I love this subway. It's the only drive through near me and they ALWAYS give my order right. The food is never stale. The inside of the store is clean as well. I went to subway to get some "food", that's where i messed up, i chose Subway. After waiting 25minutes in the drive through as the only person in 100°F weather, i get my food and go home. Too hungry to examine the sandwich from a sandwich place thinking they can't possibly mess this up, i start eating. 2 bites into my last half of my sandwich i noticed an off smell, then i see mold on my sandwich. Easy and super close restaurant would only wish they had a better system for the online app orders from time to time I've ordered on the app because I specifically wanna not wait like 10 mins while they make my food or longer if there's a line to find out they "never got my order" and then me needing to prove I paid and ordered it. I don't live in the area so I'm guessing this is a really new Subway because it's one of the nicest Subways I've been in to. They have so many more options than the regular old Subways I'm used to going to. And I thought I had been going to a nice Subway all along. They have those new fancy soda machines & lemonades and more meat options than the other locations in the LA & SFV areas. I believe there were even more cookie options and they also had muffins. They even had Dunkin Donuts iced coffee bottles and the sandwiches come in paper bags not the plastic ones they usually come in and my sandwich artist was great too (he also was new I believe). If i ever have to come back to Palmdale this will be my Subway for sure. read more

SHEESH. This review is for JOSEPH. He is the absolute BEST SANDWICH ARTIST we've ever had. Everything he did was flawless. I always request to have the extra bread in the middle scooped out and he did a phenomenal job at that and evenly distributing everything on the sandwiches. He even took the time to explain how the new "melt" sandwiches work. Everyone else seemed dead working there, he was fantastic. This subway is really one of few that stay open 24 hours. It's a good place to get food late night /early morning. The Lobby is open, to place orders. There are also a 24 hour drive through. If you have the app that's a great way to get specials. My son and I was able to get two $ 5.00 foot long sandwiches. The workers were cheerful and energetic. read more

My daughter wanted Subway for dinner tonight so I told her we could order it online for pickup. She didnt want me to because they never make her sandwich right when we do that but I convinced her to try again. She always orders the same thing, a 6-inch tuna with extra mayo. When we got home she discovered that there was NO mayo at all on her sandwich. We even double checked the receipt and it stated 2x mayo, which means double mayo. I came at the wrong time. So busy! It took 10-15 minutes from ordering to finally paying for my meal. I didn't know 2pm was a busy time but I guess that's when people start getting the munchies. Ended up ordering the $2 six inch subs. Ordered the cold cut combo and the veggie delite. In terms of the quality of the food, the food is the same as all the other Subway's I have been to. Nothing to really comment about that. Always try to ask for more veggies if you can because like all Subways, they tend to skimp on the add-ons. Be proactive! A few things I didn't enjoy during my experience: As I said before, service was slow. It was a bit packed and there were some customers that had special requests ahead of us, which took up more of the server's time, but 10-15 minutes? There seemed to be enough servers but it still took a while to finally pay. Another thing I was accustomed to that I didn't see at this location was the list of cheeses and sauces. I brought my dad here and the server asked him what kinds of sauces he wanted. My dad doesn't eat at Subway much so didn't know what sauces they even had. Could've sped up the process but just listing the sauces they have available. Parking is easy as it is in a shopping center. The place is clean and the place is pretty spacious with around 10 - 15 tables. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I don't mind coming back. I just came of a 13 hour shift from the hospital and I asked for a turkey avocado wrap and first the lady gave me attitude right out of the gate , she refused to put my bacon into the toaster oven and I had to use the microwave instead , when it got to adding the veggies she gave me about 8 olives and 8 jalapeños and then claimed she would get I. Trouble if she gave me anymore .. I asked her if I could pay for more and she insisted she would not allow me anymore , she was willing to argue in front of customers over what I estimate to be a maximum of 50 cents worth of olives .. she the claimed to be the manager ... Subway makes good food, although the prices have gone up the past few years, I remained a loyal customer due to the convenience and great quality, this quality has greatly diminished over time, for starters the "footlongs" have gotten smaller, they are now only 10 inches, and the 6 inch subs are actually only 5 inches, this is false advertisement but they claim the titles "foot long" and "6 inch" are just marketing titles and not representative of the actual size, but even then I still come to subway. The last straw was yesterday when I realized this company no longer values its customer loyalty, and its relationship with its customers. I went in the morning and bought a meatball sub, with my sub on my receipt was a coupon for a "$5 meatball Turkey footlong" claiming it was vailid from April 2nd to April 6th, I go in to redeem this later that night after work and am told "we no longer make the Turkey meatball, all subways discontinued it a month or so ago" I show them the coupon and asked if they would honor it for a normal meatball sub which is actually cheaper than the Turkey meatball sub, they refused, even though they advertised and made an active coupon for a discontinued item. All and all they are using unethical marketing tactics to lie to their customers, they think we are stupid and will just not notice as the once amazing sandwhich giant turns into nothing more than cheap, low quality food and service.
