggets, they gave him six nuggets in a 10 nugget box. When I ordered a chocolate chip Frappé, and paid for it I ended up getting an iced coffee, when I told them that isn't what I ordered the man shrugged and told me they aren't making Frappé's. Needless to say I am going to take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

not bad for a mcdonalds. Just make sure if you order a lot of items to make sure you check everything before you leave there. The quality of the food is good and the staff are friendly. The angus beef varieties are great. Drivr through is pretty prompt even when busy. One time there was 7 cars and I was still through in less than ten minutes. read more
