"Important Meeting"

There was a long rush with about 12 people in line with 1 worker. I felt really bad because she was working hard. I assume the manager (Tyler) came in because there was an important meeting going on... It was pretty poor customer service to hold the meeting while there was such a long line and pull the other 2 staff from the line. When a customer asked about it the guy was super rude and arrogant when a lady asked politely. He was talking to the staff sideways. The tables were dirty and had not been wiped off at all. Trash was all around. Who holds a meeting during lunch rush? The food was okay, the girl that completed my order was amazingly professional and did a great job. I also would like to add the GM called the police after myself and another customer asked questions stating we were trespassing and cussing him out. (Which was untrue) the police came in and were very respectful and express its a constant thing.

Super bad attitude had to hold back, I was in line as my wife ask for a PIN code or keys to the restroom because my autistic son needed to use the restroom asap! Both employees told me I needed to purchase something and I was going too but I wasn't going to wait 20m in line to use the restroom.... Too late at that point!!! Ask them myself again and didn't even look at me to say I needed to buy something again which I did explained and shouted to go to bashas for their public restroom!!!! Trust me I hold back!!!!! Luckily there's was an Arby's across no complaints over there and purchase about $60 .....Stupid "policy" if you already have a customer in line ‍

Went to Subway, and we were warmly greeted by Ray. We had asked for a cup of water. Ray saw that we had gotten the water for my granddaughter's bottle. He brought us a warm cup of filtered water for her formula. I was very impressed! Then, to my surprise, our sandwiches were adorably labeled. He was a very pleasant, kind & helpful employee who went way out of his way. I would definitely come here again. Every Subway should have a Ray!

They get backed up fairly quickly but otherwise it's a typical Subway. Not great, not bad. Staff are polite.

We ordered a double smash burger with bacon (an extra $2 charge) along with tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. The burger arrived with no bacon and none of the listed veggies. We also ordered a triple smash burger with cheddar cheese and tomatoes, lettuce, and onion -- again, none of the veggies were included. We also ordered a mashed potato bowl with chicken, corn, and brown gravy, but there was no brown gravy in it at all. Even though a lot of our order was missing, I will say the food itself still tasted good. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The young girl working there, who looked to be around 16 years old, was extremely rude and snotty. When I asked for plastic utensils, she replied, "We do not have any." I asked how we were supposed to eat mashed potatoes and gravy without utensils, and she shrugged and said, "Ma'am, we are a bar, we do not have it." I responded that I've ordered takeout from many bars before and they always provide plastic utensils. She then sarcastically replied, "Good for you, have a nice day." I tried speaking with who I believed was the manager (he nodded when I asked if he was), and while I was explaining the issue, the young employee continued interrupting and talking over me. Another waitress overheard the conversation and quickly returned with plastic utensils, proving they did in fact have them available. The employee then changed her story, saying she "didn't know" if they had utensils and claimed she was super sweet to me(not rude). There is no reason an employee should be speaking to customers this way. She clearly needs additional customer service training before handling customer interactions on her own.

We came in as a large group after a long wait at a nearby chain restaurant, and they were able to seat us right away, which we really appreciated. I only ordered the country fries and was surprised by how full I felt after. My sister in law ordered a hot chocolate that reminded me of Ned Flanders' hot chocolate from The Simpsons Movie in a fun, nostalgic way. I am not from Payson, but if I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stop here again for a quick meal.

The cleaning staff could not help because they did not speak English. I went next door to the restaurant, Bee Line, and inquired how I could get hold of the owners of the hotel. Cindy, one of the hosts, was very gracious and walked with me to the hotel until we found instructions on a window to contact the owners. I went back to the the restaurant and ordered dinner and food for breakfast and it was very good. The cafe has a home-type ambience and makes one feel very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
