I can't even express the frustration and anger I feel just by thinking about this place. I went to buy a salad, a pizza, and a few cookies. It took me 45 minutes to get my food. Service at lunch time is horrible. They have a lot of costumers and all the employees are so disorganized. Why did I wait? because I was hungry and it was cool inside. When I finally got home, I got my food out and I realized that they did not even give me my cookies. But sure enough, they charged for them. It was my fault for trusting them. This is a review based on my many many experiences with this exact location! I have ordered many platters and regular sandwiches from Subway. I take them to offices as PR and also order sandwiches for my family and I. In the past I have gave my concerns to the owner and her mother. I am now done with this location!! Yesterday, Sunday Oct 6, 2019 @ 11:05 I drove thru and ordered 2 sandwiches!! One was a foot-long BBQ tri-tip sandwich and the other was a Veggie delight w/ bacon (AKA...BLT)! When I got to where I was going and ready to eat the food, I opened my sandwich and it only had Bacon and pickles....!! THATS IT!!! Right away I called the restaurant and spoke to Collin and told him my concern. He told me to come back to the store and I told him I was already an hour and a half away. But that I come thru every morning and order the same thing. He took my name and what my order was. Sooo today...October 7, 2019 @ 1:05 pm, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to order my sandwich and when I got to the window they questioned me like I was buying a house!!! Literally....and did I bring the sandwich back from the day before (when I actually left it in my car all night then threw it away at work the next morning). I then had to sit there and another woman came to the window and asked me more questions...!! She told me she was there last night when I called and she OKed Collin to tell me this, however today seemed to be a different story. I tried 4 times to just give her a $20.00 bill and pay for my sandwich to leave. I was already sitting there for 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch already! Then the young girl comes back to the window to RETAKE MY ORDER!!!???? WTH??? DONE ....with Subway on 38709 Tierra Subida Ave #300, Palmdale, CA 93551. Wow, great Subway! I received a warm welcome as I walked in, the restaurant is very nice and clean, the food looked very presentable, organized and fresh, the customer service was outstanding! Everything was great, I give them an A+! Not only that but they are located in a very convenient location, they actually have a restroom for customers (unlike most subways) AND they have a drive - thru (AND they're Open 24 Hours a day!) That's just amazing. They also have the newly updated customized fountain drink selection machine (and fresh juices/lemonades), which is better than the old fashion fountain drink machines that only give you a few options. read more

I have to say one of the best experiences I have had at a Subway! Super friendly people and very clean environment. I have to say, what made this visit for me was the way Kenia (the team member who helped me) made my sandwiches. Especially the way she put the avocado, it was so well cut and covered the sandwich from one end to the sandwich to the other end. Usually I don't get the avocado as well placed as I did today. The only thing that sucked was the fact that their credit card machine was giving them problems. I ended up paying cash. However, they handled it pretty well and already had a manual transaction backup process in place. read more

This subway gives me a headache, watching the employees walk around looking so sad to be there. Taking 20 minutes to get your sandwich, not listening to a damn word you're saying. Then looking confused when you tell them what they're about to do isn't what you asked for, then you get to the register and have to wait 5 minutes for them to find someone who knows what they're doing. I drove all the way from the east side of Palmdale to come to this Subway because it has a drive through. I place an order of three 6" subs, one footlong , a pizza and some chips, totaling a little over $30 bucks.. I drive back home and everyone starts eating. My son is the first to notice a hair in his sandwich two seconds later my daughter finds one in her pizza. Two long black hairs. WTF!? I call the Subway and speak with the lady in charge... she offers to make us another sub and pizza. I'm grossed out by it and tell her no thank you just to refund me the money for the sandwich and the pizza, I'd even take a gift card so I can use at a later time... all she could do for me was take my phone number and have me wait for the owner to call me. Such bad customer service. When it comes to something as unsanitary as having multiple hairs in our food you would think she being in charge would offer a full refund right then and there and apologize for the inconvenience. So nasty. I guess that's what I get for being lazy and not wanting to get off my car. read more

The overnight employee's are always great to see when I come for my sandwich. I believe their names are Johnathan, Melissa, Rachelle, and there is another young lady who I see every once in a while but can't think of the name, she is kind of blonde with blue eyes. Any way, As they are probably tired being up all night, you wouldn't even notice, they are always filled with happiness and great customer service as if it were the middle of the day. They also always put the customers first as I've noticed they drop any cleaning they're in the middle of doing to make sure the customer is helped. Honestly I have never had a more pleasant time at any subway. I was really hungry at 3 o'clock in the morning so I was like imma get a sub. So I walk it and was immediately greeted by two super amazing and friendly faces. Jon and Rochelle made my late night quest for food one for the memory books. Open 24/7 and great customer service! They are near Kerry's Insurance so I am there on a regular basis! Food is always fresh, they always have plenty of seating, and cops are their on a regular basis in the middle of the night.
